BIG Shout out to Jasons Air-Tex Services for the helping us with our A/C repair, when our warranty company would not approve our claim, after their Tech reported that our blower fan was packed with dust, and it was not maintained. Well Nathan from Jasons Air-Tex came to our home after calling them in the morning and he fixed our A/C within an hour which included removing the old blower and leaving to pick up a new blower and installing it. Nathan was very friendly and even informed me of the services they provide to maintain our A/C going forward, which is a service I will be getting to help us in the future. I only wish my warranty company would work with this company because they did not hesitate on coming out and getting our A/C working. If youre looking for a company that is honest and explains everything, they will do for you this is the company. WOW! I made a desperate call to this company to get some heat in a friend’s home fast with the temps dropping below 40°. Jason had his guy Michael out within hours and did what he could to repair her unit for their whole family to have some heat in less than 2 hours and provided reasonable quotes to repair. For starters, the customer service is awesome with Ashley and Pam. This company works directly with Cinch extended home warranty and they made sure that I would be assisted immediately within the next business day. Micheal was very knowledgeable about 2 story homes that only have 1 condenser. Michael knows how to get AC issues fixed. His assistant Brandon also helped out as well and was also professional . Michael is professional and he explained the AC issues in full detail to customers. This company did not give up on my AC issues and they back customers up 100%. Received excellent service from this Company this Week. They diagnosed the root cause on our system that the first Company sent by the Warranty company couldnt figure out. It was a unique situation where the freon line gets clogged up.First Technician from the warranty company installed the compressor without checking the line for restriction and ended up damaging the compressor. Jasons team came in and did the correct diagnostics and unclogged the freon line and replaced the condenser at a reasonable charge while the other company was trying to sell me the whole system. They are very knowledgeable in their line of work, thorough and communicate the issue well with you. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I was very happy with the service I received from Jason. When our air conditioner went out during a week of 105+ temps, I figured it would take forever to get someone out and that it would cost a fortune. Jason came out the same day and fixed our broken unit and cleaned both air conditioners and it was so affordable. I dont often say this about repair companies, but I totally trust Jason for all of our future repair needs!

Jason’s air literally saved the day for my family. Our air conditioning had just went out yesterday morning and I have two little boys with a pregnant spouse who’s due next month in the home so air in the hot Texas summer is something we couldn’t do without! Had new 2 head mini split installed by a friend. One side would cool the other would not. Called over 8 major AC installers who refused work because they did not install. Jasons came out, no questions asked and corrected my friends mistake. Professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and more important the work was completed at a very reasonable cost. Jasons will be my AC technician going forward.

Called these guys last year to quote on fixing air flow to various rooms in my house. Great work. Communication and affordable. Hvac guys explained everything and even left me a schematic of my ac system so I know what tubes feed into each room. I would highly recommend this company!

I recently ran into an issue where my home Warranty, Super, sent another HVAC company (Horizon) to inspect a condensation drip coming from our flue pipe. After claiming it was a roofing issue and providing no information on the claim, I decided to get a second opinion. Luckily, Jasons Air-Tex Services was used for the second opinion and the experience between the two services was night and day. Michael immediately looked at the issue and confirmed that it was NOT in fact a roofing issue and confirmed that it would be covered by the warranty and was able to fix it on the spot. Not only were they able to fix it but Michael was very helpful and did a full check on the furnace to make sure nothing else was wrong.If you want great quality and professional service, I highly recommend Jasons Air-Tex. Had them stop by to see what was wrong with our unit. The guy tried charging us $4,000 for a new coil and 1 ton of freon. We didn’t agree so he automatically claimed he could do it for $3,000 instead, I may be stupid but I wasn’t born yesterday. That right there made us say no entirely. We had another company come by that works on Lennox units, he put 350 psi of freon in our unit to make sure it was leaking. It hasn’t lost any freon in over a week now. Turns out there was no leak and it was a simple fix. My disabled elderly mother lives in this home with me as well as our 3 year old, our house was staying at around 79° before air tex came out to give us a quote. After air tex left our AC took a turn for the worst and began to sit at 95°, we were all suffering. Turns out AIR TEX STOLE FREON to try to land some commission for a “leaking” coil. I hope your technician sleeps well at night knowing he took advantage of an elderly disabled woman and an innocent 3 year old child. I’m going to post this information EVERYWHERE! Shame on your technician. making an innocent family suffer in this texas heat. BEWARE JASON’S AIR TEX. I assume the owner wouldn’t condone this behavior from a technician and I truly hope they consider correcting his behavior or firing him.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for Jasons Air-Tex services. They were the 4th contractor that we received an opinion from as we just didnt trust what the other companies had shared. Michael was the first to teach us about the different components of our AC System. He worked with us to diagnose and repair our unit and we felt like he had a teachers heart with us as we learned. Ashley and Patty were consistent, responsive and we became very close during the process. They continued to keep us updated and had key contacts at the home warranty company to help expedite the repair of our units. Jason called us himself and also advocated on our behalf for the best possible coverage and outcome. We are thankful to have found this company and all of these incredible people. They were ahead of schedule for both the diagnostic and the ac unit replacement. Michael was honest about my options and even followed up after the installation to make sure we were happy. You dont see many companies or people with this kind of integrity very often any more. I am very pleased with the level of service I received and will continue to use them in the future.

