Called AC Works on a Sunday. They responded within an hour. Javier provided excellent service explaining every step of the way as he diagnosed the problem. His diagnosis was spot-on and we had our AC back in working order. Javier was very professional, friendly personality and pleasant to work with. I have other AC work on two other units which I have scheduled them to come back. I highly recommend AC Works they definitely are worth the money!!! By the way I rarely give 5 stars, in this case it is well deserved.

It seems simple...offer a product & service at a fair price, be friendly and on time. So many companies miss their opportunity to win loyal customers, but not AC Works. The owner, Mark, and the service manager, Javier, were both outstanding. We had a total replacement of two units. The guys left our house better than they found it. I received personal instruction on how to use the system and follow up beyond expectations. AC Works has won a customer for life!!!

We called Ana with AC Works and she had a technician over to our house within 2 hours. He fixed our problem and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!!

Came out on a Sunday for fair weekend price. Experienced serviceman diagnosed problem and fixed it. Made other recommendations for issues never really fixed by other AC companies. Very happy with their service. Happy to use again. Highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the experience of changing out our AC unit. Javier and his helper were prompt, courteous and efficient. The price of the unit and installation was extremely competitive. We have been able to keep the unit running at 78 degrees because at 75 degrees we were too cold...incredible feeling in our hot Texas summer! We highly recommend AC Works & Refrigeration.

AC Works is straight and honest and quoted a fair price and completed the work timely and clean. Old AC unit and attic air handler replaced on a hot day. All old equipment and packaging hauled away. Not any easy job to get the heavy equipment in place. Professional work and good customer service. Highly recommended!

I was having issue with my AC. I honestly thought they were going to tell me I needed to replace it, just to make more money. But when you the guys came to check it out they told me it was a minor issue easy to fix and above all the price was descent. I highly recommend AC Works and Refrigeration. I’m one happy customer!

I had a very bad experience with this company on Friday10/2/2020. This was for the AC work with my rental property. The tenant texted me a total price of $350 from the technician including everything for the work to be done. When I called in the company, a guy said he was manager overcharged me by making up things. I ended up paying over $440. We even ended up paying the the diagnosis fee of $65 even I gave them the job. The guy told me he was going to email me the warranty right away. It did not happen. Will never use them.

I made an appointment today and was told to wait for a text message confirmation. Ive been waiting for it all day and have not received it. Ive been trying to call for over an hour and all I get is a busy signal. So I have no clue if they are going to show up for my appointment or not.Update review.The company actually reached out to me and the manager spoke to me personally about my situation. He apologized for the mix up on their end and even offered to reimburse me for the other technician that came out and fixed my unit. I was more than a little upset when I wrote the first review but they way they handled their mistake and made it right has impressed me. Ill be using this company from here on.

Great service I called and within an hour the technician was at my door.He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. We had them install the Helo LED air purification system in our house. In today’s world a system that can eliminate viruses mold and bacteria is a must have. They did a great job and used all safety precautions. I would highly recommend this product.
