We were having some issues at the house with toilets, overflowing at the base. John was able to come out and snake the drains. Unfortunately, the next day they were backing up again. This was during a snowstorm. He came out the day after, braving the snow, ice and the elements And stayed there snaking the drains for 2+ hours (On the roof, on the ground level).After two hours, the toilets were working, but he found out that there is a hole in the sewer line pipe underneath my house, which will require some extensive work. However, he did get the toilets and working order for a little while until I can explore my next option. I can’t thank John enough for the time he put into helping me. I will use him again and again for the rest of my natural days on this earth when I need a plumber.

Absolutely phenomenal team! Requesting an appointment was very easy to do online. I was called the next morning to confirm my appointment date, time and what the appointment was for (AC wasn’t cooling). The day of my appointment I was given a 30-40min courtesy call before my technician showed up. Trey Torrance was fantastic! He explained all the diagnostic steps he was performing, and gave his honest thoughts on them. We eventually came to the conclusion to buy a new outdoor unit. The next day Trey Hall came out to install the new unit. Trey Hall was also fantastic! He was very thorough, and made sure everything was working properly and the house was cooling before he left. Overall great experience! If you want a quick response and quality work, The Right Choice, is the right choice!

Professional and thorough maintenance review. He looked into everything and documented everything in a comprehensive report. He cleaned the outside units of dirt while he was examining the units. Explained the companies membership policy to help save some money. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

This review is for the AC check up service. I got a promo deal and had them inspect my 3 systems. The service tech, Coby, was very thorough, answered my questions, provided detailed statuses for each system and what he observed.

The installation crew was respectful of our home and did a fantastic job.

Ryan was great! He was very straightforward and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix within 45 mins. The price for the repair was reasonable. He also sent us a quote to replace our AC unit.

Don’t waste your time. They charged me $600 and made things worse. My husband ended up YouTubing the issue and fixed it. Wasted so much time from work and money from my faucets. I hired them for a drip and ended with a stream of water constantly. Yeah, no way recommending them. Sorry this had to go this way. Also, I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks to discuss the situation.

Replaced entire HVAC system including ductwork. The new system is working great and keeping the house cool and providing clean filtered air. We chose the Daikin Heat Pump system. Too early to tell the cost savings, but the system sends me a electrical usage report monthly to compare month/month expenditure.Service on unit has been great. Had it for over a year and its been working great. I recommend Right Choice.

I was engaged with Right Choice Heating and Air Inc, as someone who I worked before recommended but it ended to be Wrong Choice.I called this morning and technician came before scheduled time and looked like he is in rush, I had to cancel my work meetings as he came early and he said capacitor needs to be replaced and quoted close to 500$ in addition to 125$ service fee which I paid already, guys paying 600$ (including service fee) for replacing a 20$ capacitor is unbelievable and technician was not friendly, kept open the attic door as is and after I denied service all he is interested is getting the card details for 125$ ASAP and head out, I DO NOT RECOMMENT THEM AT ALL, the prices are way over priced, if I would know that before I would not even call them in first place.

My overall experience with this company was wonderful. They were extremely fast, responsive and delivered with quality. I appreciated that each person that worked with me took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Once everything was installed, they continued to run tests making sure my AC worked properly. Highly recommended!

Our AC went out on Christmas and right choice was here the following day to help find out what was going on. They were able to do a fully new install the following day (which we knew we were needing sometime soon) at a much better price than we had been quoted in the past. Every person who we interacted with was courteous, kind, and helpful. So glad we chose them for the job and will continue to use them in the future.

Ryan and his partner came out to help us with a broken thermostat and stayed until nearly 8pm. They ran a carbon monoxide test on our older thermostat, made recommendations for what type of detectors would work best in our new home, and helped us formulate a plan for cost savings, as we are learning more about the age of our units. They were as friendly as can be and very knowledgeable, but not pushy with the sale. We also had a wonderful experience with Hernan helping us with duct cleaning last week and with fixing our AC at the home we recently sold. I would highly recommend Right Choice!

When your AC dies on a 100 degree day, you think getting your AC repaired is the Top Priority. So does The Right Choice! Jimmy was there the next morning, listened to what I wanted and gave us a great estimate. No attempts to up-sell us or push a bunch of Add-ons. He designed a system that would easily serve our needs, cut our energy costs, and have some Reserve capacity for those extra Hot and Cold days that we all know are coming. The Team he assigned were professional and well trained. They showed up early, did a full tear-out and replace. And in less than 6 hours I had 51 degrees at the registers.
