Well these guys are funny and they are cool to hang around but getting them to order items other than Scott he rarely fogets and I do mean rarely. You have to remind them over and over again and they say yeah we ordered it but come to find out its not on order. It does not matter the item from tools, equipment, gloves, filters boxes you name it they can forget about it. Nice guys other than they cant remember your name and I have been coming here almost everyday Mon-Fri for the last two years.Edit: These guys are getting better and they have always been friendly and helpful but from time to time they do forget about things but most likely because they are super busy. They need some kind of tracker so they do not lose or forget to order /follow up on supplies or equipment. Carrier is the best product you can buy and thats what they sell.

Spent an hour running around town looking for a hard to find filter. Stopped and made a phone call to these guys and viola...no more running around. Pleasant on the phone and in the store and they were not overpriced. Great experience guys...keep up the great work.

Friendly and knowledge sales people, they have almost any part u need 4 repairing a/c and heating systems, they carry the top of the line brands,Carrier,Briant,and Payne. If they dont have the part u need they can usually get it.

Poor customer service. They’re too busy to tell you if they have what you need in stock even if you have the part number and sizes. They’ll tell you to waste your time and come in to figure their inventory out yourself.
