If I could give zero stars, I would.OC Appliance Repair company was called because our dishwasher was making a louder noise than usual when it washed the dishes, but otherwise worked fine.The repairmen were late, they were rude throughout the entire job. They claimed they changed the motor on the dishwasher for a brand new one and stated they fixed the dishwasher. I asked if they tested the dishwasher to ensure it was quieter than before. They responded that they would not wait, that I had to test the dishwasher myself. I pleaded with the two men that it would only take 2 minutes tops to determine if the loud noise was gone, as the noise started immediately whenever the dishwasher began. They reluctantly stayed for the two minutes then left, as the dishwasher appeared to be quieter.That night, we attempted to wash dishes in the dishwasher and it no longer cleaned the dishes. They left the dishwasher in worse condition than they found it.We got a different repair company to come out to fix the dishwasher. They were given the history of repairs and informed that OC Appliance Repair informed us they put a whole new motor in it. We told them OC Appliance Repair must’ve done something wrong because now the dishwasher didn’t clean at all and that was never an issue before. When the new company assessed the dishwasher, they found that there was no new motor, but an old rusted motor with a broken wire. OC Appliance Repair company did NOT replace the motor with a brand new one. The new company actually did put in a new motor and now it works like new.OC Appliance Repair company is a FRAUD and they should not be allowed to be in business!!! Do NOT use this company for anything!!

I don’t know how companies can get these guys for warranty work. This guy Ricardo which I believe works for some guy Oscar went to my house to fix my washer. He got there at 5:02 and left by 5:11. He said nothing was wrong with the machine. I tried explaining to him the issue when the problem starts. He said I should know I’ve worked with washers forever. I also told him I’m 5 minutes away so I can show you this Ricardo person told me I can’t wait I have to go. No customer service what so ever. And of course it’s there word against ours. Also this Ricardo guy was a big baby telling Oscar him I was telling him things.. I called where I got the machine and told them what happened. I told him not to get me this company anymore. Terrible experience with this company no knowledge of LG refrigerators... horrible response to text and calls... changed out 2 compressors and said that the refrigerator was beyond repair and would close out the repair order. Oscar never closed out the order... LG sent an in house technician and the tech fixed what OC couldnt.... Disappointed with OC and would never recommend them.

He did not inform me ahead of time that he would not be able to make the appointment, leaving me unaware and having taken the day off unnecessarily. By far the worst experience Ive had with a company. They sent a repairmen who had no experience with servicing a washing machine and blindly ordered parts not relating to the my issue. I requested another repairman to properly check and service my machine. I was told multiple times they had to reschedule and suddenly wouldnt answer my phone calls. Highly recommend another company to service your appliances.
Oc appliance repair is an unprofessional company. They will schedule an appointment to come look at your issues, but they wont show up.They wont even call you to let you know theyre not able to make the scheduled appointment. And when they do show up they dont have the ability to repair the appliance. I would never hire OC to do any repairs.
Sometimes returns call and texts. Oscar is:Lies..told us he would not show up to initial visit because he ordered parts without looking at Fridge (LG) Shows up and does not use any of the ordered parts and tell us to purchase surge protector due to issues with LG. Fridge make noise at compressor when he is moving in place says it is normal...noise get worse shows up a third time and replaces compressor Fridge is now 100% down...at lease our Freezer was working before...we reach out to LG and said we would hear from him...no call or text...Oh he is also was not careful with the equipment and scratched our wood flooring...I have email the Service president at LG since their service department is also not having any success with Oscar...
Because of my line of work my refrigerator wasn’t going to get serviced until Thanksgiving holidays. OC appliance Repair fixed my fridge within 24 hours. The gentleman was professional, the price was reasonable, he explained what parts were needed and didn’t leave until he was satisfied with the service rendered. Thank you OC Appliance Repair.

