If I could give 10 stars, I would!I asked them to come check out a home for a Client after a company just serviced their A/C.Since, GA Services has serviced my home and my neighbors, I knew they would be honest.Sure enough, not only did the PREVIOUS A/C company overcharge my Client, they made it where she would have to call back within a few months. He left the cap loose where it was leaking Freon. Beside, the Unit, was his tool that releases the Freon. (There’s more, but thankful for GA Services TX)This is when GA Services Tx came to the rescue!They got to the root of the problem which happen to be an extremely easy fix and took care of my Client! They explained everything and all for the price of a small service fee. They wrote a report giving my Client’s A/C a clean bill of health. (Unlike, the previous company)GA SERVICES TX are the MOST HONEST, GENUINE PEOPLE I’ve come across!They are the ONLY A/C company I TRUST!Since, I’m a Realtor, I’ve come across many A/C companies in my 23 years in the business and I’m hear to tell you, I will never call anyone else but GA Services Tx!

Yesterday, my heater quit working. This morning, Mr. David Conner came to check it. Less than 10 minutes, he found the cause of the malfunctioning part - the hot surface of the igniter oxidized and cracked over time (nearly 20 years old). This is to tell how experieced and knowledgeable he is. In fact, this is the second time he came to fix my AC/Heater problems. Several months ago, my A/C broke down. Likewise, he fixed it in no time. Really appreciate Davids great service and am glad GA got an excellent service man like him.

Probably one of the most transparent, honest, and professional contractors Ive ever met! All excellent qualities that I wish I would get from other contractors.I asked David to come out and take a look at our AC because it suddenly decided to stop working in the middle of a heatwave. Fan motor blew out and he had to get the part from a warehouse. This all happened over the weekend and of all of the places I called he was the only one who was confident enough to get the part and have the unit repaired by Monday. All other places needed to place an order which would have delayed things even further.So happy that I was able to find this company! Will use them again for anything HVAC related

This review is for Connor specifically, as he serviced my HVAC system at home. First let me I hardly trust anyone in the world of repairs because its hard to tell who you can trust, and I try to DIY everything at home (however I cant evacuate residential refrigerant for obvious reasons). Luckily, GA Services had great reviews and also a lot of recommendations from friends.Long story short: My A/C was making a crazy loud noise, and I feared it was the compressor. The first plus for GA is that their service visit fee was about half of other places I called. Much appreciate that. Connor was the technician who came out and I followed him throughout his whole process. Not only did he not mind, but you could tell he is very passionate about his work and happy to explain anything. I asked him a million questions and he explained everything about how a restriction in the TXV was causing high head pressure, and also showed me the readings on his gauges. It turns out I didnt need a compressor, just a TXV, so that alone saved a few grand.During the process there were some delays; waiting on manufacturer to send warranty info, but Connor and GA Services always communicated quickly and clearly.Would highly recommend, in fact I wont call anyone else, so GA Services you better not go anywhere!
