Been over a month trilogy has install the ac unit and they didn’t install it the right way. My restroom and hallway leaking water and they have yet to come and fix it. I call;call and call and they never gave a tech to come and fixed it..

I spend three days of my vacation have them trying to figure out what wrong with my heater they kept sending different guys. That didn’t know what they were doing. Sending them at six and 7 o’clock at night. I’m very disappointed in the service I hope this is the last time that this happens to me. I hope they take their review seriously and help them to improve where they need to improve. I gave them a two because the AC does work good it’s just a service that’s needs to be improved

We did not sign a contract, nor did we provide any air conditioning service with Trilogy AC. Even so, they started sending us emails thanking us for doing business with them and ordered a card in my husbands name when he never signed to accept the deal and we had to call the bank to cancel. It is not a serious company
