They arrived late but, that was nothing compared to the absolutely unacceptable mess they left my house in! (see photos) There was drywall dust all thru the house but the kitchen was covered floor to ceiling!If the added photo is one of your company vehicles with Robert & Sons painted in black and white...it was, without a doubt your company. It was a home warranty claim and you installed a Lennox system. I added photos of the install that shows the way it was left. Open to the attic with the door that was cut out left outside. I had to staple trash bags over the opening to try and keep the attic heat out of the house. WHO LEAVES AN INSTALL LIKE THIS? NO I WONT REMOVE MY REVIEW!This is quiet amazing. Youve not made one effort to try and find out who I am or where I live to confirm if you did or did not do my install. I never said the truck and trailer that yes, i pulled from your website, was the actual service vehicle that came to my house. I was just using it as an example of the paint job that was on the pickup that two men (one older and one younger assistant) arrived in to do my install. So unless someone has painted their white truck with your business name and logo and decided to drive around installing Lennox A/C systems for home warranty claims.....It was your company that left my house covered in drywall dust. I was here when they arrived and started the install! Its obvious you were not! PLEASE NOTE THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND DONT LET THESE GUYS NEAR YOUR HOME! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT ALL 10 PHOTOS IVE ATTACHED. As I said earlier Who leaves an install like this?
I cannot say enough good things about these guys, from the receptionist, to the techs, to the management, and so on. I was in dire straights with having to sell my home and suddenly we had a complete disaster with our entire ac going out right after selling. These guys went way above and beyond to get my system delivered and installed and even came on a Saturday to get it done. I will never use anyone else to fix anything in my home, ever! Thank you for everything guys, youre a household name in my house forever.
This company came on a call from my home warranty company and told me I needed a whole new unit. That cost $4,800 and then I find out my original unit was only 4 years old and still under warranty. They will not acknowledge they did anything wrong. This was an unnecessary expense that I didn’t need since my house had flooded the week before. I should have gotten a second opinion but I trusted them.
Robert and Sons is a great company. Robert always under promises and over delivers. Robert cares about his team and helped me out more than anybody should have. I did not have enough to fix my air conditioner. Once I told him I can pay in 2 payments. He agreed with the work. The tech Tom had my house cooled down in 2 hours.
My AC is not cooling and the outside fan on top of the compressor is not moving. The AC is fixed within minutes the technician arrives. (He changed out a capacitor and put in some free freon for me.) I recommend them to everyone. I would definitely use them again. They are friendly and courteous people as well.

It was clear that they want to do it once and do it right and went beyond what we expected, at the agreed upon price, without any nickel and diming. We found our HVAC technicians for life!
Hector was the Technician sent to check the problem with my AC. He rang my doorbell and was greeted with a great smile and the most beautiful personality. He checked the AC explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He was very willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Hector is the best and a great asset to Robert & Sons A/C & Heating.
Hector was very efficient at diagnosing and fixing my A/C issue. I needed a blower motor and he had the part on his truck. A lot of companies would have had to order the motor and come back. I was very impressed with Hector.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. We went through the home warranty company and when they assigned this company I googled them and I saw a lot of negative reviews saying the company always says there are missing parts that the warranty doesnt cover to get paid more so we were weary. The company called quick, scheduled an appointment for the next day which was great. We were given a 12-4 hour window, after 4pm I called, they reached out to the tech who said he was about a hour behind. I said ok. Almost 6 he still wasnt there, I tried calling back but the office was already closed. I called the number they had on their website where they advertise 24/7 services, but NOBODY would answer the phone, text messages, anything. The tech ended up showing up just after 7, he was here for about 20 minutes and said something blew and fixed that, then tried to get us to buy a part that wasnt necessary, and left. A day and a half later the unit went COMPLETELY out, it was worse than when we originally called them, and of course it went back out on a Saturday. We called, emailed, used their contact form, left several messages, when they miss your call they send out a text saying for immediate service to reply to the text, I did, nobody answered. They advertise everywhere they have 24/7 services, yet nobody is ever available. They list several phone numbers throughout the day but not one person will answer or respond. Monday came around, I reached out to them again and Im told nobody will be there until the following day... The only thing they can do is if they get a cancellation they can send a tech, otherwise theyll be back the next day. Luckily I guess there was a cancellation because they ended up back out around 3:30ish and replaced the motor. They again tried to get us to buy an unnecessary part. But luckily it was fixed and its worked for the past 4 days so far. Im happy they were able to make it that day instead of us waiting longer, and they made first contact fast and thats why they got the 2 stars. But they were 3 hours past the 4 hour window the first time with no communication at all, the system broke 2 days after they left, they advertise 24/7 services which is absolutely untrue, they tried multiple times to get us to buy a part that wouldnt be covered under the warranty. The only plus side to using this company is they do seem to have some parts on hand instead of having to order them and wait weeks for the parts to come in. Other than that it was a negative experience

