Carlos did a great job for us, this summer our AC stopped working at 1 AM. I called him and he showed up in 30 minutes and he fixed my capacitor, he keeps spare parts in his truck so it was very convenient that he fixed our problem in a very timely manner. By 2:30 AM we had cold Air again!Thank you Carlos !

I Asked him to fix my motor he beat around the bush swapping capacitors and other parts to my a/c to “Do tests” I paid him almost 300 and didn’t fix anything, and this took three days.He then took my fan and motor off my outside A/C unit WITHOUT ASKING and never brought it back. I highly DONT RECOMMEND

I was foolish enough to call this guy because I was in a hurry and didnt check references. Hes an older guy, never told me his name. It was a Saturday and he came out right away, for a $75 cash fee. He correctly diagnosed my electrical problem as a faulty water heater.He said he would fix it that same day for $250; $125 to be paid up front. Cash only. He told me to hurry and buy a water heater and hed be back in 45 minutes. He never came back despite 2 more phone promises to come back that day. He never gave me a receipt.He shut off the main water valve and left it that way. He thought a 40 gallon tank was a 10 gallon tank. So I lost confidence in him and fired him the next day by phone. I asked for my $125 back. Hes been avoiding me ever since.I went to his office at 4108 N. 21st Street. Its a fake address. Theres another business there.

Carlos and Rogelio diagnosed the problem with my old a/c unit in no time. Carlos had the replacement part he needed with him based on what I had told him over the phone. He answered my call right away and was very polite. He was enthusiastic about helping us even though it was after 5 p.m. on Friday evening. He was compassionate about our situation and worked quickly. He removed the old part and showed me that it was no good. Before he installed the new part, he showed it to me.Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call him again if I need his services.Carolyn D

Carlos and his assistant Bobby were timely and professional. They installed a manual transfer switch to use with my portable generator. Most electricians that I called were not too knowledgeable of the install and were extremely overpriced. Carlos offered reasonable pricing with good customer service.

I called this company in an emergency and the guy who responded goes by the name of Carlos. I was on day two of no a/c and the company I normally used missed their appointment so I had to take my chances. He showed up and didnt seem to know much but he got lucky that it was a quick fix from a bad installation. He charged me a high price but I had to pay because I needed my a/c back. After paying him in cash he said his office would send me an invoice. I called him several times and he kept insisting that the office was working on it. By the afternoon he stopped answering my calls so I went to the company office. I soon found out that the office is actually a bails bondsman office that he used to rent office space from and hasnt been there in some time despite many clients going by looking for him. This man has no business he simply pretends to have one which is why he only accepts cash and once hes gone you will never see or hear from him again I was lucky but other people may not be. I will never recommend this supposed company to anyone.

Carlos, the alleged owner, is a liar, he left my property twice after being paid saying my ac would work and it didnt both time. Told me hed be by the next morning, and didnt bother, had to call another company to fix his mess. Burnt a part he was attempting to install and said hed write me check for it. Two months later he claims he was trying to get a hold of me and he was going to file an insurance claim. After being yelled at when trying to get insurance info he threatened to pull the claim. Has ghosted me since. Hes a coward, I asked him for the business address and he would not provide it, which is mandatory according to 5.201 of the business organization code. Hes a scammer, paid 125 for him to come mess up my ac, lost 300 bucks for the component he burned out and had to pay an insurance claim of 75 bucks for another company (Dinos Ac, which is far superior) to come tell me he left the main power cable loose and thats why the ac would turn on. Glad my house didnt burn down with my family in it, mind you I just had a new born a few days prior. Hope i get my money back as fast as he is to respond to these negative reviews he 100% deserves.

Highly recommend!! Called them at 11pm last night and within 20 minutes they showed up and fixed what they could on our outside unit. Came back today and spent hours to assure our AC was fixed. They truly went above and beyondwhen they certainly didnt have too. The nest company Ive dealt with here on the valle. Even after fixing our ac, the gentleman even called to check to assure our unit was running and cooling our house down. We truly appreciate the kindness of going beyond to assure our children werent going to suffer with the house being 90s for 2 days.

