Billy has been my mechanic for about 15 years now. Hes worked on every car Ive owned! I have never had to bring my car back to him for the same issue & never had a bad experience. I think its safe to say his work is guaranteed! Hes also done work on my husbands truck. We both are very satisfied with his work. He is honest & reliable! They are very professional. His daughter is just as awesome as he is!! Excellent customer service overall!!

Very good customer service. Honest and good prices. They also keep you updated with whats going on with your car while in their possession. Knowing a mechanic that doesn’t lie or try to take advantage of you is ALWAYS a plus. I’m a woman, and I don’t know much about cars. I have never felt uncomfortable calling or visiting this shop; they are always polite and explain things. Billy has saved my husband and I thousands (literally) on repairs that other mechanics swore we needed done.

Beyond impressed & happy. I was really nervous going to a mechanic shop due to me being a young woman , Ive had many mechanics try & scam me for more than what it was worth ! BUT AUTO SENSE I will highly recommend I took my car yesterdaybecause it was stuck on neutral, and it was right before they closed. Good honest service is hard to find these days so when I read reviews about Great service, honest, mom and pop shop I feel compelled to check them out.I changed my brake calipers on my 08 GS460 and of course Lexus doesnt like home garage work.. lol🤑...so all my warning lights/messages are present. I know that all it needs is a reset from previous experience. But we all know its hard to pull up anywhere and get anyone to just check it out without some fee/charge/apparent failure that you were unaware of and you have to fix it today...🤨Long story short, Autosenses reviews brought me here yesterday to see if what I read was true. 1000% ALL TRUE. Savanna, Billy and Dennis 😇😇😇 made my day. No appointment just pulled up, explained the situation and was on my way in under 20 mins. Took my 2013 dodge challenger due to my check engine light.They claimed to fixed my coil and spark plugs, $604 dollars later, drove it around the corner and my check engine light came back on.

My car kept dying and drawing power from the battery when the car was parked and off, so I took it here and they figured out the problem.They charge $130 an hr for diagnostic. And I was charged for 1hr, it probably took longer. great service!

I have been going to Billy for years. He has done major work on both of my vehicles. The quality is superb. They have put in a new AC, valve covers, brakes, rotors, oil changes, you name it. UPDATE: Honst. Very honest. I thought my 2nd vehicle was going to be about $900. Billy said try getting tires first. The front end is tight and solid.This is the only mechanic I will use! If Billy ran me off I would wear a disguise get a fake I.D. and come back! Very professional. Very reasonable. Excellent work and faster than expected. Dont let the full parking lot throw you off!

👍Had brake lights staying on. They checked it out, got the lights off and told me the problem. They ordered the parts, called me, and let me make an appointment to fixed it that week. Price was reasonable and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. I definitely recommend them. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I’m giving a 3 star rating because it makes me select stars. I didn’t really want to give a rating at this time as I was looking to only make a comment. However, 3 stars is in the middle so I guess for now that would be fair.I will update my rating once my husband and I can get a response from Auto Sense and have work performed there.So I was telling my husband a month or 2 ago that I had come across reviews for Auto Sense and most of them were excellent. I advised him that if we needed to have automotive work done where it was not covered by the dealership that we might want to check with Auto Sense.Well my husband pulled up Auto Sense via Internet about 2 weeks or so ago. He said they had where he could leave a message (email) and someone should get back to him. He put info in his message about us having a Firebird that needs new suspension (shocks/struts) and was trying to obtain some information. As of me asking my husband within the last couple of days if he still had not received a response from anyone at Auto Sense, he said “correct, still no response”.So needless to say, with all the awesome reviews for Auto Sense, I’m really surprised by us not being responded to. I would still love for someone to reach out to us. Thanks in advance.

Billy helped me out and it was a great customer experience. Pull in to have my AC looked at and they found the problems quick. I was able to let them work on it and return to work. They were finish in less than 2 hours. If youre looking for a honeslt fast car service garage this is your spot. Fair prices too 💯💯

***BUYER BEWARE*** When I came in to determine why my AC was blowing warm air during the day, but cold air at night. I was informed that my condenser was bad and would need to be replaced. With my limited knowledge, I know condensers rarely go bad especially on a vehicle Ive had for just 3 years. After almost two months without AC, I finally traced the real problem. A leaky hose that needs to be replaced. They said, I would need a new condenser, compressor, and drier.I was drawn in by all the reviews stating how honest this shop was. The only honest thing they did for me was not charge me for the evaluation. That being said, the owner may be honest but this place needs a new AC technician ASAP.A new condenser would have cost anywhere from 1500-2000, modestly. Fixing it hasnt cost me a dime yet. Ill be replacing the hose soon which should be fairly cheap

