We built with Perry Homes and L&S is the only contractor that has been hassle free and extremely knowledgeable with the services they provide. Jose was exceptional, he deserves a raise! Highly recommend L&S Mechanical if in need of any electrical, plumbing, or gas needs.

Ray made a follow-up visit to replace an expansion tank. As with the first visit, he was diligent and professional, but also a genuinely nice guy. Should I ever have the need for L&S services in the future, I would me completely comfortable with Ray.

Ray did an awesome job. He cut back our hot and cold supply lines and reset the drain for our new IKEA wall mounted sink cabinet, then assembled the faucet and drain lines from the new sink to the new lines and drain in just 2 hours. Thanks Ray!

The very first thing I noticed about the technician (Wellington) was his professionalism. He was extremely polite and sincere in his service delivery. I have issue on my hvac unit thats was installed in a new built house i bought few months ago.Everything went smooth from the representative who took the call and setting an emergency appointment the next day. I’ve had them out twice now for warranty work. First time turned out to be nothing, but the second time the plumber (James) had to put in some work. He was very courteous and professional both times, and did a great job.