Oscar was very professional: He diagnosed my fridge right away and fixed it on the spot. He had the parts on hand because after our phone conversation he had an idea of what the problem was. He was very reasonably priced. He alap inspected my dryer for safety at no charge. I was so thankful that day because I had just bought groceries and he saved the day!
Technician is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I tried my best to accommodate their multiple time frames that kept getting pushed back. By the 4th time, after trying to confirm they would indeed show up. I was met with a rude response and abrupt ending to a phone call. Decided to cancel since my wife no longer felt comfortable have a disgruntled technician in our house. On top of that, technician tried to submit the work was completed to Warranty. I understand the demand, but owner needs to be more considerate of people’s time. We can’t afford to take multiple days off of work to get service done. Technician also needs to be more professional.
I saw the negative reviews and like most of us go in with a negative attitude. This is a family owned business so they do the best they can. The owner was very honest and forthcoming with us after we had a mix up with shipping and receiving of parts but I really appreciated his honesty, after all were all human arent we? Anyone else would have lied to save themselves and come up with many excuses as to what happened. Either way Im very pleased with the work and professionalism this company showed. Most of us have home depot or another insurance plan and were fed up with the issues weve been facing and we blame the repair man when in reality its the insurance company who we should be yelling at. Ive been having issues since August with my stove and OC repair FINALLY made it right just in time for the holidays. We all have different opinions and different situations but there are always two sides to the story and we have to be courteous and respectful and see things through anothers eyes. OC Appliance is the absolute worse experience we have ever had with any appliance repair company. They were forced upon us by the whirlpool warranty process. After they first sent a repairman who refused to make it out when he was originally dispatched on multiple occasions, he would call me and have me run the diagnostic test over the phone before he would show up. Finally after two weeks he shows up and claims that he has to order a part. Another week passes before he comes back and repairs the washer. The washer works for weeks before it breaks again for the same reason. Again it takes two weeks before we get the same repairman and claims now that it is a different part this time and also needs to be ordered. It has now been 4 weeks since then and OC Appliance is refusing to answer our calls now. Absolutely zero customer service. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this company.
Maytag uses this company for servicing appliances in the Mission area. We were given an appointment and no one showed up. No show, no call from anyone. The next day I called and spoke to someone at the office and they had no record for a work order listed for me. Very dismissive and eventually said that they do not service dishwashers. Called another number and spoke to Oscar, I believe he is the owner, and he was extremely dismissive of our situation and referred me back to the warranty customer service. After questioning why there was no work order after I had been given a date/time, he said they have the option to decline work orders. So they just declined my work order after he confirmed that they indeed NO LONGER work on dishwashers. What an inconvenience to make sure someone waited for them to show up for 4 hrs when they had declined the work order and no one bothered letting us know! When he suggested I just call them back like no big deal, after waiting on hold for 30+ mins each time, I also suggested that HE call them back and let them know he is no longer servicing dishwashers in my area so this doesn’t happen again. He didn’t want to hear it so he rudely cut me off, said he had to make another phone call and hung up on me!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I called this company because there are only 2 in the valley that service BOSCH appliances for repairs. After 3 weeks of being rescheduled and having there employee no show for two different scheduled appointments I went with another company. OC Appliance has poor customer service skills and will ghost you even when you have an appointment setup without any call or warning. I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied. They also are very bad at returning calls, guess they don’t need the customers or money. I would give them no stars if possible.

At first I was told by OC Appliance Repair a part was going to be ordered for my dryer. It took about two weeks to supposedly arrive. Then I was being told the tech would be coming a certain day and time and he wouldn’t come last minute. He was a no show for several “appointments”. They even marked the first appointment as completed to Geek Squad when they never even came. It’s been more than a month and I still can’t get the tech to come. I’ve been calling the tech and he doesn’t answer my calls anymore!!