The motor on the fan went out. Hector did a great job on the original analysis to determine it was the motor. Customer Service sets the appointment and she calls or the serviceman calls to let you know when they will be there. Customer Service is great.Hector was fantastic. He installed the motor inside the squirrel cage (fan unit) and was on time per the phone call. Completed the job in a very efficient manner. Wore covers over his shoes to keep the house clean. I highly recommend Hector to repair your furnace and I will ask for him again. A+, 5 Stars
I was given a time for them to come between 11-3. Hector was here a little bit before 11. I was also called to let me know he was on his way. Took him no time to get me fixed right up. Now I have A/C upstairs once again. Very efficient and effective.

We had Nick from Robert & Sons come out this week after hours to help us with our AC unit not cooling. He was efficient and was able to get the problem resolved quickly. The repairs were minor but reflective of the company before them who made careless errors and didn’t complete their job correctly leaving us with cooling issues. Mr Hector was amazing. Why? He was able to fit us in a day early to fix our AC. It was such a blessing because we were suffering in the Texas heat and we thought it was going to be one more day of humidity in our house. So it was a Friday and he was Able to quickly diagnose the AC Unit and was able to fix in less than 10 minutes! My home warranty company assigned Robert & Sons to look at my AC after the first company they assigned couldn’t fix the issue. I received a call the same day to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning! I’ve used home warranty for years and struggle to get appointments so quickly so this made an amazing first impression for me. Hector came out and was so nice and professional. He very quickly identified the issue and gave me a solution for repairs. I was in a hurry that morning but Hector didn’t miss a beat. He quickly worked out the estimate and gave me a fair quote. He had everything needed to fix the issue including the new drip pan and sensors for my unit. He was in and out so quickly and I have not seen a drop of water leaking since he left. I was totally pleased at the quick response and the professionalism of Hector who came out within 24 hrs. of the call during the hottest day weve had so far this Summer. I watched him (in the background), asked all kinds of questions that I thought might be useful to me for future problems (old unit). As he explained I realized he had fixed all the reasonable concerns that I might have! My temperature when he got to the house was 85 and climbing. He was done in about 30 minutes. (Replaced motor and cleaned surrounding fans) I turned the AC back on and within about 15- 20 minutes my temperature was back to normal! Bravo!!! An absolute A++
About 15 years ago, my city installed and HVAC unit in my home for free. Robert and sons are the service provider thru my home insurance. I called my insurance carrier because my unit would not blow cold. They sent out Robert and Sons. When the technician, Hector, got here, he and I disagreed about whether I had the correct motor in my unit. Since it was originally installed with that motor I thought he was just trying to change out the motor to charge my insurance more. BUT! he was right! The original installers had monkeyed around with the unit and changed out the original motor (that is probably how they were able to underbid all the other contractors to get the city contract!). He replaced the motor, was courteous even when I was raising my voice, and did not add any more Freon like I insisted was the only thing wrong with my unit. I got lucky with Hector and Robert and Sons. I have not met many men who would put up with what I put him through while he was repairing my unit! And it blows cold, really cold now!
Through my home warranty this company called me. I spoke to Diana in the office and she was so sweet and accommodating. Then today Hector came, and within a few minutes took care of my issue with professionalism and kindness. I don’t remember having a greater experience with a company, than Robert & Sons.
I had new insulation put in my attic by Robert & Sons. The Insulation team was great, communicated each pf the steps along the way, and did an awesome job. Plus, the where quick and removed all the trash after the job was done. Good guys.

