The customer service is exceptional, a great effort was made for technicians to arrive promptly. I arrived home to a temperature of 65. Garrett and partner took their time and determined my problem. It was rectified quickly. I feel comfortable with this small business being trustworthy and diligent.

Fair pricing. It took a few days to get all the components in stock for the system I chose. Not a big deal since we had 3 portable AC units to get us by. Lightening fast installation. All told about 4 hours start to finish. Elias and crew did a great job. On time, professional, courteous and got the system changed out very quickly and cleaned up old equipment and parts. We had a furnace that was operating intermittently and poorly on a cold (temps below freezing) Friday evening. Crows Heat and Air came out the next morning which was Saturday, they quickly diagnosed the problem, got the old unit up and running for the weekend and then they were able to replace it with a new furnace on the following Monday afternoon. Copper drain line had a crack about a once under sun flooring called Crow’s and was given a one hour eta and they had it replaced and connected with 30 minutes. I can’t even imagine using anyone else for such reliable excellent service been using them at both my house and my moms for over 20 years now and I highly recommend their services.

Josh and Kolby were terrific helping on an emergency call. They arrived quickly, identified, explained and corrected the problem and helped check our other systems while here to make sure the same problem didn’t happen anywhere else in the house. Great people from a great company!

Our A/C wouldn’t turn on so I called Crow’s based on positive feedback in my neighborhood Facebook group. I called Friday afternoon and Jason came to diagnose the issue Saturday morning and was very quick and efficient in letting us know what we would need and potential costs. They called back Monday and said they had the part we needed and we scheduled the repair on Tuesday. Josh and Garrett came Tuesday morning and had things up and running in about an hour. They were very polite, professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

My ac went out yesterday and because I have a service contract they fit me in the next day. They were on time and took very little time to replace a capacitor. They checked the units and the system in the attic. Very professional. I have been in business for over 45 years, so I know when I see a good value or not. They offer good services.

They led with strong communication, a non-salesy approach, and fantastic pricing which truly set them apart from the others. We purchased our home in McKinney in 2006 and started using Crows Heat and Air to service the ancient, problematic A/C unit that came with the house. They were able to keep it running for several years and in 2012 Crows installed a new system for us, which has run perfectly with no problems since the day it was installed. Jason, Chantel, and the rest of their team are always extremely responsive, courteous, and professional, they show up when they say they will (and very quickly when it’s an emergency), and they consistently provide excellent service and perform high quality work. Its always a pleasure to do business with Crow’s and we highly recommend them - thank you!

I used Crows Heat & Air to replace a 20+ year old system last spring. The price was WAY better than anyone else and the service after the sale has been outstanding. During a recent ice storm, I placed a service request at about 9PM and the owner (Jason) was there early the next morning. You dont get any better customer service than that! So, if you live in the McKinney area and need heat/AC service, dont waste your time & money on the advertised brands with their bright colored trucks and catchy advertising campaigns. Give this company a call. When it comes to price, service, & professionalism, they are exceptional in every category. On a scale of 1 - 5, I give them a 6.

Weve put this review on google many times, but Chantal is very good at editing and deleting poor reviews, which is why you see only 5 star reviews listed. In 2018 we paid $22,600 for a dual fuel American standard HVAC system. Contract says we would receive a 12 year parts and labor warranty which they refuse to honor. This system has been faulty from the get go. American Standard and Shearer Supply refuse to work with Crow which is why you see them selling Amana systems now. The costs we have had to incur over the years to pay other HVAC companies to fix their shoddy work, as well as our propane bills are astronomical. They set our emergency heat at 45 degrees instead of 32 as agreed. Our propane bills have been ridiculous over the last 5 years and how we know why. If you want to see how you will be treated, just read Chantals nasty responses to any negative online review. Her tone and demeanor speak volumes as to how you will be treated once they have your money. Jason is the front man, very soft spoken...yes maam, no maam...dont fall for it. Look for a company that is BBB rated. Crow is not, and theres a reason. Buyer Beware!

Chantel and the crew at Crow’s came to the rescue when our AC went out. We were relieved to hear that they could fix the unit instead of replacing our entire AC system. They replaced a coil that was leaking. Another company said they could not repair and gave us a quote for a new AC unit. We definitely recommend Crow’s, great customer service.