Cannot understand why whirlpool would consider this company for warrenty work. My refrigerator coils freeze causing the refrigerator to stop working. Dealing with this since November 8th.
Avoid this company if you want you want your appliance to be serviced. All the listed negative reviews regarding this company are completely accurate. Why Whirlpool would advocate and enlist the services of such a poor company is beyond me. They did not honor their appointment times ( I was waiting for almost a month to get my appliance serviced and kept receiving the run around), it was a miracle if you ever got a hold of somebody, and eventually they started to ghost me altogether. I do not know how this company is still running, it is evident they do not want any business judging by the poor way customers are treated. I ended up enlisting another company and my issue was fixed in days.
My wife received an email from Best Buy confirming an appointment with OC Appliance Repair to get our fridge looked at. Oscar called me a day before our appointment to see if he could stop by our place to inspect our fridge since he was close by. I made him aware that our appointment was not until tomorrow. Both my wife and myself work so we were not available. I advised Oscar that I would be out of work by 3pm the next day (our actual appointment date). Then Oscar proceeded to tell me that they dont work with our insurance schedule. That OC has their own schedule. Oscar was very persistent in scheduling the appointment in the morning since anything in the afternoon, after 3pm, for OC Appliance it was what Oscar referred to Miller time and that they were working on closing the shop for the day. Oscar did not show up to inspect our fridge on the date and time we had agreed. My wife called him to see what was going on and Oscar a very unprofessional, rude, and in an aggressive manner proceeded to tell my wife he would not be making out to check our fridge because OC Appliance decided to just not show up. Oscar also told my wife in the same unprofessional manner to call our manufacturer so we could find another company to look at our fridge.
Oscar is very professional. He is prompt. If he says he’ll be there at 9:00 am, he is there at 9:00 am. Once at work, Oscar is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixes the problem and departs. I have been doing business with Oscar for over a decade. He is reliable, professionally excellent, and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend Oscar Cuevas for appliance and A/C repair.
I called Whirlpool to set up a service date on a Friday from 9-1. The owner Oscar Cuevas called me Thursday stating that he was going to obtain the part and he would install the part. I called back Friday at about 2:30 and he stated that he does not service the Mission area. Then he I mentioned that I had set the date with Whirlpool for Friday. He continues to talk over me not allowing to me to speak as I am the CUSTOMER. He finally finds my order and states that Im supposed to wait for the parts. I told him nowhere yesterday did he mention me waiting for the part to come in or reschedule. The misogynistic of this man to berate his customers is insane. He took it upon himself to cancel the service order I had made with Whirlpool and literally like a child hung up on me. REALLY??
Well, just like everyone else here, they did a NO CALL NO SHOW. I worked a12 hour graveyard shift, got home and waited for them ALL DAY because of their horrible vague 9 hour window 8am-5pm. I called all their numbers and finally spoke to someone named Oscar. He was rude and asked how could he help. I said by fulfilling the appointment time. He basically gave me some BS saying 1, he didnt have my order, 2 I needed to call their dispatch (who didnt answer) to schedule the appointment. And 3, the way they operate is by ordering the parts 1st, then calling the customer to service the appliance that hasnt been trouble shooted. This company is a poor excuse for a company. All the comments on here are accurate. They make money from all the prepaid warranty contracts and probably work at their own pace at their own convenience. I understand covid is a thing but I go to work and give %100, I expect for an appliance repair company to do the same, at a professional level.
OC appliance came by and serviced by refrigerator. Hoping that the issue was fixed, he recommended I defrost my refrigerator (something I coulda done). He said if the problem to continue, to call him back. 2 weeks later the problem is still there. Ive called 5 times to no answer and no call returning mine. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Should’ve gone by the reviews given before calling him.Update: I guess the only way they respond is on this review thread. Acknowledges he got my message but couldn’t bother calling back. Case in point: Terrible customer service.
We have been waiting to get our refrigerator fixed for more than two month now. Granted this is a warranty repair from the appliance store, and we are stuck with the service provider the merchant selects for us. I finally called the service company directly and asked him what was the hold up. To begin he ordered the wrong part, when i told him he needed a different part he said he will need to go and see it first and then order it. This would add another few weeks to get my appliance fixed. When i told him i was going to call the merchant and file a complaint, he replied you can do what every you want i dont care. Please re-consider when fixing your appliance is a must, if you really dont mind waiting for months then call this company.
I purchased a close to $4K Samsung Fridge in Jan 2017 at Best Buy and purchased a 10-year service from Geek Squad thinking although was pricy, it was to last long and being well serviced in case of failure. Big mistake.The fridge ice maker failed within the first year, a service Tech came over, ordered parts and never returned to replace the parts. I still have to defrost, clean and reset the ice machine continuously to get it running again.The freezer quit working at the end of October 2020, I called Geek Squad November 1st, today December 3rd, still not working and neither, Best Buy, Geek Squad or OC Appliances seem to care, there is not a clear plan not sense of urgency to get the problem fixed.Geek Squad and OC Appliances are the worst service providers I ever dealt in my whole life. I call them over 20 times to Geek Squad, GS Special forces and OC Appliances all combined. Each call may take up to 45 minutes before I get the first answer.OC Appliances did not show up the first time, they did not answer my phone call and never responded to my voice messages either. When the Tech finally came, he just took a quick look at my fridge and took his best gut guess diagnosis and walked away saying he needs to order parts. Took them 2 weeks to get the parts came and replaced the part, as expected the problem was incorrectly diagnosed. I recently spoke with this Tech last week, he said he was going to call Samsung and call me back. He never did. I spoke with several people including Oscar Cuevas who appears to be the owner. They just do not care. If you have the option, stay away from this provider, Just take a look to the chain of negative feedback before you even consider this repair shop.
2 No-Show appointmentsUnprofessionalUnreliableOC repairs was scheduled by Geek Squad. They have been a no show twice, no decency to call and reschedule. It’s been nearly a month without a washer. I call and leave voicemails, but no callbacks. I see I’m not the only one with this issue, which speaks poorly of them. My son has eczema and I can’t be washing in other people homes let alone a public laundry service due to other detergents being used. I need the service to my washer ASAP.I see OC answers to their reviews. Wishful thinking that they’ll answer me here.
This people are the most unprofessional and rudest people I have EVER dealt with period!!! Why does Maytag still have them under contract I have no idea. So long story short, I scheduled my appointment through Maytag for a washer repair. So immediately after Maytag scheduled my repair, they called me and asked me over the phone what the problem was. I explained and they said “ oh we know what it Is, we will order the part and call you when It’s in “ Weeks go by and I finally ask myself what ever happened so I call. Then they answer and get an attitude and tell me the post had been there for weeks. Apparently they called once and I didn’t answer so they gave up I’m guessing. Then they showed up to RGC unannounced and my guard dog didn’t allow them to enter and they say they tried calling me and I didn’t answer. How are you just going to show up without scheduling the day prior with the customer?? So I rescheduled for a Thursday and they never showed up. I called them and asked them why. They brought up that they tried to and no one answered the week before. They brought up the previous old incident twice!! I can hear the technician in the background saying they didn’t open for me last month. Dont expect them to be courteous or professional and they aren’t very organized with their home scheduling system. Today or tomorrow maybe is not
Terrible customer skills and then they wonder why Mexicans and Hispanics dont get ahead and companies because of people like Oscar and Jesus really dont care about their customers. A week ago Maytag called OC Appliance so that way they can come and service my Maytag dishwasher and nobody bothered calling me so I called the company and spoke to Oscar and he gives me another number to call. Jesus dispatcher told me he would call me back. 2 hours later I called him and then he had the nerve to tell me that hes very busy and cant call me back terrible customer service.
This is a follow up to prior post about experienced I had with this Two failed attempts to schedule warranty work through this outfit.Long story short, Kitchenaid had re-scheduled appointment and the day of the appointment I called to verify appointment as they didnt have the curtesy to do that, only to be told they were refusing to fulfill the work order because I had given them a negative review.Kitchein aid and Whirpool have been notified of this incident as well as the prior ones, and I am sharing my experirence with everyone.There are other people who take their work and customers more serious than these people do.
Had an appointment scheduled by Best Buy for Monday. No one ever showed up, I called like 3 different numbers to get ahold of them for them to tell me it got moved to Thursday. No one had the courtesy to let me know. It’s Wednesday and I get a voicemail that they want to come by to look at my fridge because they we’re in the area, I advised them I just got the voicemail (mind you I work graves and sleep during the day) then he has the audacity to tell me he called YESTERDAY but just got his voicemail today. Then this man Oscar says even though I have an appointment for tomorrow he’s not going to be in the area until NEXT week because he doesn’t serve harlingen but on the website it clearly states they do. So of course I’m upset, by this time I’m going on a week and a half without a refrigerator and living out of an ice chest for my family of 3 and tells me to cancel because he’s not going to service my appliances. POS company, no customer service what so ever!
Whenever you call Maytag to get a repair scheduled in the RGV and they mention this counterfeit of a company, please REQUEST SERVICE WITH ANOTHER! I called to confirm the scheduled appointment (several times for different appointments) to service my washer and they HAVE NEVER SHOWED UP!! Without notice or courtesy call, just straight up no show. They have zero respect for other people’s time and schedules. This last time I called to confirm on the morning of the appointment they said, “Oh no, it will have to be next week” and that’s after they didn’t show up the previous week! Even if you call to confirm, there’s a high possibility they will not be showing up. I cannot speak about their ability to repair appliances since they never showed up to their scheduled appointments, but if it’s anything like their customer service then your better off without them anyway. From what I have already experienced with them I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wish I would have looked at these previous reviews before i took days off of work and wasted time with this negligent and incompetent company.
I called whirlpool repair because I am still under warranty for my dryer. I’ve got an email excepting my service order for Friday from 1 to 5 PM. I called at around 3:30 PM to talk to the company listed on the email and I got a voicemail so I left a message. I called again at 4:45 and it was voicemail again so I chose not to leave another message.I proceeded to call whirlpool and they asked me for the number that I was trying to call. They called OC repair and came back on the line and told me that they would be giving me a call shortly. That they were backlogged. I can understand being backlogged, what I cannot understand is them not giving me a call at all throughout that day letting me know that they would come. I never received a call from this company all that day and night.It is completely unprofessional and rude to make someone wait 5 or more hours at home without at least telling me they cannot make it. Now I am stuck because both they in the whirlpool company are closed.