Had ac unit installed by another contractor in the summer of 2022. Later found outthe job was not complete. The service had been arranged by our home warranty company. We received the call from Robert & Sons that same day and the appointment was set for the following day. Very fast. Hector, the technician, called when he was on his way and after explaining the situation we have had with this unit for a while now, he was very eager to look for the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable, looked the system thoroughly to find the problem. I just hope that what he´s done, it has solved the problem we have had until now. Somehow managed to fix my thermometer and my AC stopped working. I got the next available but it was a full day before they could get to me. Hector was within the time scheduled and was there for 15 minutes. He did an outstand job of quickly diagnosing and fixing my issue. Though just a simple blown fuse, it helped make the 100 Plus degree temps out side bearable. We had sweated out 84* inside with only our ceiling fans and very poor sleep. Hector saved our bacon from frying...And oh yeah...He has got the best hat Ive seen on any service technician...Sharp, excellent....I want to have him next time I need help. Thanks Robert & Sons.

I just had another company out to assess the damage to my unit that Robert and Sons Destroyed and Burnt up nearly burning my house down with me and my family inside. If you are a fan of INCOMPETENCE, this is the right company for you.less than 24 hours after ROBERT & SONS leave my house, my unit catches fire and made a dangerous situation for me and my family. A brand new filter was in the unit when it burned the bad filter had been taken out. Was told by Baker Brothers REAL PROFESSIONALS that even if that bad filter was still in which it WASNT in I changed it The damage that was caused did not come from a bad filter. HE LAUGHED ACTUALLY IT WAS LAUGHABLE JUST LIKE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT RISK USING THIS COMPANY.
Fixed in 15 minutes with 7 tools! This company is wonderful! I called my home warranty at 11pm last night because my air conditioner stopped working and I had two missed calls from them at 7am to schedule an appointment the very next morning. When I called back at 8am the secretary stated someone could come between 2 and 6 the same day! The technician then called at 9:30am to state he was already in my area and asked if he could come early. Of course I said! Hector was prompt and most importantly funny, extremely kind, and courteous as he explained the technical aspects of my transformer blowing out. He then even helped to properly schedule my thermostat. Hector and Roberts and Sons exemplify what good customer service is and should always be! I don’t want to have a problem were I have to use them again but if I do, You better believe I know I’m in good hands!

