Locke Supply Co - 191 - HVAC Supply

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI had shop here before and they were lacking customer service.But they have improve and they always treat me like a family member.

I usually dont write reviews, here goes. When I visited this store today I was not greeted at all...I had to say hello and good morning to the store person behind the counter. I had to ask her for help....so I continued shopping hopefully other store personnel would redeem their coworker. Nope. The two store personnel behind the counter on the opposite side of store didnt even ask if they could help. Well I walked around some and finally I had to ask if they had a certain product. Iwill not be shopping at this location ever again. Customer service is lacking here and nearly every business. Please try a little harder. Thanks.

Customer service on the hvac side just isnt there.