This company went above and beyond to get our system repaired. I had issues with the warranty company. Jasons Air had contacted them and got everything worked out and expedited. Communication with the office was great! Our tech showed up in the time window given, which is hit or miss with most companies and I really appreciated the timely manner. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be fixed. I am very happy with my service!

Being over 100 a house can warm up quickly. Jason’s not only gave a realistic time frame, they came to the earliest time frame given. Tech was in and out in less than an hour. System is back up and running like a dream. Thankful to be seen same business day and cost to be cool is priceless.

Moreover, this was through a home warranty policy and Jasons handled everything directly with the insurance company to get us a new unit versus a band aid repair. We called Jasons Air Tex Services because our heater would not come on. They sent a tech over immediately to determine the problem. Unfortunately for us the furnace was cracked. Jason got us on the schedule and had it repaired in less than 3 days and we didnt have to suffer in the cold. They are honest, dependable, reliable and did an amazing job. No mess AT ALL. You cant even tell they were inside the house and they had to do this big job in the attic of a two story home. I would recommend them to anyone! They are respectful and care that you are stressed. Did great work fixing my AC, and Michael (our tech that came out) was super Informative and patient while I asked him a ton of questions and asked for tips on maintaining my AC unit. Cleared out the ac condensation line, corrected an issue with my pvc to copper fitting, and the safety float switch, one month later - no issues. And thanks to his tips, I feel better prepared to keep my AC unit running with all the preventative measures he showed me.Great service all around - totally worth the cost!

Great company, customer service is courteous and professional. They arrive in the time frame given, so if you miss the knock/doorbell, the office will call you. Michael is the best! Patient and thorough with explaining everything going on with the unit and what is needed to repair or replace. Temperatures are rising and outside unit needed to be replaced as it was over 30yrs old. Michael diagnosed in the morning and unit was replaced and operational by 5pm. I highly recommend for the services and pricing.

I’m a customer with Total Protect Home Warranty and you usually accept bad service from their vendors But I did not. I received EXCELLENT service from Jadon’s Heating & Air. My heater went out on Sunday Dec 1, I called HOW company on Sunday and placed my order for service and I followed up with Jason’s H&A on Monday morning, Dec 2. They ( I think Ashley, thank you) said they would have a technician to arrive between 11 AM and 2 PM. They also promised a call 30 minutes before their arrival. I went to work and they did call 30 minutes ahead, thank you. Michael, a senior technician came out, checked the furnace, determined what was wrong. He said he would need to order the part and be back in one to two days. He went out to his truck and found out the parts location was only a few minutes away. He went and got the part and fixed my heater/furnace right away. I had heat in moments. Michael was EXTREMELY professional and did an OUTSTANDING job. I went through my home warranty company for repairs to my upstairs AC since it just wasnt cooling enough to meet the thermostat setting. They sent out Michael C, and he was very friendly and explained everything he needed to do. I did have to call them back to check after they installed a new fan motor and cleaned the coils, and when they returned they found that the Freon was a little overcharged. So they fixed it without a service call fee. I would recommend them. They seem to care about doing the right job.