Highly recommend this company. Our AC wasn’t working and it was Sunday but they answered and came out within the hour and fixed it. He was reliable, thorough, and professional. Prices were very reasonable. Appreciate the honesty and education given to us about our HVAC system now we understand much more about it and know who to call if we have any issues 👍

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The service started off great. Was told a $75 call fee to come assess what was wrong with my A/C and if they did the job, this would be waived. Techs came out and were very pleasant. Was told my motor was broken. They went to the “store” to see if it had a warranty on it. It did not. Asked for a price for the job and was quoted $575. I agreed. After the job was done I asked how to pay and the techs were clueless and said Carlos would contact me. He calls and tell me a total of $925!!! I was shocked...how did it go from 575 to 925. He told me it was a labor charge in addition to the 575 (he claims the cost of the motor). I search the price of the motor and see it ranges from $300-400 max. I request a receipt from the motor that was bought. It was refused to me...I spoke with Carlos (after he was rude, argumentative and defensive) he agreed to a price of $825. I told him I knew he’s ripping me off but at this point there is not anything I can do. I ended up paying and will NEVER be using them again for any A/C or electrical work. Shady business and shady people. I will keep calling them until I see a receipt with proof of the cost of the motor being $575. What a nightmare and what an awful way to conduct business. Oh...on top of it all, I get the invoice and it says there is a $75 service call too!

Employee by name of Carlos stated he was owner of business. Very unprofessional. Asked to be paid up front. Did replace my a/c blower fan but was clueless when it came to the wiring for the control board. He didn’t have a receipt book/business card and his truck didn’t have company name on it. Carlos wanted to continue charging me after every change the a/c needed. I declined and when he left I looked up on YouTube that all I had to do was connect 2 wires to the control board and now my A/C runs better than ever. Carlos wanted to charge me $155 for fixing the control board or get a new motor. I paid $0 after he left and A/C runs perfectly. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I’m still waiting for my receipt by the way. What a disgrace!

After leaving voicemails at several companies inquiring about services, Carlos was the only one who called me back! He was knowledgeable and confident he would be able to fix our problem and instantly said he would be in his way over. He redirected the condensation to eliminate the leaking problem we were having and no longer need to be pumping/vacuuming out the water from a drip pan. Carlos also called back to follow up if we were having any problems with the work done. I will certainly feel comfortable calling on Carlos again for any future work needed and definitely recommend him to others. As a side note, he also helped us with some electrical questions we had and turned out fixing another problem we had by just taking the time to listen to us and provide us wi to some advice. Great Experience! Our AC went out after two days out of town and we came back to a sweltering house — no fun! We got a call back from C&B within minutes on a Sunday morning and had a technician there in no time with no additional off hours charge for the service call. The technician was polite, professional and everything was fixed and comfortable in less than an hour! Great company, definitively recommend!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Responded very quickly in order to claim the 75 dollar service fee. Didnt have any freon in their tanks. Left several times to get different gauges and more freon. The guy even had nerve to ask if it was ok if he went to another call. (Probably to claim service fee) Claimed to have no pressure at first, then too much pressure in the end so they drained freon from my unit. To make a long story short; They had no clue on what they were doing.For the owner responce:I did refuse. The reason I refused was because the lack of knowledge the guy had. He was only going to come and do more damage to my system. I already got another company that came out diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Once again I REPEAT, this company has no idea whats going on.