Oscar Cueva, owner, was assigned to fix my LG refrigerator, due to it still being under warranty. After almost three weeks, he had given excuses yet, he told me that hed be charging me to fix another part and, gave me the run around for almost a month. He then raised his voice out of fustration, told me to find somebody else to fix it, and then he hangs up on me. Being the owner, I expected a professional with excellent customer service. Even though, he was assigned by LG, I will NEVER recommend this company to any of my friends or family.
On Sept 8, 2021 we contacted Homedepot for warranty service on our Whirpool washing machine. Homedepot set up an appointment for a service call for the following day.On Sept 9. we were contacted by Ricardo Castrejon of OC Appliance Repair that he would be enroute to service our Whirlpool Washer. Ricardo arrived within a few minutes and I took him to the wash room and explained the problem with the washing machine. In less than 30 minutes he disassembled and ran tests on it and said it needed the suspension springs replaced. He quickly put everything back together. After verifying the model Ricardo checked his parts inventory and said he would have to order the parts. He stated he would call as soon as the parts came in.On Sept 14. Ricardo called and stated the parts had come in come to fix the washer and asked if it would be alright to come the next day to finish the repairs.0n Sept 15, I called to verify that Ricardo was coming and he advised he was enroute. He arrived a few minutes later and began to replace the suspension parts. He finished the install and tested the washer. Everything checked out OK. He was done in less than 30 minutes.He was prompt and efficient. I would use OC Appliance Repair service again if needed.
If I could give them Zero stars I would. This is the worst repair company I’ve ever had to deal with. They didn’t show up to the appointment even though they had a 5 hour window, and didn’t even have the decency to call and cancel. When I tried calling, they wouldn’t answer no matter what time I called for TWO days straight. Finally, Whirlpool had to patch me to through them in order for them to grace me with their time. They offered no apologies, and instead blamed a sick tech that would be out for the entire foreseeable future. So I guess this tech owns ALL of their phone numbers because I tried all of them, even though this guys was clearly speaking to me through the number this tech “owned”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Use Uresti instead.
1st time I used it the technician was good and fast. There for I used them again. The owner came to do the service call on my AC unit, said it had few days left in warranty and he would take care if it. Than I had to hunt him down. He never answer the calls to see if the warranty was honored and when he was coming back to fix it. Days passed and when he finally answered me back when I used another phone # he said that the warranty wasnt honored that there was some wrong information on it. Why couldnt he tell me right away so I could buy another one?or try to fix it if he couldnt.

