All Valley Plumbing & AC Co

My water heater had a leakage and needed to be replaced. I had the home warranty and they assigned All Valley plumbing and AC co assigned to the job. They showed up very fast as scheduled diagnose the issue and immediately submitted the report. As soon as the new one became available they came to replace the old one. It was late Friday and I was worried of not having hot water for few more days. However they kept their promise and came. The manager is Mr. Jerry. Very professional, knowledgeable and and reasonable. I had few phone call conversations with him. Very respectful. He takes his business seriously. I had a great experience with them.

Overall a great experience. Worker was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up around 4 and didn’t leave until the job was done around 8. He gave me 2 options an unwarrantied repair or replace the 9 year old water heater which I elected to do. Just so you are prepared I was a little surprised that labor was so expensive. Research showed that plumbers can charge anywhere from $60 to $200 an hour. This company appears to be very good but they are also at the high end of for labor fees. For a new 40 gallon water electric Rheem tank with parts and 4 hours labor I was charged $1600. Half of that was the water tank and parts and the other half was labor so they came in at around $200 an hour. Again, I had an overall good experience with the work and worker but I was surprised at the labor charge. Perhaps this is the new normal. If time allowed I might have gotten different quotes and perhaps shop around. Time will tell if it was a good investment.

My tankless water heater was dripping and flipping the breaker. All Valley Plumbing had a technician out the same day, he was able to fix immediately and price was very reasonable. Great service!

Got charged $340 for just less than 2 of pcvc pipe, a couple of 12 flexable hoses and a couple of fitting for a water heater replacement. I do home remodel jobs but since it was under home waranty insurance i made a clame. Plus I out of town. The guy told me the tank was still under manufacture warranty but i had to pay part of the price to home depot. The insurance company said they covered labor and parts, but not modification parts, wich is not much. Had to pay $340 to these people for modification parts, plus the $100 the insurance company charges for a claim. Personally, I do not recomend, Im sure theyve done good resonable jobs to other customers but this is just my personal experience.

Had a slow leak from wall between LR and Kitchen. Blamed dog. Too much water. Called All Valley Plumbing. They sent Osvaldo Hernandez. He brought a small FLIR camera and after looking all along the L shaped wall he showed me an area in red that he suspected to be the leak. We went into the kitchen and next to the sink in a lower cabinet he told me he was going to cut through the rear of the cabinet the dry wall and expose the wall’s interior. To my surprise he found a white drain line and a blue drain line. He turned on the sink water and with his camera caught an active bubbling leak. Video attached. After approving the repair cost Osvaldo made up another PVC drain junction and installed it. He checked for leaks. None. He said job was complete. He cleaned up and I paid the $605.05 charge (included trip and FLIR leak diagnosis). I’m satisfied but feel guilty for blaming the dog.I’m amazed that Osvaldo only made one access hole and that was hidden in the bottom rear of a lower cabinet. Excellent leak diagnosis and repair.Update. Osvaldo returned to check his work once kitchen demo by ServPro was complete. His work was good I asked him to check old kitchen faucet lines. He said 1-2 were corroding from inside out. I authorized to update both inlet lines and new one faucets. Excellent work. I’ll try to add short video.

Our water heater began leaking on a Thursday night. I called All Valley Plumbing and Randy was sent and discovered a 3 year Rheem Pro had a crack in the tank. Unfortunately it was after the warehouse had closed. Monday morning he brought a warranty replacement unit and had us back up and running. Randy is such a nice, friendly young man. Called these guys out to repair my mothers shower. I was given a refrigerator magnet with a coupon that never expires a while back because I’m a veteran. I have used on multiple occasions and the tech has always returned it to me. This time the tech refused to return it. I stated if he did not I would not call them for service again. The tech smugly stated that’s fine and left. I am not going to call a company that has employees with this type of disrespectful attitude. So this company is a big NO for me and my family now.

These people are horrible. The tech came over on a Friday to “fix” a plumbing issue in my house. Supposedly the $175 charged corrected the problem. Saturday same problem, so they charged $175 again, because as the tech stated “they don’t guarantee their work” and not only did they charge again but claimed that they were waiving the additional $225 use of the camera as a courtesy (but didn’t charge the camera the day before)….what??!!. I have owned houses before and all plumbers have a camera, and it’s not a service worth an extra $225. In fact, I have not been charged for a camera going into the system as an extra at all..ever!They supposedly found a fisure in the sewer system which their camera did not spot the first time (really?!). To remove a root of a tree and fix a broken portion of the sewer, would cost $5,000Is this a joke? are they a joke?I will never hire these people again!

Called the office after hours and left a voicemail. They called me the next day with appointment time for that same morning. Came by earlier than scheduled and got to work. They were called from our home warranty company and they did not want to fix the issues other then the easiest one. Even when it was covered fully under warranty! I fixed the issue myself and when I called my warranty company , it was confirmed as covered so idk why All Valley lied. Won’t ever be using them again! The tech didn’t look interested in helping either.

I have been using All Valley Plumbing for any plumbing or A/C issues with my rental home in Mission. I had to replace the old A/C unit and had AVP install the new one. The did an excellent job and the renters have been quite happy. They have been prompt to work on a couple of pluming issues as well. Russell keeps in constant contact with me and lets me know what needs to be done. The receptionist is always courteous when I call. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them.

