Ive already left a review for this store but they definitely deserve as much as possible. We buy all of our equipment through this store and will continue to do so with the customer service we get here. Jose Silva has been absolutely amazing to work with along with everyone else including Stoney, Gary, Cody, Connor, & Sean. When we first started Jose gave us very good pricing when he had no reason to, considering we have not bought any equipment through baker at this time, and ever since then we have bought all of our equipment through baker and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Jose and the entire team at McKinney has always gone above and beyond for us and they have gone out of their way many times to deliver equipment to us and special order items we needed ASAP.

I want to thank Gary, Stoney, Jose, Cody and Tony for always helping me find everything I need. I can always count on them to find what I am looking for even if they don’t sell it I know they will go above and beyond to find me the distributor that sells it. Best thing I like about going to Baker is the guys are always smiling and eager to help me. I have shopped at many distributors and have yet to find one like this. They also deliver in case you are ever in a bind. Thank you for making me feel part of the Baker family.

My ac condenser motor out. I went to Bakers and they had everything I needed. I believe the guys name was Cody. He has been in the hvac business since he was a kid. Great going to buy parts from someone that knows what he doing. Great experience. IHighly recommend

Called before making the trip to the store. The wrong address is listed for there previous location. Get to the store, to receive opposite information I was told on the phone. Y’all work there, it’s not that hard to check before customers drive out of the way to receive invalid information. Wasted an Hour of my life going to this store…. And you’re still better off going to another supply store because they don’t even have supplies in store!

I will have to say this is one of the better businesses I go to. They always have what I need and are very friendly on top of that. They sell to the general public and the prices always beat what you would pay if you have a service tech come out. If you are a dIY person and have the skills, they have what you need at a reasonable price to keep the family happy.Happy Wife happy life.I give them full marks and recommend you give them a try if you are in the neighborhood.

I own a local HVAC company and and paid $46 for a bi flow filter dryer and immediately returned it drove down the road to Standard bought the same one for $12. I get everyone has to make money but ripping off the people that keep your doors open thats just bad business.

Stoney, Sabrina and Gary are all great people here. All very professional and very helpful, they have gone out of their way many times to help me out and find answers for me on orders and pricing. I cant say enough good things about them. Thank you Stoney, Sabrina and Gary for all the help!

Only place in McKinney that stocks and will sell to the public air conditioning parts. Very helpful, quick service, tested my capacitor for me and verified it was bad before selling me a new one. Very highly recommended!

All sorts of generic HVAC parts. I was looking for $30 brand name part. Got equal part for $11. Im happy, and the AC is working again!

No direct consumer sales. Such a shame to see a store sales model like this nowadays. Plenty of other supply houses in the metroplex that will gladly take your cash!

They dont as some say, sell to the public. Needed a condenser motor and the guy said sorry we only sell to contractors.
