TemperaturePro is fantastic, I highly recommend this company! Our A/C wasn’t cooling correctly, called TemperaturePro, and within an hour we had a technician at our door. Darius was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He troubleshot, diagnosed, and most importantly, fixed the issue!

Darius arrived before 8 am and was very efficient. Replaced the blower motor with an exact match OEM motor. He finished in two hours including a thorough check of the system. He was courteous and took the time to answer questions. I highly recommend him.

Two calls in a week: regular service on my air conditioner, and then the tech returned to inspect in my crawl space to locate the source of a rattling beneath the house. Both times the service was prompt (he arrived exactly when they said he would!), courteous, and diligent. The price was very fair and both calls ended with us totally satisfied. TemperaturePro is absolutely amazing! When I turned on my upstairs furnace for the first time this winter, it failed to work. The burners wouldn’t turn on, error codes were flashing, and only cold air was blowing out. I initially contacted Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning, who diagnosed the issue as a faulty control board. They claimed the furnace was too old to find a replacement part and recommended replacing the entire furnace—a $6,250 project.I found it hard to believe that a replacement control board for a Carrier furnace—one of the largest manufacturers—wasn’t available, especially after only 30 minutes of searching. Im so grateful for Darius M. for rendering A1 service from beginning to end. He fixed a nitrogen leak issue that the initial installers of our HVAC unit missed. This may be my second review (if I havent already, shame on me), but I must make two mentions here: they have saved my family tens of thousands, as groups have come out in the past and instead of properly assessing the issues resorted directly to full system replacement (5 year old system - not sure how that would have made sense). Eric came out and took the time to analyze and address the simple issues that where as simple as improper installation (this was a few months back). The second note is we have had them come for a review and tune up (we signed up for the maintenance plan), Eric came back - so relieved to have a familiar face that was familiar with our system come - he went through everything meticulously not just a 15 minute look, was able to give a full analysis with a forward looking plan to make sure the proper maintenance was done for longevity. Continue to be impressed!

I joined the seasonal maintenance plan and today was my first appointment, our tech was Eric F. He got to the house within our assigned window and was very personable and knowledgeable. I know technicians run on a tight schedule to try to get to everyone each day, but I never felt rushed at all and he even took time to listen to other concerns/questions and give thorough answers. He made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Super easy to work with, overall a great experience!

This team is great, always knowledgeable about the issue, able to answer questions and provide tips for best maintenance. They won’t upsell anything. Their yearly maintenance plan makes sense if someone has to come out and repair something, and signing up gives a better discount than the individual repair/service call. That said, they don’t push it on you, but they’ll let you know if it’s cheaper to go that route. I’ve had them come out for a condenser that needed replacing, then an issue with the drip line being clogged. Same day service in both instances and I’ve had different techs each time, all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Eric came earlier than scheduled, which was perfect because the A/C was out in August. Got the problem fixed, and even installed a flow gauge for future maintenance. Temperature Pro installed our A/C unit a year ago, and we’ve never had a problem. The maintenance schedule is well worth the price.

Eric from TemperaturePro had to go through the Sheetrock in the garage to get to the hole in the refrigerant line to repair it. (The construction workers who were changing out my old siding for hardi board hit it with a staple.). Eric was very efficient and informative as he went through each step of the repair. Had a complaint about the upper level air con not cooling. Temperature Pro arranged for a tech to come out the very next day. Found the technician to be knowledgeable, honest, self motivated with utmost dedication to duty. He found the problem, which turned out to be the old mechanical thermostat and changed it out for FREE with a digital one!!! He went over the troubleshooting steps that he had carried out and asked me to monitor the unit for a day or two. I am very confident that the issue has been resolved even though I am still in the monitoring stage. Looks like they have knowledgeable and dedicated employees. Friendly techs that were knowledgeable. Was a pretty simple install of a thermostat, but had some additional wiring of another component that I wanted to ensure was done correctly. The techs did the job, but also were proactive in providing additional information regarding the best practices to run the other component along with giving me a heads up on how to manage the other component combined with the HVAC system. Most guys simply come in and do the bare minimum, and don’t take any extra steps to provide the customer with important additional info. A company that has employees who go beyond just the bare minimum tells a lot about a company. If the rest of the techs are like these guys, I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company!

Great support of mini split install from Darius.

Called one hour airftworth ,the technician name was Spencer and was told i have a leak.to fix it i have to change Evaporator coil,filter drier and TXV.THE PARTS WERE STILL ON WARRANTY he charged meover $3100 and he would give me $1200 worth of freon.called scott with Temperature Pro to have a second opinion ,they fixed the leak for less than $750.and was given 2 lbs of freon free.One hour Air and Heat said it takes $1200 worth of freon ,while it took less than $200 worth of freon,which Temperature Pro gave to me for free.Scott offered to give me a portable A/C till they fix my A/C.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.DARIUS McDONALD WAS THE TECHNICIAN WHO DID THE JOB.I CAN NOT THINK HIM ENOUGH.STAY AWAY FROM ONE HOUR AIR AND HEAT FORTH WORTH.