Wow last year sometime I had this company over to install my water heater and they were perfect on time everything. On January 5 2022 I made an appointment never gave me a time he said that they will call me when they’re on their way nothing and I tried calling from 830 to about 130 and nothing now it’s 522 and never showed up or even bother to call me that is very sad. I wind up giving this company a five star last year to a one star. So disappointed

Called 2/5...said couldnt come til 2/10 at which time determined to replace. Called our warranty company and said be back couple days. Called 2/12..would check. Called and said a water heater couldnt be found to fit. Husband and friends went to home depot and found exact one. All Valley said they called warrant and would come 2/14. Got call from warranty, said couldnt find one and All Valley told them they told us to remove trimand we declined...lied to us and them. Went to home depot and got exact same one and we replaced. Warranty will reimburse but not $100 they got for service. Bad company do not use!

We called this company based on good reviews to unclog a sewer main. They did respond and the technician was polite. After 3 days, the sewer main was still clogged and they told us to call the City because the clog had to be on their side. They charged us $800+ and left us with no working plumbing. Called Roto Rooter; blockage is removed in a day and plumbing working and we have proof (video) that there is an issue with the City pipe and less than $300. It isnt right to charge and leave the job unfinished, which is what happened to us. Very disappointed and would not recommend to others.

Company contacted by American home shield for service. All Valley Pro did not contact me in 24 hours as they were supposed to. I had to call them after 24 hours, they gave a diagnosis of repair needed but failed to contact American Home Shield. They had left messages with All Valley Pro who did not respond. Another company had to be contacted for service. I have similar previous problem with All Valley Pro. They are unprofessional, unreliable, do not respond to messages left and most of the time do not answer phone calls. I would not recommend them to anyone and warn everyone of the poor service they provide.

Very professional company and employees. They’ve serviced my home in 2 different occasions and I can’t say nothing bad about them. High recommend them.

They set up a time from 1pm to 5pm..so I take the day off. They say they will call 30 mins before to let me know when they will arrive. No phone call..this seems to be a problem with this company in the reviews. I usually go with Mikes Plumbing. They are expensive but they are professional and courteous enough to call you. If you want it done right..just use Mikes. I decided to fix it myself. All Valley Plumbing...YOUR FIRED!!!

Very Professional, knowledgeable & experienced company. Had a bad toilet on Saturday almost noon. Figured Id find no help but saw that All Valley offered after hours & weekend service. Spoke to Jerry, he & Felipe showed up & figured out the problem in no time. I prepared myself for the cost, but Jerry was very fair considering the circumstances. Quality professional service at a fair price Ill recommend All Valley Plumbing to anybody thats having plumbing issues.

Very professional and knowledgeable, clean -cut technicians Sal & UV replaced 2 old eroded leaky and malfunctioning tub and shower drains in a mobile home where access was extremely difficult. They stayed with it, making 3 trips overall. Their fees were reasonable and fair. Feel blessed to add them to our preferred repairman list.

Called All Valley Plumbing in the morning with a non-emergency problem - several slow draining sinks. Yoli was able to schedule us for that afternoon. George arrived as scheduled, reviewed the job and completed it quickly. He also gave us some pointers for keeping them clear and a better way for operating our garbage disposal. Leave your plumbing troubles behind! After ten years of use, I just had my water heater replaced. This is the second time I use All Valley Plumbing, and I have never been disappointed with their service.Todays technician was Sal (is that how you spell it?). I called someone else first who was charging me double than All Valley’s quote plus they don’t charge you for the quote. I’ll leave them alone, but immediately I called All Valley since I’d worked with them before. 15 minutes after my call they showed up They gave me decent prices for the work they did so I even asked for a little more done through recommendations. I will always call All Valley plumbing from now on lesson learned. 👍👍👍

AVP was assigned to me by American Home Shield to replace a broken faucet. The person sent said that I broke the faucet intentionally, so the claim was denied. The faucet was old and the plastic handle broke off. Then AVP offered to make the repairs for twice what I had already paid American Home Shield.

I have used All Valley Plumbing & AC Co on 4 occasions when I had an issue with not only plumbing, but also HVAC. I spent a lot of money not gonna lie, but I had some major issues. They showed up promptly, and Mr. Jerry (amazing person) was upfront with cost and educated me about everything. I had other plumbers(which I paid) say they could not do what he could do. Roots in a foundation drain line, Trees growing into a water line, leak on a toilet, poor performing a/c unit. Mr. Russell (amazing person) fixed my HVAC unit. I would highly recommend them. I will not call anyone else.

The receptionist here is unprofessional and keeps hanging up on me while trying to ask a simple question. I was told someone would call me back and that NEVER happened. When I called back she first said someone called and left a message, I told her I didnt have a message from anyone and then she said oh maybe he just called. I tried to get her name and she refused to give it to me and kept hanging up when I called back. She said that her tech could not and would not service Harlingen even though they advertise they do!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Not 24 hours! Only answering machine! Set appointment with person. automated message confirming appointment but no one showed. No answer when called multiple times. Never heard from anyone again. Completely unreliable. Now Beautiful home is flooding. Bad business. Beware.

We had been having trouble with our toilets backing up and they came out and evaluated my plumbing and found that the drain fill lines I had were not working properly.. They told me exactly what needed to be done to fix the repair and it took them two days to complete the work just like they said. I havent had any problems since. I will use them again.

I appreciate it!

Unprofessional service. An appointment was confirmed the day before with the office. I had taken the day off for someone to be there and no one has called or showed up. If it wasn’t for a warranty service I would find another company.

Dont waste your time with this company! Called for quote on water heater installation, was told they would be out first thing the morning of 7/25/18....on the day of the appointment, received a text stating that the tech would be at my location between 9 & 12..No show no call!!!!
