Seriously the best experience Ive ever had with a service company. The owners are honest and fair and will do anything to make you happy. I called on a Saturday for a service call my ac was down. And they pulled all the stops to get me going again. Thank you Lavender AC & Heating.

We were referred to Lavender by a neighbor who had a great experience. They are extremely responsive, come when they say they will, and do great work. They are honest and upfront and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I highly recommend them!

Great Service my furnace went out had another company who tried to tell me it was something totally different and never really got back with me. This company responded quickly professionally I called and they on a Friday evening were here on Saturday morning. They were able to replace the parts that were needed. I would recommend them. I how will have heat for Christmas. Thank You so much

So its January, its really cold and our furnace decides to stop working. Lavender put us on their schedule and came out the same day. I was given a clear explanation of what happened and how this issue was to be fixed. They also warned me of some issues that I should look out for when spring comes around. They fixed the furnace and our house is warm again. 5 stars for prompt and effective service.

I needed QUICK help during the scorching heat. My friend David recommended Lavender. They’re the only company I called, and they helped me IMMEDIATELY! Reasonable prices, friendly technician and owner. Responds to texts expeditiously. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had great neighborhood recommendations so we chose them for service. Honestly its been a mistake and a nightmare choosing them. They never billed us and then when we called in to pay our bill, it was double what we expected. They said the tech would call us but its been a week of struggling to get them to explain the charges and actually send us a bill. Were honest customers just trying to pay our bill. If you go with them, make sure your tech gives you the costs up front so you arent charged for more than what you agree to. Nothing was ever discussed with us and we cant get them to return a phone call to us and its been more than 3 weeks and 7+ phone calls trying to speak with someone with no answers or even an actual bill. Honestly we should be happy since apparently we dont owe anything 🤦

Arrived promptly and was very professional and efficient. Figured out the problem and was able to pick up the part and get my system back up and running the same day!

They are THE BEST! Came out immediately, and did a temporary fix, then came back the next day and completed the work. Also checked to make sure the part was not still under warranty. We would’ve never thought of that and they could’ve just replaced it and charged us. Very honest.

I own a crane a company and lifted uo an ac unit to the roof for them and never got paid she gave me 2 credit cards and they where both declined.I have called and every time I call she always makes uo an excuse for not paying me.Definitely would not recommend them.Now hes saying he will make it better but hasnt called or offered to pay for the bill that is alot more than 450 now

Called because my AC went out on a weekend with family/company coming to visit. They came out and fixed the problem in no time at all. I had never used them before but I would certainly use them again. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Don’t even know where to begin. Had a tech come out for what I thought was a tune-up for our furnace. Tech tried to convince us that our whole unit had multiple issues, needed to be replaced, was cheap, on and on and on and when asked if we could even use the heat his response was “at your own risk”. Moving on he told us our ducts were compromised and needed to be replaced because of rats in the attic and that we were breathing in poor air quality. Said we had problems in the crawl space, etc. If it could be wrong, in his eyes, it was wrong. I asked for a write up of all the issues he noticed, had push back about that, tech kept insisting on giving quotes for stuff. He clearly was trying to upsell at every turn. And even though he said “use the heat at your own risk” he felt my number one priority should be replacing the ducts? Never got that write up from him by the way. At the end the tech said there was a miscommunication and he was called out for a “diagnostic call” and not a tune up. Called the office afterwards multiple times and each time said I would get a call back…never got a call back. I’ve since had a reputable DFW HVAC company come out and debunk every issue this Lavender tech said was wrong. The reputable HVAC company tech said our furnace is in great shape, ducts are fine, and showed me and explained why what I was told was wrong in fact wasn’t wrong. I do not recommend Lavender to anyone at all in this area. No clue if it was just this tech or what but it was a really poor experience.

David was quick to resolve our issue and spent a lot of time educating us on how best to maintain our unit. Lavender will be our new go to for AC & Heating repair.

David and his team fixed a few items that I had to have repaired for the sell of my home. They showed up on time, listened to my request and preformed the job without trying to sell me more and without question. The cost was reasonable. I’m working on a new house and have called them first because of his professionalism and knowledge. He and his team are nice guys.

I called this company on mothers day,. After I called several companies. I did change my outside Good man AC from HVAC company around 2017 but their phone numbers not working that day.LavendervAc very fast answering their phone just Google and I saw their recommendation when I called . The operator set me the appointment between 9Pm to10 Pm. The Ac man came around 10PM fixed my Ac and contact my warranty department Also gave me mothers day discount.. we Made another appointment for the part. And get it from the company because Ithe part has 5 years warranty wasnt expired. The next day asked them to check my freon . It was low . Came with appointment and filed.my freon.The first Time and the 3rd David came to my house. The second time came idifferent guy . Both are very professional. I do recommend this company 100@%%%%%Thank you for youre service David and your team.

A very prompt and friendly crew installed my ductless split air conditioner in my garage in my home in Weatherford. The owner even came out. The unit was installed professionally and efficiently. No issues with the unit itself. The price was reasonable They even came back out and changed a small damaged part that was cosmetic. I would recommend this company.

Lavender ac & heating went above and beyond, and they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, thank you for coming out you did a great job!

I had previously submitted a five-star review, but have to adjust after a very disappointing experience. Late last year, Lavender AC sold me an annual membership which includes quarterly check ups on my AC unit and other maintenance. It is now September and they have not come out to do these routine check ups. I have tried contacting them multiple times - they are unresponsive in most instances and when they do reply they have an odd excuse as to why these have not been completed. I have been requesting a refund on the membership I purchased for more than a month and still no response. Do not work with Lavender AC.

David was awesome. We had no heat during a storm. He came out quickly and applied a temporary fix to get us through. He then came back to replace parts and perform a full maintenance. Would recommend and use again!!

Asked for recommends from friends in the neighborhood. Two of them recommended Lavender. Lavender replaced a blower motor a week ago. Worked for a week and then....ughhh. Called them. They showed up in an hourish. Found a bad wire. Replaced it. No charge. Im not much for reviews but David has my business. Strong recommend.

Found this company through a neighborhood referral. David and Carlos came out, 10 minutes prior to time window, and provided such a knowledgeable repair experience. Our downstairs unit was not cooling properly, and not only did they fix the problem, but provided my husband and myself such great information on how to maintain our current builder grade systems. They sat and answered our thousands of questions, explained everything in great detail, and went above and beyond what either of us expected. They do not push products on you like some other companies, and I appreciated their honesty and kindness. I am now a client for life, and plan on sending them as much business I can! It’s 95°, my in laws just arrived in town to stay with us, and my twins are 2.5 years old. So naturally the AC quit on us.