Earlier this year, we had to replace both air conditioning units and all ducts in our home. Obviously a stressful and expensive repair made easier due to Michael from Jason’s Air Tex.Michael and Devon spent about 2-3 hours determining where all of our ducts were located and taking accurate measurements to design our duct system. They also created a plan for the least invasive way to take out and replace our ducts. Our family would like to thank Michael and the other members of the repair team. Our new system is amazing and cools and heats the house wicked fast. Our family would also like to personally recognize Michael. He’s honest, hard-working, and meticulous in his work. Got this Company through a Home Warranty Service. Maybe had I been a cash customer the experience would not have been horrible. Has ended up going to small claims court to recover damages and mistakes this owner would not take responsibility for.Update::: His Insurance is not the correct Insurance and he will not return my calls or inquiries. I guess maybe his wife Kristin can help since his license is not in his name anyway. Her Companies negligence has done over 50K worth of damage to our home. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had a REALLY horrible experience with a company who came out and didnt fix my AC correctly. (Jay W Services out of Decatur, TX)Jasons Air came out following the prior companies service.They were on time, very kind and polite. Did a great job! I would highly recommend them and I would use them again!

Jason’s Air-Tex is professional and prompt ! My A/C is blowing nice and cold install looks amazing . Installers were on time wore booties to keep my floors clean while installing they laid down a tarp so no damage was done to my floors while installing . I used their services per a recommendation and im happy i did. I have used their services twice. Their techs are always polite and knowledgeable. I had 2 techs working on my unit and they didnt stop until the job was done. Even though my emergency situation might have not seemed so urgent to others, i had a sick baby and needed services asap. They arrived before the time frame given. I was extremely thankful. They went straight to work and knew exactly what was going on with my unit without alot of useless troubleshooting. I would recommend them and continue to use them.

Jasons techs were very knowledgeable and always gave us several options. They even came out at 6pm to install a new unit when we had been without a.c. for 5 days due to an issue with our horrible property manager. They were our life saver. Ive had a great experience with Jasons so far. But I had scheduled a preventative maintenance for the morning hours and they told me they could only do afternoon. Which was fine, so they scheduled me between 2p-5p. I was supposed to get a 30 minute call before they arrived. Its 4:50 and no one has called. I called to reschedule and the only time they can fit me in is 2 weeks from now.... Geez

James just came and fixed our AC. Couldn’t be nicer, more knowledgeable if he tried. We’ve had 6 different repair people to look at the AC and nobody else could fix it. Within 30 minutes James had our AC up and running and did it with a smile. Hurry up and use him before he retires!

James that covers Desoto area has fixed both of my a/c units. Both times he has handled the work in a timely manner. He gave me great advice on maintaining my unit. Based on my interactions with James I would definitely recommend this company. The only thing is both times took a few days before they could make it out but its a smaller company and this is a large metroplex so it wasnt too bad all things considered.

Had a/c repaired via home warranty. First technician was extremely knowledgable. After determining the compressor was bad jasons worked out the details with the home warranty for repair. All said and done it was 2800 to replace a compressor with old r22 freon(which was marked up 100%). Then it got hot outside and the repaired unit would not keep up. When I called regarding the issue I got the typical excuses on how a/c units only cool 30 deg below ambient temp and how repaired units dont anyways work as well as they once did. Also was told to start another warranty claim. At that point i gave up on this company and my home warranty. I found a company that replaced the entire outside unit and inside unit 5 ton 14 sear with newer freon for 5700 installed. Durring the removal of my repaired unit it was brought to my attention that a 5 ton compressor was installed on a 4 ton system(maybe this is why the unit wouldnt keep up...i dont know).

I would like to say that I was really impressed with Mike from Jasons Air-Tex. I had had two other techs come out and they were giving me outrageous quotes. But Mike was very honest and replace a part on my furnace. He got my heat going for my family and I really do appreciate that. He went above and beyond.

I just called Air-Tex. to get a service rate for repair.I will go ahead and note, that i work for a commercial HVAC company myself, and the only reason why im calling to outsource, is we are too busy and have no techs available for residential work. with that being said.I gave the lady on the phone the part number that i needed (since i know what is wrong with my system). which can be replaced with a generic blower 1/3 HP blower motor-doesnt need to be name brand. (anywhere from $75-$150 cost (i purchase items ALL DAY LONG and know the cost of things) and she told me it would cost $400+ (that is for a generic one - not even the name brand)!!! i would say thats price gouging...

My home warranty sent them out and they replaced a capacitor on my AC unit and recharged the unit. Only for my AC to stop working which they later came out and come to find out they filled the unit with too much freon over-pressuring the system. Since then evrrytime my unit comes on it makes a loud clanking noise that can be heard from inside the house and extremely loudly outside. Notified them of this they told me it was nothing they could do just ridiculous.