So the first time the technician came he said that he could fixed it i had to pay $140 dollars . Which best buy already had told me i was going to paid for the labor 99 dollars . This was the third time i had this problem with the dryer he told me it was because the past technicians had put cheap parts he was going to do the same but he decided to order the part which was covered by best buy. . Ok the part arrived he came put it and said everything was ok i paid 100 dollars. The next day I was happy i was going to dry clothes , the dryer wasn’t spinning there was hot air but No spinning. I contacted the technician no answer. I called back to bestbuy they send another repair order. The day of the appointment nobody showed up so i called the company they said oh yes the order is here but let me contact the technician which was the same technician the came before. I finally talked to him and he told me i saw your appointment but assume it was a mistake from best buy. after I talked to him and explain everything he said that couldn’t be happening so basically told me i was a lier . I asked him if he can come and check it out. He said yes i go tomorrow. Then he called me and said you know what miss iam not going back to your place because i dont feel comfortable there 🙄😳whaaaat , so i called Oscar the owner which is always unaware of everything and busy, told me to call another guy name Jesus , he was busy and told me to call him back the next day. I called nobody answer and it was like this for 2 days finally called back bestbuy they send me another company very profesional and fix the part the other technician broke.long review very frustrated, I couldn’t believe the bad professionalism they came fix one thing broke another one and called me a lier. And i wanted a refund because i paid double labor and said they did not came for a broken band. Which they snapped for putting it backwards.*****
Some of the one star reviews aren’t fair, Oscar was prompt and worked fast to get the fridge going, very nice and easy to talk with. Definitely will be calling him if I ever need any more appliance help. Highly recommend.
Dr. O.C. Appliance was recommended to me and was responsive to my call. Danny was on time, polite, very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with my 20 yr. old oven. He repaired it quickly. I am happy to recommend OC Appliance Repair. Sueb
This company is the worst, the first time an appointment was made they never showed up or even bothered to call. The next day I’m told that my appointment is set and they should be there between 8-12, I wait and wait and no one shows up, I call and then I’m told that Monday is an office day and that they don’t service calls that day, following day Tuesday the appointment is made yet again the guy confirmed it , once again the time slot I was given passes and I call to see what going on and he says he’s on a call and he’s headed to my home right after, well guess what he never shows. Don’t bother wasting your time with this “company”
Had a service call scheduled by whirlpool, they didn’t show up didn’t even call, they call me the next and try to diagnose what’s wrong with my fridge over the phone! Saying he’s gonna order parts for the fridge without even coming out to see the fridge and look at it and see what’s wrong with it!! Ridiculous then he gets mad an says I don’t want to work with them! Do your job and come diagnose my appliance the correct way!!
Very professional, knew what part we needed and was in and out in 15 minutes. He said the way I described the problem when I contacted the company helped him diagnose and be ready for the visit. He called me 3 times to give me status and arrival time. Will definitely call them again.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. The technician showed up to repair my washer and said hell return with another technician to repair it. That was the end of it. I called the technician several times, called the main number & even called the owner for two days and left voice messages---no one picked up or returned my called. Its been one week now and still no one has the decency to contact me to tell me they can not do the job.
As a home inspector, Oscar is a professional at what he does. Didn’t take him long to get me going converting our brand new high tech stove. He was patient while we had to adjust a few things on our end. He made sure all was safe and 100% before he was completed. Also gave us some useful tips on our other appliances we were not aware of. Highly recommended!
We have called this company at least 3 times for different appliances and they have always come through. I dont believe a lot of the bad reviews on here. I think a lot of the customers are just not patient enough. Just my opinion.
OC Appliance Repair Company is truly outstanding. They responded on the same day with an in-home visit to access the refrigerator non-cooling issue. Diagnosis was made within minutes and part was order immediately. Price for repair and parts was extremely reasonable and refrigerator is now working properly. I highly recommend their service and professionalism.

