AAA in Marble Falls are crooks!! Turned into BBB! Did what they said to fix was a $2,000 part. Their work did not fix problem. They ask for immediate payment if you ask questions. They threaten to come remove part same day if you question their service hours on job. AAA claims to fix emergency trips. Yet left my renters in 105 degree temperature! Did not care!!

Our AC was struggling to combat the beginning of summer heat, so we needed a tune-up of some sort to see why. Darlene got us on their schedule quickly; Paul came out and fixed it right up! It was instantly much cooler and less humid inside. I cant tell you what the problem was, but he was very knowledgeable about the issue and knew what to do to fix the problem. Our unit has been running great since and not struggling at all, even with higher temps. Would highly recommend using this company!

We have employed AAA Air Control on several occasions over the past several years. No matter what we needed done, their service people came though with flying colors! In fact on a recent, annual inspection, the representative discovered evidence there had been a fire in one of heating units. We had them replace the unit...they were back in two days and completely removed the old and installed the New furnace in less then a day. I have lived were I am for over 45 years and when I find a company that are as fine and reputable as AAA Air Control, I keep them. This family business is as good as you will find here in the Hill Country. We feel they may well have saved our home/lives on their last service inspection. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

Repairs well done! These folks are Prompt, Accurate, Honest & Highly Recommended. If you need your HVAC serviced, you have found the best service company in our area… There is no reason to call another service company.

AAA has saved the day more than once at our lakehouse! Our AC tends to act up right before we are planning on having a houseful of guests, but AAA has always gotten us back up and running. We have been able to reach them at all hours and on the weekends. When our 2 units were beyond repair, we had AAA install new units and have been very happy with their workmanship.

I have used AAA Air Control for several years. The guys in the field do a great job; and back-office support is very accommodating and friendly. They work in the clients best interest by maintaining equipment, explaining issues as they arise, and providing repair options and costs.

They have worked on my HVAC for years and I would definitely recommend. They are fair and honest!

So, Fourth of July weekend, sure enough...Our AC goes out on Friday afternoon. After having multiple bad experiences with another company in town who flat out told me they werent coming out to take a look at the thermostat they installed incorrectly, I called AAA Air Control. Three minutes to five, they said they were just about to leave for the weekend, but would gladly help us out. Within 25 minutes, there was a knock on our door and John was there to help bring cool air to our house on a holiday weekend. The customer service was so outstanding, I called the office back and told them how great it was. Evidently, Im going to be in the market soon for new ACs and I wont hesitate to call them again. Truly wonderful customer service!

Great company. Very professional, curious. Show up when scheduled. Technical was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Good price on replacement unit. Would highly recommend them for anyone needing work done.

Triple AAA has been so professional. I have had 3 units replaced by them. Prior to that the customer service we received has always been beyond reproach. John is very professional and quick to return call and above all DEPENDABLE!! I highly recommend Triple AAA and I will continue to use them with any AC issues or concerns.

Appreciated AAA’s quick response but their troubleshooting didn’t properly identify the issue and we had the same problem within hours of the technician leaving. Unfortunately they would not answer our calls at that point, so we had to call another company. This cost us 8 times as much what we paid them originally as well as inconvenienced our guests significantly. When AAA did return our call the next morning, they were not open to the fact that they may have made a mistake despite telling them that what was ultimately found and fixed explained exactly what happened when they were on site. Do not recommend using them.