Robert & Sons A/C & Heating is absolutely best in the business. From the moment I called, which happened to be on a Friday evening 6:30PM, and 104 degrees outside. I came home to find my 30 yr old AC unit had quit cooling and just blowing warm air. I called, and they had a Technician there within 45 mins.The technicians name was Hector, and he was awesome, after he looked at the unit inside and outside, he pointed out what went out and knew the AC had to be replaced, which I already knew as well. Hector was super and worked out a great deal on a new unit. Now, the icing on the cake, he said they will be able to install the complete new system, and itll be up and running on Sunday, I couldnt believe it, and that is exactly what they did.They showed exactly when they said 9am sharp on Sunday.Then the magic began, the crew Jose, Omar, Rueben, and Junior introduced themselves, explained what the plan was and started to work. These guys were a well oiled machine, and came up against a couple of obstacles that would have delayed others but they worked so well together they had the AC installed and working by 5:30 that day. They took all the boxes, trash and old units and left the place very clean in the attic, garage and outside.Being in the construction service business for 40 yrs, you know when you have found a good business to work with and Robert & Sons is one of them, you will not be disappointed. Ill be recommending Robert & Sons to all our friends, and customers without any hesitation. Thank you!!!
I was very impressed with this company they gave me a great price to replace my ac compressor and coils. Hector Lopez came back to double check the ac unit and the coil replacement to make sure it was all good. Now thats great customer service. I would highly recommend this this company.
I had used my home warranty company to call in an issue with my AC unit. The soonest I could get services was 48 hours from the time I called my warranty company, that was fine...I could wait, I understood.Well, I got a call early from Robert and Sons saying they could fit me in today (score.)The gentleman that showed up was named Herbert, he was AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind.Herbert fixed my issue and was very pleasant the entire time.If you have an issue with your AC you would be doing yourself a favor to give these guys a call.
Robert & Sons was assigned by my Home Warranty Company after I submitted a work order for several issues noted by another Company in Forney during my winter inspection. The Company documented several problems, which would have cost me anywhere from $1100 to $3500 for a new furnace without warranty. I informed my warranty company of the issues documented. Robert and Sons contacted me the this morning and came out within hours. Could not have ask for better service. Tom, the Tech, arrived, followed all safety protocols and even wore booties. He performed his inspection of the said issues and discovered there was NOT any issue with my heating system. He even tested the capacitor and also cleaned the flame sensor, which both were not done by the previous company. He cleaned up after himself and gave me a few pointers on being energy efficient. I am truly pleased with the honesty and professionalism of Tom and Robert & Sons. They saved my warranty company and I both unnecessary repairs and costs. It is hard to find an honest and caring business anymore! Robert & Sons gets an A+ from me and I will definitely be requesting them for any future inspections and or repairs through my home warranty company. Thank You many times over 🙏🏼
We were without heat for 2 days and then Robert and Sons came out and fixed the unit in less than 5 minutes. He could see the problem and like that we have heat again. Wish we would have called them in the first place. Very knowledgable.