6/17/2019 (Mon) - A good & HONEST mechanic is hard to find these days. Never had a problem with autosense. On one particular occasion, a part theyd replaced (solenoid) turned out to be defective. I thought another part had gone bad. They identified the problem & replaced the solenoid free of charge. Billy completely stands behind his team & their work which is usually done by next day.9/26/2023 (Tue.) - Once again, Billy has proven himself to stand behind his work. Last week, he did an oil & fuel filter change on my diesel truck as hes done numerous times in the past. 2 days later (Saturday), I began having problems with starting the truck. It eventually got to the point to where it would turn over fine but would not start. I had it towed to Autosense and waited until they opened Monday morning. When they opened up, his team quickly identified the problem coming from the fuel filter theyd recently installed. The o-ring had slipped out of position and was not allowing the system to function properly. Rather than cut costs and run the risk of having it happen again by reusing the same part, they completely replaced it with a new filter and o-ring. My truck is now running in smooth order. There was no charge since it was work done by his shop.On a separate note; vehicle burglary and thefts have been on the rise in my area. I had Billy install an anti theft device. Less than a month later, someone tried to steal my truck but they were unable to because of the device hed installed.Before any work is performed, Billy always calls for authorization with an accurate & detailed quote. If additional costs for unforeseen problems arise, he will still call for approval. Hed informed me that the cost for the theft deterrent and labor would be a little pricey since it was not a simple task. It was worth every penny to not have my vehicle stolen.

I came in thinking my truck would need a lot more work than it did, and asked the owner Billy to take a look at a few things local mechanics said was wrong. Billy and his guys not only identified exactly what was wrong, but even reassured me that some of the original parts other mechanics wanted to replace were totally fine (my truck is almost 20 years old). They went ahead and replaced all of my shocks, upper control arms, and a few other things and had it back to me the day after, all at the price of having a local “mechanic” come do it in my driveway. These guys are awesome, and Billy is a straight-up honest mechanic who cares about the people he puts on the road. Awesome.

Billy and his crew have done an amazing job each time I’ve taken my car here, with my vehicle still being under warranty I’m a “straight to the dealership” kinda of person lol but they’re literally the only people I trust with my car. They’ve changed my Thermostat & Starter and treated me dang near like family each visit

I needed my air conditioning repaired a few months ago and took it here. They were friendly & honest. They were also quick with reasonable rates. I got my van back the same day all repaired. A/C is still working really well. This is my first experience with getting my a/c repaired and actually getting the problem fixed on the first try.

Though there are certain stigmas attached to mechanics and some have certainly earned those reputations, Billy and the staff at Autosense are exceptional in nearly every sense of the word. Great customer service, clear and easily understood explanations of problems (this is most often my concern with mechanics - a failure to give simple but expert breakdowns of problems that a layperson can digest and make sense of - absolutely not a concern with Billy), the best prices youll find (beat the dealer by a LOT and every other local mechanic I could find by $50-100), and FAST. My husband went here to day to get his car checked out. He was told at another repair place his problem was one thing and when Billy checked the care out he found out it was something totally different. And less expensive.Billy warned us the job would take most of the day,we were going to set there and wait but Billy offered us a ride home. We said no,didnt want to be a bother. This dear man gave my husband the keys to his truck,trusted us with it,not even knowing us. Needless to say my husbands car was fixed and running well. Billy at Autosense in Mesquite was great to deal with. You know youre dealing with a reputable shop when they do an inspection on your vehicle and tell you that the problem was due to minor issues and not a major one. He runs an honest auto repair shop and I highly recommend him.

Used them off and on. Great owner Billy who gives you personal service. However like every other automotive repair shop, they stay busy and charge market hourly rates so dont expect bargain rates. I like them bc they are local and hard working.

I took my Infiniti to the shop to get my cam shaft sensors replaced. Price was reasonable ($600 job). I can only give 3 stars. Here is why: I was called to pick up my vehicle and had to take off of work early to get there before they closed. Once I started my car it didnt start up and run like it was supposed to. It was doing the same thing it did as before putting in the shop. The check engine light was still on. I told the owner and he advised it was tested and drove before I came. He came out and started the car and saw exactly what I experienced. He said he would take a look at it again and I would have to pick it up another day. The owner seems nice but I really didnt get a sorry this occurred and apologize for the inconvenience . It was more like a quick oh, sorry well look at it again, well give you a call not considering the arrangements / time to pick up the vehicle. Its been about 3-4 months and i havent had any issues since the fix which is great. I just took my jeep there for a suspension issue ($780 job). Just hoping this experience is better and the job was done right the first time.

This is one of the best mechanic shops Ive ever used. They are very fair, competent and reasonable. The dealer want more than 3x the cost of the repairs I received @ AutoSense. Very highly recommended.

Spent a few thousand dollars and my vehicle still has the problem I originally took it for, ( not counting that after it “got fix had to go back a few times because lights continue to come back on my dashboard)yes I was clearly told that everything he replaced on it may or may not fix the problem, my only issue here is the lack of knowledge to give a diagnosis and the way he refused to continue to work on my car saying “ I don’t want to deal with you people “ not sure what he really meant, I was told that some of the work he did on my car he doesn’t even do, he did it as a “favor “ never told me that before, rude and awful customer service just a bad experience over all.

My day started out horrible, theres nothing like getting ready to head out for work and your car wont start. I was told by Orileys my alternator was bad. Called to inquire about a PPI on a BMW, they were very upfront about not having the right equipment to properly diagnose European cars, but recommended a specialist nearby and looked up the driving distance for me on the phone.
