We called them in almost a panic—extreme cold was on the way, and not only were we without heat, but we also had a serious fire hazard on our hands. They responded immediately, sending out Brayzon, who was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through every step of the repair, showing us exactly what had gone wrong. Honestly, it’s a miracle there wasn’t a fire!They sourced the necessary parts in record time and had our furnace up and running quickly, giving us complete peace of mind. Called first thing in the morning for my heat making a really loud noise. They came out same day. They were very polite and were able to figure out the issue quickly (thankfully nothing serious!). Will definitely recommend them and use them for any future issues we may have!

Brayzon did a great job! I just needed some maintenance work on my Heat Pump system, and I was recommended to Exodus. I left a voicemail and Brian promptly called me back. They were able to come out the next day. They looked over my system, provided a quote before starting, and completed everything within a couple hours. Cant ask for better!

We called on Friday, late in the day with snow on the ground. Hayden came and worked on the heater, even spending a long time outside in freezing weather. So polite, helpful, and professional. Taught us some important things about our heating system that we’ve never known. And we have heat over a very cold weekend. Highly recommend this company.

Our air stopped working yesterday while it was 107 degrees. We tried to troubleshoot it ourselves but it got late. They came today and fixed the problem right away! We thought for sure we were going to need to buy a new unit but it was something they were able to do right away and even had the parts on hand. The two young men that helped us were very knowledgeable and answered my million questions! They could have taken all my money today but were very honest and helpful! I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs!

This company is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Customer service is unmatched. I called bright and early at 7am this morning prior to opening and they answered and got me scheduled for 2 hours later. Right on time, took them maybe 15 minutes to replace a capacitor and I was up and running again. I am SO thankful for this company. They saved my butt last summer and here they are again. Just amazing. The guys that came out were so polite and professional, such a great customer experience.I have some health issues which makes me heat intolerant plus I own a home daycare so my AC running is a must. Despite my repeated attempts to contact this establishment, including leaving a voicemail and subsequently calling back, I have not received a response. Despite their highly recommended status within our city’s Facebook group page, I have been unable to secure assistance from them.

We’ve had to use Exodus Mechanical twice this year(2024) for home AC repairs. Both times have been exceptional. First was a failed thermostat control box, and second time for some flap that wouldn’t open or close(can’t remember, says the wife) for our upstairs unit. Each visit, Brian took the time to quickly diagnose the issue(s) and jump into a corrective action that was more than fair on price. We can’t thank Brian, Kristi, and their staff enough for making sure the family stays cool on these hot 100 degree summer days. Thank you for always pulling through, as well as teaching us homeowners a thing or two along the way!

Brian, the owner and his crew are outstanding. We placed a call late Sunday, and that evening we got a response they would be out Monday morning. Our A/C was not working properly and Brian and his service rep stopped by and diagnosed that we needed a new cooler unit and the outside condenser. He gave us a quote to replace, install, test, and remove all the old stuff. In fact he gave us a couple options. He did not think the furnace needed to be replaced, so the two options were to replace just the Cooler and or replace the cooler and condenser. We choose to replace both the cooler and condenser. In the mean time he added Freon to help us limp a long for a few days until everything could be ordered and delivered then installed. This visit all took place between 11am-11:30am. I told him I needed to review with my wife. I think I had let Him know at about 2pm. At 3pm, they texted that their son as on his way to pick up the order and the install crew would be at our house between 6-7pm. They got here and got us and cooling by 9pm. If your in need of a trust worthy, knowledgeable, A/C HVAC company, then this the one to choose. We are very thankful for this level of service and effort.

Have used them since we have moved here. Great service and would highly recommend Exodus to any one needing HVAC services. They just replaced our failing AC unit after “baby sitting” our old unit to keep it running until the new one was installed. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I had a Goodman A/C that was going to out. Exodus came out quickly and gave me multiple options for repair. I had several other companies come out to quote the job with all of them giving me only a single choice, which was a replacement. I chose Exodus due to their honesty and price. Within a few hours, the unit was replaced and running like a champ. I will never use or quote another A/C job from any other company. Honest owners with excellent price! Thanks Brian!

DO NOT USE this company. They were called out Thursday morning to provide a estimate on replacing a coil for my central ac unit for my warranty company. After calling twice Over a couple day period we called our warranty company to see why this hasn’t been escalated to getting it fixed on the following Tuesday and they told us Exodus hadn’t sent in any estimate yet, so our warranty company called them while they were on the phone with us. After 3 attempts finally a lady answered and transferred us to Brian and he was talking to our warranty officer and hung up on him for unknown reasons!

Unfortunately it is extremely hard to find a contractor with honesty and integrity these days. Exodus is a rare find. As long as they are open for business, they will be my call for Al things HVAC. I especially want to shout out to Brian for his kindness, work ethic, and honesty. Thank you!