I have had several issues with my HVAC since moving into my new home and Hector from Robert and Sons has helped me tremendously along the way. He is always very detailed about what the problem is and how he is going to fix it. He takes pictures and videos to show you step by step what he did to fix the issue, which is very helpful when you don’t have much knowledge on these things. Most of all he’s respectful and kind and we are very grateful for the work he’s done for us this far. Thank you Hector!
Sadly, our experience with Robert and Sons was not positive. While their employees are very friendly and punctual, they ultimately fell into the same trap that many repair shops get a bad rap for. And that is, they quoted us unnecessary repairs at a ridiculous cost.Our first experience with them was about 3-4 weeks ago when our A/C went out. At that time they found a wire that needed to be replaced. The repair was quick and effective. Then about a week ago, our A/C went out again. So they came back out and discovered that there was a leak. So the technician informed us that the coil needed to be replaced.Once we connected with our warranty company a few days later, we found out that there was an additional $1200 needed for repairs, that were not covered by our warranty. I received an itemized list for the additional work. In receiving a second opinion, NONE of the additional work was needed. In addition to that, it turned out the coil was fine. The second A/C company simply turned on the furnace and A/C and ran some diagnostics. They quickly discovered that the system was running fine. ZERO issues were found.What was certainly going to cost the warranty company a few hundred dollars, and us $1200, turned into a $100 service fee for the second repair service.It’s unfortunate that companies like these attempt to take advantage of homeowners during urgent times. Naturally, with the heat of the Texas summer, customers are at their mercy to have repairs completed ASAP. I assume they attempt to capitalize on the urgency. Lucky for us, we were patient enough to have the second opinion.
As I write this review I am reminded of how important customer service and truth are. Sticking to the facts and not assumptions I can say that Robert and Son seemed to be a reputable company of honest individuals. I was wrong.My technician was Hector. Hector came to my home after receiving notification from my home warranty company, regarding my A/C not functioning properly. My home has two units, upstairs and downstairs. Hector took one look at my downstairs condenser unit without checking and told me that due to the leak he was condemning. Never once did he come in and check the unit, nor did he check the temperature coming from the vents with the laser. I told Hector the downstairs until is not the issue, but the upstairs unit is. Hector did not listen. He focused on condemning the downstairs unit.When I mentioned the upstairs unit, Hector told me that this unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned and he could clean for $300.00. He then tells me that I would NOT be able to purchase the chemical because it’s for licensed HVAC professionals. I asked the brand and he told me Viper. I pulled the same product up on Amazon and showed him. He smiled and asked if I wanted him to clean. I told him no thank you! I called and had another HVAC professional come out to clean and they pull out the same product, cost $100.00. One-third the price of Robert and Son.It gets better, once cleaned I ask my warranty company to call Robert and Son back out. Hector comes back and tells me that I need refrigerant. My question, why didn’t you add this the first time? “Your unit was dirty!” Okay, Hector… I asked will the unit work now that refrigerant is added? Yes! 24-hours pass and my upstairs is still 83 degrees. I call home warranty back and ask that Robert and Son come back out. Hector calls me the morning of my appointment and advise that I’ll have to pay another $85.00, I advise him to check his paperwork, as this is a continuation of a service not solutioned. He tells me that the unit is NOT going to operate that way that I want it to. As this point I am totally confused. I pay for a service and have gone back and forth, paying for service deductibles, only to be told that my system is not going to work the way it’s expected to. So, my thought is “why not condemn it, like you did the downstairs u it that is working?”Nevertheless, I call Robert and Son and ask that Robert call me. The young lady answering the call tries to rush me off the line and I tell her “do not rush me off the line!” I call home warranty back and advise them of my displeasure. Something tells me to ask home warranty to call Robert and Son for their status. Home warranty asks me if I was rude to the young lady and advised that Robert and Son would no longer service my home due to my rudeness. Let’s be clear, home warranty asked for a detail of findings for all of the visits and protocol of how Hector determined his diagnostic. Robert and Son no longer wants to service my home because they did not properly diagnose my units and now that home warranty is questioning this coincidentally they no longer want to service…Sad thing is home warranty sent another vendor, same day, and their diagnosis is the following: old unit that is not producing the way homeowner expects, forcing the lower unit to work harder that expected, while upstairs unit is not working. This forces the heat to stay trapped upstairs, as heat rises. Recommendation is to replace upstairs unit with an upgrade credit issued courtesy of the home warranty.Now couple questions: I thought the downstairs unit was condemned? Why is it working hard to cool the entire house, if condemned?Why didn’t Robert and Son advise of the upgrade credit? Seems like they were content with continuing to put bandaids on the real condemned unit.Now, everything is say here is a fact, no assumption. If you choose to do business with Robert and Son, ask questions! Confirm your understanding and pray that they relay the same information to your home warranty. Hold them accountable! Never again!
My heater was not working properly and the weather was freezing. The technician Herbert arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything with great detail. He was awesome and finished working on my unit in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend this companies services and if I every need work done on my unit I will most definitely request that they send Herbert.
We were introduced to Robert and his sons by our house warranty provider. When the technicians examined our A/C unit , they reported that the capacitor was not functioning and that it had stopped working since the old capacitor was unable to supply the AC with the required amount of power owing to the severe heat at the time. They offered to replace the same-powered capacitor at no cost, but they also recommended that we upgrade to a higher capacity capacitor so that it wont have breakdowns; they gave us a $350 price tag for the high capacity capacitor. We had accepted the quote for the upgrade because it was hot and we have children at home. However, they arrived on time for service.

They arrived within 30-40 minutes as promised. Did not charge for labor because all they had to do was replace capacitor/checked refrigerant level, took less than an hour! Only charged about $199. They were wonderful. I’ve had several issues between my two units recently and they have come out sometimes same day if we needed them too. They fought for us repeatedly when having issues with Home Warranty. Every person who has come to my home has been exceptionally professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Doris who works in the office is amazing too. Even with all the issues going on she was professional, available, and overall awesome.

