Busted Knuckle Auto and Diesel

While driving through town with our 35 fifth wheel, we heard a ‘pop’ and knew something was wrong. We called several diesel shops, but none could help. Then we reached out to this shop, and Keith immediately told us to come by so he could take a look. Understanding we were out of town, Keith and Sergio jumped right in and had the problem fixed in no time. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very grateful for their quick and efficient service!

Amazing shop!I wouldn’t recommend anyone as highly as I recommend Keith and bare knuckle diesel!He took his time to repair something another shop did poorly. He checked every option and even gave me a curtesy call hours after I left the shop toEnsure everything was still good!This shop cares about its clients trucks as much as if it was their own and treat clients as if they were friends or family!I highly recommend for your diesel needs you go straight here!

My name Jose Robles and I hope they remember me I drive a 1997 7.3 f350 work horse and I was recommended here. I can honestly say my experience was pleasant. I took my truck in for loss of power and wanted new injectors witch they recommended, when they did all this work , I felt my truck lost to much fuel witch I took back and complain… they actually reviewed their work and had no problem doing so!!!! I was loosing fuel somewhere else that had nothing to do with the work that was done….they took care of me and my truck. I been to many shops and it’s hard to find a good shop that will honor their work most will repair and if something is wrong they will look of a way out of it! They fix it for a fraction of the price!.Just want to thank Keith and his team !Very happy customer

If you have a month or more to wait for your truck this is the place, got my truck fixed at another shop in 24 hrs, wasn’t going to say more but now he wants to make excuses. He told me he looked for the part for a month the other shop looked for a couple hours and found it. Just own it, admit you have to much work (which is a good thing) and that will save you a negative comment on here. All I asked was for honesty and communication didn’t get either here

Please don’t go to this shop put a new motor in the truck linking oil 65 thousand miles that’s what he said had the truck 2 months take it back he fix it had the truck for 3 weeks I pick it up had the truck for 3 more weeks and get up this morning linking again $10.500 smh them guys just lie lie to you but I will file on them today and than the owner wanted to argue with you about his guys work it speaks for itself!!!!!

Our experience with Busted Knuckle Auto was excellent! 👍 They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from beginning to end. The price was fair and fell within the range suggested by online sources for this type of repair. Professional, fast, easy, no nonsense, affordable! Cant ask for more! Recommended by a friend who had been doing business with these guys, on some fleet vehicles. Decided to pay keith a visit and ask some questions. very knowledgeable and helpful. ultimately ended up replacing my ticking stock 6.0 for one that was already bulletproofed. reused all of the parts that i had just replaced on the old engine and had it running in a couple of days time. saved me the cost of doing a complete rebuild as i was planning. Hasnt gotten tired of my questions yet. Not only have i referred a friend but i would also do business here again.

Had Keith take care of bulletproofing my 6.0, got to admit it was great. Hes very helpful and not bad on price. Would totally recommend anyone to use them for anything.

They give you a guarantee but they dont comply, they give you excuses not to fix it because of the guarantee and thats not rightaccording to my 6.7 diesel engine truck is not to stretch trailers so what are they for

I was there with a friend who was cutting the seal grooves in a semi-truck engine block deeper, to correct corrosion damage. They will just use shim rings to take up the difference. That they bothered to do it means they do things right.

Took my 7.3 in for a diesel leak, got me in and out quick very happy with the service here. I highly recommend this shop for any diesel owner

Took my f250 here and all I can say is you get what you pay for . Terrible customer service, poor quality work, and zero communication.

Customer threaten bad review for failure to warranty his part, then mad because wants to bring hot truck in on Friday at 3:00 to replace water hose.

A good honest mechanic is hard to find. This guy will take care of you.
