Last years hailstorm apparently caused some damage to our roof which was recently discovered due to heavy rains. As a result I shopped around for quotes from 4 different roofing company’s for a repair but all 4 wanted to replace the roof but only one offered a comprehensive plan to address my issue(s). CRV worked with my insurance company every step of the way to get our roof replacement covered, yes even after denying our claim earlier this year. They took what I had and turned a very dire situation to a SOLUTION! Where others failed to follow through, DAVID GARCIA & CRV got the job done and they did it expeditiously!! They are an Owen Corning preffered supplier which was one of the many reasons I selected them to replace my roof. They also replaced the damaged facia board and soffit prior to the new roof install. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my house. Kudos to Fatima who started with me even before all the repairs started and supervised until the job was done. After the job was done she made sure that everything was cleaned up and my yard was left just as they found it. The insurance took quite a while before they finalized everything and sent me the check. Not once did they call me or bug me for the payment. We incurred significant roof damage from the last storm. Which resulted in a few leaks in our home. I submitted a claim with my insurance and was instructed to find a roofing company to place a temporary tarp over the roof to protect our home from any further damage. In between our insurance claim being processed. I started researching roofing companies and came across CRV Construction. I read quite a few positive reviews with a number of detailed comments. CRV Construction performed a complete replacement of the roof on our entire 40-year-old house and flat-roofed carport in fall 2019; they did it right and did it quickly. They were recommended to us through our insurance companys Consumer Services, although this was not done as an insurance claim. It was a difficult job, involving considerable brush removal near the house in addition to the roof replacement, but, being a general contractor, all the work was taken care of without our having to locate additional service providers. Each of our [very minor!] questions and concerns were handled quickly and to our satisfaction as the work neared completion. But, best of all, we continue to be well cared for by Mr. Juan Alvarez, the Team Leader and Project Manager. Any time we have needed assistance with anything even vaguely related to our roof or ceilings, e.g., leaking water and AC drain lines in the attic that damaged the ceiling, or even issues created by other entities (e.g., bee removal ladies!), he has been quick to respond. These people are licensed, certified, insured, financially stable, and, in addition, very nice people to work with. CRV Construction has clearly earned its 5-star rating from us.

After losing our roof shingles during hurricane Hanna, I decided to use architectural singles as replacement and chose Owens Corning. In the list of O-C contractors I noted only CVR Construction met all the credentialing requirements as a preferred distributor and called them.The owner gave my wife and I an itemized list of materials needed and a reasonable price so we hired them. I am glad we did. The crew completely stripped the remainder of old shingles and paper and installed the new in about 10 hours. The owner followed up with a personal inspection. Our observation is that this is a truly professional grade company. We respect the quality of workmanship done and the customer service provided. We especially want to thank the crew for the hard and steady work they provided.