Our downstairs heating unit stopped working last night, it was 60 degrees in my house this morning on Christmas Eve!! We requested Robert & Sons services through our Home Warranty program, and they were the only contractor willing to come out today. Tom our technician showed up with all necessary tools/equipment, was on time, took Covid precautions very seriously, was professional, courteous, and found the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our maintenance needs and request them as our contractor every time from now on. We can sleep comfortably tonight thanks to Robert & Sons A/C & Heating.
We were pleasantly surprised when they called to inquire whether they could actually arrive earlier than the appointed day/time! Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and interested in providing excellent service. Upon completion of the installation they went over everything that had been done and how to get the best performance of our system. I will use them for any future a/c needs and would recommend them others as well.

The first company that looked at Sent 4 different guys could not fix Hector showed up and fixed what they messed up in like 40 min. Robert and Sons AC & Heating,My AC went out just after the April storms and the outside AC units needed a coil cleaning. The company gave me a quote to clean just one of my units coils for $199.00 and expressed I could not pay that amount to clean one unit’s coils. The technician called his supervisor and they gave me a discount of $200.00 to clean both units. I am very happy with their work and appreciate the discount that will keep our home cool this summer and prolong the life of our outside AC units.I strongly recommend Robert and Sons AC & Heating.Thanks for everything

Hector and his son came by on today because my condensation pipe had been leaking a few days. He came in and went beyond what the others with other companies have ever done. Found out my coils was filthy and need to be cleaned badly. Other companies had been coming in doing something really quick and leaving but not Hector. Then after all work was done Hector and his son cleaned up their mess. I would recommend them highly.

They said there was nothing wrong with AC that does not work . 2 other technicians after them said unit gas so many issues that needs to be replaced. Robert and sons must be working for the insurance company, either instructed to find nothing wrong or maybe they are that incompetent.
Shortly after buying our first home in Texas we started to have issues with our AC unit. Initially, our home warranty sent out a horribly unproffesional company that made everything worse. Finally we had Hubert with with Robert and Sons come out. He immediate addressed the mistakes the first company had made and answered all my questions. Without his help our unit could have been severely damaged. I would highly recommend this company. Stay away from IBC or Islander by choice.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE COMPANY. I had an appointment after 3 days for my HVAC-not working for my rental property. I verified and confirmed my appointment a day before too.On the day of an appointment: an appointment was scheduled between 7am to 11am for a technician to come. I got a call from their office saying no one is at home at 10:51am. An adult person was their at home. Their office lied. Their office said she will check with a technician and update me.I called them again in 20 minutes to verify an appointment. This time, their office person said a technician has 2 calls before my call, so a technician will be there in an hour or two.My tenant also called to check on an appointment, and their office said: a technician can not come today and need to reschedule an appointment after 5 days in these very hot days.I and the tenant are requesting their office person to have a technician come to look HVAC issue. She hung up on us and canceled an appointment.Stay away from Robert & Sons
On July 3 (holiday weekend, no one else would have come out), Alex from Robert and Sons came out as promised. He explained what was the cause of our A/C not operating, told us how they could fix it and did so. This is the second time we have used them and will continue to do so. I felt like a valued customer, even though it was only a repair. When I need any unit replacement, I will only call Roberts and Sons.
Robert & Sons have worked on both my HVAC units. He does efficient work. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, polite and professional. At times it can be hard working with the Warrenty company but his team is persistent. While I am a DFW resident they will be the only people to service my HVACs!
Called the office and made an immediate appointment to have my heating checked. Tom was sent to my house w/ in the hour and also called and gave me a 30 min window when he was going to arrive. He checked everything out and then also went that extra mile to explain what he actually did. I would Highly recommend using Robert and Sons for all your A/C and Heating needs. Our technician Bobby was super friendly and professional. Worked around my schedule to get the repair done the same day I reported the heating issue. Highly recommend this company, and would also highly recommend requesting Bobby to do the repairs.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They lied to me and my home warranty company. I pay my home warranty company 90.00 a month and never had an issue with a company lying on me and my family. They stated I somehow had a technician from another company come out and messed up the coils. Which is a total lie Shame on your technician and your company. My Home insurance company approved the fix for them to come back later stated. They didnt want to do the job because it didnt pay them the 5000 dollars they said it would take to fix unit. The total was half the cost. Dont lie if you didnt want the job.Everytime I call Robert and Son they keep lying stating they didnt say that and the home insurance company called them while Im on the phone a they lied again saying I told them I had another tech out which is almost insane. I will file BBB complaint know and also If I have to pay for this they will pay. Hope this help someone not use this terrible AC company

