My husband is a retired commercial A/C mechanic who no longer has the physical abilityin which to work on our A/C units himself. He highly recommends Highland Lakes Heating & Air.We’ve used them over the past 2+ years and have been highly satisfied with everyone there. They are very knowledgeable , honest, trustworthy reasonable, and get the job done right.Jeanie stayed in touch and let us knowexactly when to expect Remy to arrive. We would never think of calling anyone else to service our A/C & heating units. We very much appreciate their attention to customer service!

I am questioning if there is an emergency service as myself and son (6 years old) have water coming through the ceiling in two bedrooms and no-one has called us back in this situation. I have turned my AC off (in this extreme heat advisory conditions) and dont know what to do???? IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE CHECK MESSAGES AND CALL BACK - ITS AUGUST 26 (happened this morning and I called 3 hours ago when builder told me who to call for warranty work)