I seem to have had a loose connector that was losing connection in extreme heat. Repairman tighten it, said have a great day and left without even charging me because he was already in the area. 5 minutes, very professional, will definitely be calling them for any future needs

Garrett showed up and was professional and listened as I explained the problem. He had his tools ready and quickly understood there was a leak. He checked the outside unit, then the system in the attic. The solution was tightening a coupler that had come loose. His knowledge was exceptional. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Efficient, fair and trustworthy! Family business thats been in McKinney as long as I can remember.

DO NOT USE!! All of the good reviews are prior to when the father died and the mother ran the business. It has now been passed down to Jason (the son) and his snarky wife (scroll to read her nasty responses to customers who gave negative feedback in their google reviews below). These responses are just a drop in the bucket to what you will get from her over the phone and thats IF you get her to answer your call. We have a 12 year parts and labor contract on the $22k American Standard duel fuel system Jason sold and installed (or should I say had a 3rd party contract team install since they do not employ installers full time). American Standard does not recognize Crows as a dealer anymore due to Crows poor standards, so our 12 year warranty on parts is useless. The 12 year warranty on labory is useless because they refuse to answer or return our calls. We have had resort to going to the physical business address (which is the mothers home!!!!) and knock on the door to see if she can influence her son to return our calls.Over the last 3 years, we have had 30+ service calls, YEP...you read that correctly. Almost once a month on average the system was errored out or broken completely. My 86 year old mother with dementia lives with us and they refuse to help. I could go on and on...but I think you get the picture. We will be turning this over to our lawyers to try and reclaim some of our money to have a new system installed.

Crows was recommended to me after they took such care of my mother-in-law. She raved about them! So when my parents air went out I told them to call Crows. Jason was AWESOME!!! He promptly came out after regular business hours. Was honest, courteous and took great care of them!! Another problem arose during the night after he charged the AC and he came back out first thing that morning!! Price was very fair too! Can not recommend them more!! Now my parents are raving about Crows too!!

Avoid this company at all cost! the good reviews you see are mainly fake, or done by their friends and family! They are experts at ripping people off and they have horrible combative customer service! They are not experts at what theyre doing and they will drain you dry! I have several properties and they have ruined every single property they have gone to! the sad thing is that you only find out when its too late what a horrible job they have done! I had an AC that was due for a new unit, instead of telling you that at first, they will charge you thousands of dollars fixing small things, and then months after you paid for all the repairs, they tell you that you need a new unit!

My parents have used Heats Crow & Air since I was young so of course I use them too. They are absolutely incredible! They have helped me out numerous times & have been a true blessing to me.

People, be very careful with them. I hired them to install new air-conditioner, because my old one was not working properly. They never asked me size of my house , and installed me wrong size 2 ton instead of 3 ton. All last summer I was like in torture chamber. My air-conditioner worked without stopping and temperature inside my house was not going lower than 83 and sometimes instead going down rising up to 86!. I called them, they would come and check , and say , that everything is OK .. Finally, I called another company for second opinion. They said, that my air-conditioner is too small and installation was done incorrectly. The hole for the air supposed to come from the bottom, and they made hole on side, then redirect the air with piece of carboard and jar of glue to hold in place, electrical plug had no metal plate, which tremendous fire hazard. All of this was officially documented .Beside that, they never called my city for inspector to check installation, because would never pass. I called them back, and mother of the owner said, that I staged carboard and glue!!!I have water heater on the bottom, which is dont give enough room for bigger size air-conditioner, but I NEVER been told about that in the beginning. They told me, they would replace for bigger one, if I move my water heater. But I was not going to let this company to work on my house anymore. I hire another company, who perform an excellent job. I have perfect air-conditioner, they called inspector from my city and new installation passed inspection, but I lost $6,000!!!

Crows Heating and Air came highly recommended to us. When we called to have them come out, they did not have the right ladder to get on the roof of our building. They said they would be back out with the right ladder the next morning; however, instead called 5 minutes before coming to say that they didnt have the right ladder avialalbe, and that they woudl be unable to do the repair. Had they informed me the day prior that they would be unable to complete the work, we could have found an alternative repair company a day sooner; however, because of the delay, we were without air longer than we should have been.

Called and left message last week no retun call. Also both times they put the heat on emergency heat and said to leave it so it would not shut system down. Elect. Bill was 650 bucks.....apparantly that uses twice the kw. Thanks alot !

Unfortunately they weren’t able to repair my ac unit due to the manufacture brand. They were on time and very professional. They looked at my unit and informed me they couldn’t help me. They didn’t charge me even though they did what they could.