We have been using Robert And Sons since the first time the home warranty company sent them to do a repair. We actually request them now when our tired old equipment takes a break. We have them do our maintenance in the fall and spring. They are timely, quick to respond, professional, and typically have whatever parts they need with them to repair it the same day. I highly recommend them.
Our AC was not cooling properly and was leaking water. Hector cleaned the coils, and filter with cleaning solutions. They provided before and after pictures explaining the problem and how they solved it. We are happy with their service!

This is the worst heating and air conditioning company I have ever dealt with. I am in real estate and have dealt with hundreds so it is saying a lot about how bad they are. They were supposed to arrive on Monday between 8 and 12. They called just before 12 and said it would be 4pm. They showed up after 7pm. They needed a tool the tech did not have so he said he would be back Tuesday at 4pm. They did not show up or even call. They now are screening my calls and not answering. The home warranty company said they would be out first thing Friday and would call me Thursday to confirm a time. They did not call and have not shown up. My wife and I have both missed 2 half days of work each waiting on them to do this 10 minute repair. Please dont use this company as it will just cause you frustration.

My home warranty company had them come out and do service call. It was determined that it needed a a new coil but the tech stated he couldn’t do that without me paying $300 per unit to clean my air conditioning . Obvious scam to get extra money on top of what the warranty company was willing to pay for the work. Do not use this company. Integrity is no where in their business model. This is the worst service I have ever seen looked at my unit for 3 minutes, never went in my attic to check compressor. Very unprofessional and immediately started with what we needed to pay that was not covered hence the $300 per unit
I bought a new HVAC system from Sears, and Robert Sons A/C & Heating was the contract installer who drove all the way to the other side of Waco, Texas for the install.They arrived on-time and were very well-organized. Robert explained what type of system we were getting (I already knew, but it was nice for the refresher) and after examining our residence structure and how it was all laid-out, he explained the work they would be doing.Throughout the time they were here, Robert, Bobby, and the rest of the 4-man crew were nothing but courteous and polite. They disrupted the goings-on at our home as little as possible - if at all. They kept their work-areas clean and answered all of my questions.At the end of the installation and after making a very thorough check and double-check of the system and how it affected and improved each room in the house, Robert and his men picked up EVERYTHING - inside and out - that was left from my old system and the packaging of the new one, they swept and vacuumed each work space and left my carpet cleaner than it was before in those areas.I do not know who the other reviewers used - I cannot see that it was these guys. If I lived closer to Dallas, these would be my go-to AC guys.
Spent a lot of money $$$ getting my 2 AC units repaired. First time I go to use them they are not working. Called to get them to come out and fix what they did wrong and was told it would be over a week before they can help me.Believe me I understand its hot and they are busy, but if they would have repaired it correctly the first time I wouldnt be making this poor rating!2 AC units repaired on separate service calls, and neither unit is working.Thats just piss poor workmanship., and Im getting a reputable company to fix it.
I had dealings with 2 technicians, 2 installers and Robert himself. They listened to me and explained my options. Then they went on to do a great clean job. My new air handler is cooling my home more comfortably than ever before.

