I highly recommend this place to anyone needing services. A few months ago in the middle of the freeze we had a ceiling pipe burst which affected all of our clothing, personal belongings, etc. Servpro of McKinney and their crew took care of everything from START to FINISH!! These guys are super friendly and will walk you through every step of the process. I could not thank them enough for all their hard work and efforts to get us back to normal. Thank you again!!

We are in the process of getting back on our feet after a burst pipe from the freeze. From the beginning we have been so impressed with the thoroughness and kindness of all the employees! We have been given amazing care and service all the while putting our minds at ease during this difficult time. The process has been seamless from clean up, to working with our insurance to rebuilding. We could not recommend them any higher! High quality workmanship! Thank you!updated---My parents house flooded like so many in this area. We were so very blessed to have had the help from this company and in particular this branch. Colt, George, Paul, Dunia and Adam were thorough, and quick to completely take care of things- but above all I was impressed with their kindness and patience with us through the whole process. We were so grateful to have a one stop shop for our water mitigation, as well as the clean up and repairs- even cleaning all the furniture as it was brought back. At each step of the process they explained the process and walked alongside us. They took what could have been overwhelming and made it very doable and a smooth process. Their house is beautiful again and actually better than before. We are truly grateful. I cannot recommend them any higher.

SERVPRO of McKinney came and cleaned our carpets. They did an AMAZING job and got out stains that had been there for 3+ years. The workers were very respectful, kind, and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

We had an overflowing sink that caused water damage to our bathroom, family room, linen closet, bedroom and bedroom closet. Jorge and Paul, the water mitigation team, were amazing. They were responsive, sensitive, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Josh, Valerie and their team have taken care of several customers of mine.They really care about their customer’s satisfaction and are extremely knowledgeable on their field and have the equipment and training to handle any water, fire, mold and clean up after a disaster.I highly recommend them!

I spoke with Gary about a quote for service. He recommended I check with the AC company prior to them completing work. The AC company said they wanted ServPro to complete their task prior to them sealing the ducts on the AC because if they cut out the drywall it would undo their work. I called Gary and told him specifically what the AC company said. He scheduled me for the following day only to find out when the workers arrived that they do not replace drywall, they were never told drywall needed to be replaced. I was also told that a separate person has to come out to provide a quote for the drywall. I then spoke with the manager who told me, “I’m sorry you FEEL misinformed”. When I spoke with Gary he said I never mentioned anything about the drywall which is not true and that is the reason I did not us let them because he lied. When I called for a quote prior to the home inspection l asked if they replaced drywall, as soon as he arrived in my home for the inspection I again asked if they replaced the drywall, when I called him to mention the recommendations from the AC company I told him about the drywall. He never told me about a separate contact. Take accountability for the mistakes and misinformation you provide to customers. I told him that If I was informed about a separate vendor I would have asked for them to be scheduled the same day he then tells me that they do not come out the same day yet the day before I told him the AC company was scheduled to come out the day after him. If they are this dishonest up front. Imagine what they will do if there is an issue with their work.Update: Don’t buy Ms.Valerie’s response because when I called the office with my concerns she said I misunderstood and if I did not like the option I was presented then I did not need to do business with them. I contacted her before I posted the Google review. She just made a response to try to make her company look good.

Our commercial buildings had a skylight that had been leaking, which resulted in us needing a mold inspection. Servpro set up to have an inspector come out, they were professional and affordable!We would definitely recommend Servpro McKinney for our future needs.

ServPro provided prompt, effective and professional service on a Sunday morning. We were very pleased with Jacob and his crew. Jacob called me before they arrived each day and kept us informed of the process and next steps. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend their services.

Servpro of McKinney did an excellent job of explaining what their different services provided after our dog was sprayed by a skunk and brought the odor inside. I call this franchise couple weeks ago to do cleanup carpet & hardwood floor clean up. They did a good job Jorge and Dunia did a very neat job. If I needed another cleanup, i would definitely call them back. Our dishwasher overflowed on July 4 and Servpro McKinney arrived that afternoon. Ultimately we had a new tile floor in our kitchen along with new cabinets and a new granite countertop. Our dining room had a new floor, new paneling and freshly painted walls. The reconstruction team led by Adam did excellent work. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Servpro of McKinney for reconstruction or renovation work in your home.

This is a Christian family run business. They are the most incredible people, completely professional, thoughtful and thorough in all they do! They come highly recommended if you need help cleaning up a water leak, fire 🔥 damage, flooding, mold ect... they got you covered roof to foundation for you and your friends!

Matthew and Paul with ServPro were true God-sends today! Our dog got incredibly sick over the weekend and used the upstairs to do A LOT of business while we were gone. I was certain we would have to replace the carpet. They removed every stain. They were timely, kind and professional. Pricing extremely reasonable! Will happily use Servpro again.

I messaged Jacob Exler last minute needing my living room furniture cleaned and deodorized from being in storage and he get the appointment set up instantly. Matt came out and was at my new residence early which I was impressed about it. He was very respectful and got my furniture cleaned in a very timely. ServPro of McKinney was servicing the water damage at the building my mothers physician was in. Instead of parking there 4 vans and small suv in available parking spots, they decided to take up the handicapped parking spot AND the wheelchair accessible space for their convenience. I will NEVER use them if they think that is ok.