I recently had an issue with my stove and I was able to get an appointment with them for the next day. They were very professional, punctual and had all the part that my stove needed for the repair. I would definitely recommend them to all of my clients, family and friends.
Made a mistake buying a Rooer wash machine from Lowes. 5 days out of warranted it wound motbunlock the top loading lid. Oscar Cueva explained how to unlock the washer. Lowes told to buy as another machine and be sure we bought the extended warranted. After OC Appliance instructions we are still washing cloths.

Quick, no muss no fuss! Replaced the ice maker that had stopped working in our new fridge. Oscar was very professional and let me know what steps to take just in case the problem returns. :)
OC Appliance was able to do what appeared to me as a complicated repair on an ice machine - performed quickly and professionally and used good diagnostic tools to confirm it was done right. Back in business and very happy with results.
Believe the bad reviews you read here. I wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but they show true dedication to giving bad service and show no professionalism whatsoever. They dont show up until they feel like it, and when they do they whine about stuff they have to do. They say theyre coming back, and never do. Not worth the phone call.
Very unprofessional, had several appointments and even spoke to the owner and they never showed up. I am so sorry this type of business is in the Rio Grande Valley, this types of business gives a bad impression to the hard working people of the Rio Grande Valley, do not recomment them at all!! Have to give them a star in order to post when this company does not deserve it!!!

Been waiting for 3 months, repair still not complete. Have rescheduled multiple times via Best Buy extended warranty with no contact from OC.
They told me they were going to show up to my house between 8am to 5pm I ask for the day off of work to wait for them they didnt show up and they didnt call to atleast let me know there not coming.
Amiability and courtesy are part of a good communication client/business. Mr. Cueva also rechecked my fridge to make sure everything looks how it should.

Lack of communicating with client, does not call you to let you know your status on when to fix your appliances. Takes 14 days to call you and get your parts. Very disorganized, get some else to do the work on time
