Chatt and Richard are Amazing and Super efficient! Can’t say enough great things about these two! First of all I was in a terrible bind, my puppy had a few accidents on the carpet last night, it was horrible. Called up Stanley Steemer this morning and they were able to get an appointment for me same day on a Friday afternoon during Christmas vacation time!! Need I say more?!? That is some serious customer service! Chatt and Richard are genuinely two of the nicest people ever, not only did they work magic on my carpets, but they did a lot of educating for do’s and don’ts on carpet and tile. You just know they care about the customer and the service they provide! Thank you seriously for all of the help!

The professionalism was superb. Explaining to me the process and future advice mentioned to better maintain my furniture was very helpful to understand. They put in some work into my furniture, it was over due for a cleaning. Now they look just about the day I purchased them. Definitely gonna have to make this a yearly maintenance. The Stanley Steemer team showed up on time and approached their task in a very professional manner. They cleaned the carpets throughout our house, taking care to hit the most problematic area with some extra effort, in a little more than one hour. About one week later, all residual foul odors are are still gone.

I never would have imagined how much nicer everything would look! Wow! They even fixed my couch! They connected the sectional perfectly, so now even the electrical component of the recliner is working again!

Received a text advising team was on the way. Team arrived on time and got tight to work. They asked about special areas to treat spots. Furniture looks great! I would recommend Stanley Steamer for upholstery cleaning.

In was hoping the carpet would come cleaner than it did. The technician said he was limited on what he could do in the high traffic areas. So, the carpet still looks dirty in those areas. Maybe my expectations were too high. However, Moses was very friendly, pleasant and professional.

Professional service thru out. Finally found a company that treats you with respect . Today we had tile and carpet cleaned. Both Odes and Brandon were outstanding. They explained my options prior to starting and the results were outstanding. Pricing was above average but not out of line. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. If you are looking to get the results you need the first time I would not hesitate to call.

We were so delighted with Stanley Steamer! I’d dropped the ball on having carpeting maintained during the pandemic. We had 5 rooms and several throw rugs done. My carpets look almost new. The house smells fresh and I’m planning on having tile work done in next few weeks. The crew arrived on time and did not skimp on any process! Highly recommend!

For the very first time since we have been using Stanley Steamer ( A very long time) was it ever explained what they were going to do and how everything works. The guys showed up between the “window” they had made me aware of, and they were extremely professional and very fun to visit with. They were working on our 45 foot class A motorhome that mostly has ceramic tile floors with a bit of carpet on the slides and a big area rug. I’m so happy with the job they did and had no idea my tiles/grout were as dirty as they were and wish I would have done before and after pics! My floor absolutely glimmers and my grout looks fantastic!

Tech had a cancellation and called to ask if he could come early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Took his time and cleaned the carpets thoroughly. Definitely a worthwhile investment as there is a drastic “before and after” difference.

Great customer service! Not only did they arrive ahead of schedule, the 2 gentleman were extremely polite. They answered all my questions. The results were exceptional! They also wore a mask and shoe coverings upon entering the house. They were very professional, I would highly recommend and plan on using them in the future.

Excellent job done our carpet had a lot of stained areas from our grandson plus dog mishaps, it looks so nice once again. Robert and Dustin were extremely courteous and answered any questions I had. The upfront service was excellent. However we had three area rugs taken back to the facility for cleaning. The appointment for the return of the area rugs was set for Saturday between 1 and 3 pm with a promise to call 30 min. prior to their arrival. When this did not happen, I called several times to ask about status. I was told it would be just a little bit longer. The rugs were finally delivered at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. Considering the premium price I paid to get the rugs done, I would have expected premium service throughout the transaction. It was a big disappointment.

I was nervous about having someone clean the floors but called to schedule a demonstration. Chatt came and was extremely honest about our floors and carpet. He was super helpful even offering insight on products he recommends and ways to maintain are dark grout and dark floors. The steam cleaning you did to our furnisher and carpets was great. The carpet is over 18 years old and it looks almost like new. We will use Stanley Steemer AGAIN.

VERY disappointed - leaking equipment left more stains and standing water in our apartment than we started with. Other stains were created and only tips to clean ourselves were given (isnt that their job). After immediately filing a complaint we were told only they would come back, NOT acceptable. Im not taking a half day vacation to have a repeat performance of the first sub par job!

Stanley Steemer cleaned and removed stains on our worn rug after a local rug cleaning service refused to clean. Stanley steemer did a superb job of removing animal stains and odor. Definately a star in my contact list! Thank you.

Did a very good job for a fair price. Steam cleaned motor homes ceramic tile and carpet. Not many will do both.

Good customer service, but the cleaning was poor, my carpet looks as if it wasnt cleaned at all and the Smell after is horrible. The guys did a fast cleaning which I guess thats why the carpet looks the same, Dirty.