Our 4 year old unit wasn’t cooling. We always like supporting our community & using local companies, so we called AAA. They were able to come out that day; so we were thrilled! And tired of SWEATING!We were told that, ‘Worst case scenario, We may have to replace the coils, but he would have to come back after the weekend to do so, if that was, in fact the problem & he told us that ‘A LEAK WASN’T DETECTED’, so he recommended adding 3 lbs of Freon so that the unit would blow cool again. It worked for a few hours but started blowing hot in the middle of the night. 85 degrees.After we researched that A/C units should NEVER loose Freon unless there is a significant leak; we realized that adding Freon without knowing that there was in fact an existing leak was the technicians job to inform us & irresponsible! After all, WE didn’t go to school for A/C as they have!THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY; not to mention HORRIBLE FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT!A/C still blowing hot…The technician came back out 2 days later & said that he detected a leak & there was a bunch of oil under the copper pipes, that wasn’t there before. All of the 3 lbs of Freon that he added; GONE! What?I asked why on Earth would we approve Freon being added to the system if there is a possible leak & it could all leak out? He said that he couldn’t ‘detect’ a leak because, ‘it was a windy day & his detector doesn’t work under those conditions’.WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE THAT DETAIL OUT?WHY WOULD WE PUT $400 WORTH OF FREON IN IF WE KNEW IT WOULD ALL LEAK OUT OR THAT WE’D BE PAYING FOR IT ALL OVER AGAIN IF THE UNIT NEEDED A NEW COIL?Again, we know nothing about Freon & that it can’t be contained & put back in the unit; thus the charge for 3 lbs wouldn’t be a total waste as it has.I WOULD HAVE GONE TO HOME DEPOT & BOUGHT A $200 WINDOW UNIT UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED! At least we’d have back up Air Conditioning if we were in need.So, now we are out $500. NO A/C.The Owner has no apologies, was aggressive & argumentative.What happened to Customer Service? Being helpful? Empathy towards others; especially your neighbors?NEVER an; ‘I’m sorry this happened’, ‘let’s get your unit up & running’, ‘how about a discount on our labor for the $2,500 job for the coil that needs to be replaced & hundreds of dollars of Freon that must be added.’We remodel homes, assist clients in managing their properties, set up service calls, installs, etc… We HELP our clients. SAVE THEM MONEY EVERY CHANCE WE CAN, SO THAT THEY’RE NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!I can assure you that we will not be sending any of our clients money their way, they have lost thousands of dollars just like that.Live & learn for both of us!

John, Ray, Paul, and Darlene provided phenomenal advice and service, serving up just the facts and no fluff, which I really appreciated! After realizing my HVAC was so old that no parts existed anymore, we went with a replacement, and they got just the perfect size units (inside and out) that worked for our house. Since the existing unit was broke, they went out of their way to find the new system and get it installed to help with both swinging temps of highs and lows in the same week! Love these guys, and will be sticking with them for future services!

Ray and John worked tirelessly from about 8am to 11:30pm one day in May of 2020 to install my complete new heating & air system. They are very nice, hard working people. I have waited months to leave a review, because I wanted so badly to be able to leave a stellar review. I went with AAA Air Control because I felt the would pay the most attention to detail and I would have no issues after my install, even though they were the highest of the 4 bids I received.However, although my house is cool, it also now has a major humidity issue that was never there before. My house is also 72- degrees in main area, 75+ in my master bedroom and & 79+ degrees in my hallway. I did not have humidity issues or the temperature issues when the 22 year old unit was still cooling.They said I needed an additional return in my master bedroom so I paid them $225 to install that. They said I needed more insulation over the master bedroom, so I paid a company $400 to do that.New system $9600 (this included $800 for duct work/repair), the additional return & additional attic insulation another $625, and almost $600 for 2 large dehumidifiers that I must use now. That is A LOT of money to spend and still have these issues. :(

Came to repair our AC that was not cooling properly. Would not remove the humidity and would not bring the room temperature down to the desired level. Made 3 attempts in addition to warranty parts from Carrier they charged me $620. Ended up telling me it was fixed and would not given me any more help saying only after they couldnt repair the system the owner said the problem was an outside (intrusion) of air but couldnt or wouldnt show me where the intrusion is. Not any help from Carrier either. Would not recommend either.BETTER BEWARE

Darlene answered quickly and cheerfully, on a Sunday! Paul was there 1st thing Monday to repair! He was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. Both employees gave excellent service and fixed the problem with advice on how to keep it from happening in the future. Thanks for the great experience!