Our thermostat batteries went out and the AC shut down. Mind you, I hadnt had any issues with it before this. I called him up because after we replaced the batteries, it took a while to turn on again. He said hed stop by to check it out and I agreed. After a few minutes the AC turned on and seemed to be running fine again after the new batteries on the thermostat. I called him back to tell him to wait up, not to come because the AC was on and cooling fine. He insisted that he should come to check it out anyways. Once he was here he tried coming up with ways to charge me even though it was working fine, he even wanted to charge me $75 to stop by EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM NOT TO COME! I didnt pay him and sent him on his way.

Horrible , the tech came to my house on 4th of July after I called him at 7am when my ac broke. I needed it fixed ASAP as my mom just came home from the hospital. The guy stated it was a quick fix, he stated he would be back with the part in one hour but showed up 3 hours later. He then stated he needed another part and left again. .It took him from 7am to 8 pm to fix the ac. The next morning the ac was not cooling and was leaking. We found someone else to fix the ac and found out that C&B electric messed up the wiring to the ac unit. When I called the tech, he stated it was probably because he was color blind and messed up the wiring. He stated he was going to refund my money and now he will not answer my calls.

He was very friendly in the beginning, then he kept asking for money without doing any work told me he needed it to buy the ac and asked for gas money I told him no then he raised his voice at me I gave him 250 dollars and he never came back to fix my ac. I call he kept hanging up on me laughing the. I went to the address and nothing was there he a layer.

A/c 06/24/2021 RepairHe burned the capacitor & asked money to replace it. Burned the relay circuit board & asked money to replaced it. Burned the a/c transformer & asked money to  replaced it. He replaced it with an old one he got somewhere. He doesnt know what he is doing. I paid $395 ($65+200+80+50=$395) including service fee but a/c WAS NOT FIXED.  He loved to make schedules but wont show up, promises but wont  fulfill. He keeps on coming asking for more money and threat for lawsuits. Do not hire this man. His name is Carlos.I have to hire another a/c tech to fix his mess & fix the problem. New tech found some hot wires dangerously placed somewhere that has potential to burn the unit.

Carlos was very efficient, knowledgeable, and knew what the problem was right away! He arrived within 30 minutes after I called his services and was able to resolve the issue! I highly recommend him and his team for assistance! May God Bless him and his work!

Great service! Even if they were running a few minutes late I would get a call or text to let me know. They stayed late to make sure our AC was working and even followed up the following day to make sure everything was good. When we called 2 days later still having issues they took care of it ASAP!!

We hired C&B electricians to help us with our new house. We needed some switches and fans fixed. The “master electrician” started the job saying that he needed 75% of the cost up front for supplies.All these scam artists accomplished was tearing up our house. One of them stepped through our ceiling leaving a huge hole, they removed switches and left exposed wires in several rooms, knowing that we have a young son running around. When I’d call and ask about when they were coming I was always tolls 20-30 minutes, only to wait for hours and still not see anyone. Out of the 2 days they did show up, the “master electrician” always needed some more money for something (lunch for his guys, wages for the guy that stepped through our ceiling, gas for one of his other guys to make sure he could make it home and back to the job site the next day, which he didn’t make it back) on top of giving me all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn’t make it. One of his stories was that a customer showed up at his office and threatened to kill his staff. After dealing with these asshats, I completely understand where that customer was coming from, if said customer actually exists.Save your money and find someone else, anyone else would do better than these numbskulls.

I just had the most awful experience with this company. They are nothing but crooks and not to mention they are nothing but lies when they cant fix things. The individual i dealt with his name is Carlos and he is not someone that can be trusted. Be very cautious of this company. They claim to service your house unit but arrive at your house asking for tools and a flashlight because they have NO TOOLS! yet, you pay them in advance and now they dont answer what is wrong with these folks that prey on honest working people.

We woke up at 5 am to a hot/sticky house, even though the AC was on. Called around 5:10 (answered in 2 rings). He arrived at 5:30 and knew what the problem was based on my description over the phone. Swapped out the part, did some additional maintenance and was finished by 6:20-6:25. Carlos also has a sense of humor. I recommend this company.

