I have not used this company but I was on the highway something flew out of the truck hit my windshield and broke it. I waved the driver down her was nice he gave me his insurance and told me to call his office tomorrow. He also said I am sure it was a rock sometimes I have them in my truck. I contacted the office she told me she would speak to the president of the company and get back with me. I waited 2 days called back she told me she was going out if town but Micheal will be calling me in a day or so. Waited 3 days called back he was out of the office they told me he comes in the afternoons and would give him my message. I called 2 days later left Micheal a voicemail waited 2 days nothing. I called left another message finally 2 days later Micheal called apologized said he was out if town which that was a lie I was told he did not come in until the afternoon. He told me to call his insurance I did gave them my statement. 2 days later the insurance called and said after speaking with the owner and driver they are not responsible and the driver said he never said anything about a rock. I told the insurance that he had a black cart turned upside down in his truck and it had nudes and gravel all cacked up on it. This company is a joke they lie!!!!

I appreciate the people who answer the phone. Lexii was my hero today. Nameless Faceless Customer service department not helpful. Technicians have all been competent and helpful.

Dangerous drivers with road rage. Owner should be concerned how his employees represent in company vehicles. They will kill someone in your truck. S cooper st in Arlington 8:30am Monday may 6Ironically this isn’t the first review about their driving. Ha

A fleet truck for metro mechanical tried to run me off the road today on I30. he decided to try and pass me and other cars along by using the shoulder while we were driving because he was in a hurry. the mechanical metro drive almost plowed into me as he was attempting to get back into the lane from passing cars on the shoulder. The back of his truck was tagged Royal 115 in red letters. the first 3 digits of his license plate were LDF. attached is a picture of his truck