We love working with this company! We have used them several times over the last few years and they have always been able to come right out, even in the middle of a Texas summer night, to get our AC back up and running. They are a family owned business and we can personally say that all three family members truly care about their clients and the service that they offer. They are our go-to HVAC company now and we recommend them to anyone we meet!

Great business! John and Ray braved the roads during the 2021 snowstorm to get the heater at our rent house fixed when it broke during the intense cold. They were able to quickly identify and fix the issue. Over the years John has also made 3 or 4 after hour emergency calls to fix a broken ac on little notice. Never had anything other than a great experience with them. I have always used them, and always will!

This place is AAA-mazing!!Our air conditioner stopped working at 11 PM on a Saturday and we were stuck in HOT Texas temperatures with an infant. We are so thankful for AAA air-conditioning and John our technician as he came to our rescue. He provided great and affordable service and showed up even faster than what he said (which was 25 minutes!!) I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Emergency AC services. We will use this company in the future for all our AC needs.

John, at AAA Air Control, quickly diagnosed & repaired our mini split a/c problem during the service call visit. He was courteous & provided much appreciated insight into the problem as well as the operation of the system. We will definitely be using AAA Air Control in the future for our hvac needs. Aaa air control is always punctual on time and responsive to every call I give them. Actually they feel like family as they take such good care of all my rental properties on a monthly maintenance Schedule. They tell me what’s going on and tell me the best way to solve the problem without it costing as much as it would otherwise. I really appreciate these folks for taking such good care of us.

I had my AC at a rental house in Kingsland go out at 9 pm on a Thursday. There were people staying there and it was warm. If you decide to make the drive from Kingsland to Marble Falls it takes about 25-30 minutes, depending on where you are going. I called AAA Air and they were there in about 45 minutes. John fixed the issue quickly and for a very fair price. I dont leave a lot of reviews, but was very impressed by the service and rate, in fact so impressed I am going to use them as my yearly maintenance service. Would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing. You must be very careful these days. No one will take responsibility for their own actions and or lack there of accountability. It seems as if the very mention of the word “ethics” invokes “great rage and furious anger!”But what do I know? I’m just a person trying to make sense with a nonsensical company. Save yourself and Don’t waste your time or money like we did attempting to work with AAA Air Control.

John answered the call (others did not nor returned the call) and came out later that day as promised. After his inspection, he explained what was wrong & why, explained the cost, & then took care of the problem. His cost was very reasonable and I appreciated his professionalism. I would recommend him and his business without a hesitation.

Ray and John replaced my old 25-year-old system. They did a complete inspection, including the ducts and ventilation. Answered all my questions as well as pointing out other problems that some other estimators neglected. They worked with me to prioritize issues and keep under my budget. Punctual and responsive, I’ll definitely call them again and first. Highly recommended.

I work at the Fire Department and our AC went out. We called them at the end of the day and they came out to help very quickly! They were able to find the issue and replace it. Definitely recommend.

Will never use anyone else now!August over 100 degrees - hot hot hot ! ! !Ray came within a few hours after my call. My AC unit quit working. In less than 5 minutes he diagnosed that the capacitor had failed. Wow, impressed me - professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and then come to find out reasonable.Didnt think such wonderful folks existed anymore. This old world is such a shark tank nowadays.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE ! ! !

Was quoted $3200 (for everything, parts, labor, taxes) to replace our unit for the heater because the motor is on back order. Knowing our unit is on the roof and not once did they say it was an issue..FOR EVERY BUSINESS AND RESIDENT!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT! GO THROUGH AAA HEATING AND AIR IN MARBLE FALLS! OWNER TRIED TO UP CHARGE $500 ONCE HE ARRIVED JUST TO GET ON THE ROOF AND THEN LEFT TO GET A LADDER AND CALLED BACK SAYING IM NOT GETTING ON THAT ROOF BECAUSE ITS WET I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU we do not treat people like that as a local business and this needs to stop! THANK YOU FOR LEAVING US IN THE COLD, and not upholding your word.