Heard a promotion announced on Classical 101.1 $59.00 maintenance. I immediately called them to schedule an appt as I felt this was a very good promotion for my 22 year old Goodman System. Ive used over 10 or so technicians in my 16 years at this house and Tom was the best tech that I ever dealt with. Extremely technical and professional from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He comes with 40 years of experience. Did an outstanding job in helping to determine why my old system was not cooling. Found a large opening where the attic heat was flowing into the system which caused the unit to process hot air from the attic. We found a box of old flexible tiles in my garage and he was able to bend/flex fill in those open gaps with these tiles so that the heat was no longer flowing into the system. Afterwards, he found a leak outside on the compressor unit. He was able to mitigate the issue and added a pound of R22 coolant. Within minutes, my 22 year old Goodman was cooling perfectly. Tom also took the time to explain everything I asked of him, the mechanics of my system, etc.... I also asked about getting a new system in the future. I asked him about relocating my HVAC to the garage. We both went to my garage and he explained where he would think would be a good spot for the HVAC. When using Robert and Sons, ask for Tom. He is extremely intelligent and very humble. Thats a combination that you will never see in an HVAC technician. Compressor claim denied from warranty due to dirty coils on AC from what this company wrote. Told i should clean every month during the summer. ROFL!!! If the come to your home on assignment from warranty company, refuse them. Youve been warned. Warranty cancelled.
Herbert from Robert & Sons A/C & Heating, LLC arrived to repair my downstairs heating system. He was equipped with the appropriate Covid attire. (Grade 10)- mask and shoe covers. Herbert was polite, informative to what the problem was, and had a backpack full of required tools of his trade (Grade 10) - Herbert did not need to retrieve anything from his truck. Herbert was extremely knowledgeable - he explained what the problem was and what he had do to fix the problem (Grade 10). While he was there he asked if I wanted the regular maintenance performed. (Grade 10) - I agreed to have both units (Furnaces) maintained - extra credit. Please call Robert & Sons A/C & Heating, LLC when in need and be sure to ask for Herbert - and see for yourself!!

The woman who answers the phone for the company named Dora was the most rude and unprofessional woman I have never spoken to. From the very first phone call when she stated “we are a company and the customers need to make themselves available to us”. She also told me “you do not know what you’re talking about” multiple times. The claimed that the compressor was not covered under warranty and refused to call the manufacturer when we were told by the manufacturer that it was in fact covered. This was an obvious scam to get money on top of the warranty company payment.Dora has so communication skills and is a horrible representation for the company. I will never again use this company And would encourage others to read the reviews, because I didn’t and I definitely should have!!!
The men worked hard in attic for two hours 5 to 7 pm when it was super hot (104 outside). The job of installing a new evaporator coil was perfectly completed and we are appreciative of their overtime effort at a fair price!
Was given a 4 hour window for when they would come out to fix my AC. 4 hours after the window closed this company didn’t show up and did not offer updates as to the whereabouts of the technician. Reading the other reviews and people said they were punctual, this was not my case. I called in to get updates and was given conflicting reasons by the same person who answers the phone. Not sure if service is different between a regular service call or a warranty service call but I do not recommend them.
Herbert and his associate quickly assessed my A/C problem. They changed my intake filter, measured pressure, and added more refrigerant to the exterior unit. Herbert even changed my battery in the ceiling-high smoke detector because it was beeping. This was a great service call!

The company came out through First American Home Buyer Warranty and I were great about a month ago. We had some lines that needed to be blown up due to a clogged in the lines, overflow was dripping outside. and when the technician came out he Blew them out so he said. I never saw debris like before you when other companies have out to do that before when my lines were clogged but I trusted him. Two days later the AC unit seized up and we were without air-conditioner for a couple of days in the Texas 90° heat...whatever I understand having to wait etc. here we are a month later the over flow never stopped dripping. The tech told me that it would dry up and stop dripping so I just kept watching it every day. Well now its dripping in two overflow spots. I called FAHBW had to wrestle with them to even get the same people out. Then when Dora called she said it would be wed aug 1st before someone could come out. Thats three business days. I told her we needed to see about rushing this Bc its an out standing problem that was never resolved. She got so ugly with me and said we were not her only customer and that we had a choice to call other companies. Really? Thats the way you want to do business?

The total experience from beginning to end was absolutely positive. The communication , scheduling, knowledge and courtesy of technician and speed with which the ac was fixed...all remarkable. I would highly recommend them.

It was their technician Tom.They didn’t even ask what tech it was, just idly claimed I was incorrect lol.No, definitely you guys. Lol
