Very reasonable prices service is great i called them on a Sunday thinking I would get no answer they did answer,I needed them to go check my moms ac unit my mom said it was making a weird noise they showed up first thing Monday morning nothing was wrong with the ac the noise was coming from water heater I tried to pay them for checking it they said no it was OK they installed this ac unit in my moms house almost 1 year ago and have had no issues I live in Houston and mom lives in mcallen so its kind of hard for me when my mom has issues at her house Im really glad there is people I could trust and not take advantage of elderly people in the valley i highly recommend mundo hvac

My electricity bill was getting to be a little high in our home built in 1991, so I looked into foaming my attic and I asked the gentleman who did the work if he knew of anybody reliable that he would recommend for an A/C system since my system was 12 years old. He recommended Marco with Mundo HVAC. I called Marco Antonio on July 15, and he was there the following day ( on a Sunday) very punctual, he evaluated my home explained to me the pros and cons, of purchasing a new system versus my old one. Marco took out his iPad and thoroughly explained to me the tonnage I should have for the size of my home, the seers on the system, and the performance the unit would give me and the amount of electricity we would save, His complete package included the system, condenser, handler, heat strip, all connections and overflow sensors for the drip pan. Marco and his crew came in early one day and finished everything turn key that afternoon. I requested some additional ducting in my home and Marco gladly accommodated us. Weve had our complete system since July and are very happy and content with our decision with MUNDO HVAC.I recommended Marco to a friend of ours that was getting ready to have her unit serviced, I told her to call Marco, he was there the following day, she was so impressed with his professionalism, expertise and knowhow that she purchased a complete system and within a couple of days she was setup and ready to go. Great service!! Highly recommended. I purchased the ac back in 2017 I think and it went out. I contacted him and he immediately responded and helped get the part that was still under warranty. I contacted him at approx 6pm and by 830 am the following day he contacted me with the part ready. He made sure everything went smoothly. Glad we made our purchase through him.

I purchased a Goodman A/C unit from Mundo HVac They recommended me a Texas licensed installer. A year later the condenser went out. I contacted Marco. He immediately responded and activated the warranty process. He as so much picked up the unit and brought me the new one. He also facilitated the installation by getting the licensed installer to come by to uninstall and install the new one. This is why I really recommend Mundo HVAC.

Mundo HVAC installed an AC in my house and the installation was very fast and efficient, everyone is very attentive and helpful! Mr. Marco Antonio is always on top of everything, we had a detail with the AC and they went to fix it as soon as possible. 100% recommended.

We are very grateful for the work and service that Mr. De la Paz gave us. Last week our central air went out and they responded to our call before 8:00 am and came to our home promptly. He took the time to check the size of our house to suggest the most appropriate machine that would be efficient and meet our needs.