Had a great first visit from Carlos and his team. They helped get both of my A/C units working optimally to cool the house. Ive had an issue with condensation water filling up the overfill pan since then though which is a new issue and can not get a hold of them to come out and investigate. I called him last Wednesday and spoke with him on the phone at which time he said hed meet me at my house at 12 PM. Left work to meet him and he was a no call/no show. Been trying to get ahold of him since at the number provided above with no success. Hope hes ok but would really like to know whats going on. Would have been 5 stars based on the 1st visit and responsiveness. Dropped it 3 stars because I cant get a hold of them to fix a problem that only showed up after their work was completed.

I called C&B electric since the AC tech from another company that was originally scheduled to go out to my home had an emergency, and I wanted to get my AC issue resolved quickly. The tech arrived to my house quickly, but without a work van, ladder, etc. and only a tool belt... He had to leave my house, and came back in a regular car with another buddy and a ladder. The issue was resolved, but I was charged more than double of what my original tech was going to charge me, and over the next few days I continued to wake up to continuous facebook notifications of the claimed owner commenting or reacting to my profile, and when I went to his account, I came to find this man posting about me and how he was in love with me... He was unprofessional during our encounter at my home not only based on how he arrived, but then how he continued to remind me he was single and asking my relationship status, but how his behaviour continued made me extremely uncomfortable. I am attaching some of what I screenshotted before blocking him.

Horrible service, took my money and promise to be back with the parts to fix my a/c and never returned. Called numerous of times and phone keep going to voice mail. Text him and no return call. I would not recommend using this guy at all.

The company came over to inspect our AC. Didnt sounded like they know anything about A/C. I will never trust the for any of the work. Wont guranteed they are legitamate. Lost 75 Dollars due to service call I ended paying 80 dollars lost 5 in the process due to change. Dont hire them nor call them. I guarantee you wont have a nice experience.

Extremely unprofessional. Horrible job. Shoddiest work for the highest prices. He will ask for money upfront for “materials” and charge double what he quotes. I am traumatized by my experience with this man and had to block. Do not expose yourself and let this man in your home.

**Warning** DO DOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. DEFRAUDED ME $400. The person was unprofessional, did not do the job, was poorly dressed. A simple A/C coil cleaning, supposed to clean it and get out of the unit and let it dry. Noticed that he only sprayed water and chemical, not the full deep cleaning. Called back the next day and he was unprofessional sounded drunk, could barely understand what he was saying.

The came and fixed the problem in no time on a Saturday. I will call him again when I need him. I truly recommend C&B Air Conditioning. They work professionally

I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of this company. they were able to find an electrical issue in my home that two other electricians could not correct. I highly recommend this company..

My family used them guy asked for $75 service fee and $150 to change out a device, he ended up not having the device they “needed”. They asked for their money back and every time the guy was supposed to meet them he flaked. He ended up blocking my mom’s number and she has yet to receive her money. He gives out his sister’s number as his “secretary”. The address is also fake it leads to Reyes Bail Bond Co.

A/C currently not working. Called at 7:30pm. Older man said he would be over in 35 minutes. After several back and forth calls and his excuses, he said he would be here in 5 minutes about an hour ago. It’s 10:42pm. Rather sleep in this heat than deal with this particular guy again.

Where do I start ! Some guy named Carlos was drunk and showed up to my house not understanding a word that came from his mouth. I can’t believe the AC company would employee and send people like this to there clients homes.

The MR. Carlos called him and he arrived at my home very friendly, but then he was rude, he hung up on my calls and increased the price. He is a liar and with little education. He wanted me to pay for the entire service without doing the work and he yelled at me when I told him. that he did not agree to pay for the work if it had not yet been done. He told me that he had done a lot of work and thats why he wanted to charge me more. In the end he didnt do the job and kept my money. I dont recommend him at all. Look for another person who has good references. Make sure you read carefully when you go to hire someone. .
