Rico Salazar, Irving and Ryan were great.Rico was very informative and shared a lot of great knowledge proactively. He was polite and made recommendations without being pushy. He was focused on educating me on the matter in which I am not an expert instead of trying to sell me.Irving was also very customer focused, explained everything I needed to understand, confirming I understood what he shared with me and making sure I felt comfortable about the services provided.Ryan was very empathetic about the issue (burst pipe from the freeze) and offered solutions of how to prevent in the future.I recommend and will definitely use Mansfield Plumbing again. Jacob was very professional and very informative as I asked questions. He ran into a few issues installing my bath faucet, but he figured it out quickly. Honestly just WOW! My thermostats at my business shut off yesterday and the temperature got down to 58 degrees while servicing clients. I called 6 other businesses before I got to Mansfield air and when I called they were all so on top of it! They answered all of my questions over the phone and immediately dispatched someone to my location! Conrado & Jovani were my techs and if I could give them 10 stars I would!! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They let me ask all the questions and never made me feel stupid, and they were able to fix my thermo’s no problem. I could not have asked for a better experience and their services are so reasonably priced, this is my go to place from now on.

When a sink clog occurred backing up water all over the kitchen, in the washer and dishwasher, I contacted Mansfield Plumbing. Our technician, Bryson, arrived in about an hour and spent a great deal of time resolving the problem completely. He was courteous, very efficient, provided education about maintaining the pipes, showed us all the pipes via camera, and absolutely cleaned up everything. I couldnt be more pleased with his service. He definitely deserves kudos both for his knowledge and efficiency, and for his terrific attitude, I will most certainly be using this company again!

Mansfield plumbing has handled 2 larger projects at my home. They were able to repair a broken sewer line that had become infested with tree roots and just helped me complete an under foundation sewer leak with multiple breaks. Both projects were handled professionally and properly. Ethan is great to work with and made sure I was informed every step of the way and that I was happy with the result. Matthew was a godsend when looking for our leaks and went above and beyond the expectations. Louis was able to make the needed repairs long after expected business hours and made sure the repairs were done correctly before leaving even though it had been dark for hours. I cannot recommend this company enough and will continue to use them for all future projects!

I made an online service request due to a suspected air quality issue. About an hour later I received a call to schedule and to gather more information. Literally 15 minutes later service tech Graham was at my door ready to look into my issue, and did a very thorough bit of testing with sensors and a careful inspection of my heater internal parts to ensure all was well. Could not have asked for better service. Very pleasant to work with scheduling and the service visit.

Great company. Quick response. Fair price. Great work. We had an appliance repair guy from a Mr. Appliance of Mansfield come out and he broke our faucets to our washer. These guys replaced the faucets. We called them that morning, they came same day as we need clothes for our cruise coming up. This was our second time using them. Always courteous, always professional.

Had Mansfield Plumbing snake my septic line and was assured the problem would be identified and shown on camera which it was not or identified. Appointment was even late because they needed to get a camera out for my job. Line was unblocked and was told I would get a quote for replacing a piece of the line they couldn’t even identify or show me. Very poor follow-up and were more than happy to take my money for the blockage work and didn’t fulfill what they told me they would show me. Would not recommend them.

They did a fantastic job installing the two hot water heaters. When one wasn’t working, they were able to replace and get it all done in a day. Took care to keep things to clean and we’re very friendly

We have used Mansfield Plumbing in the past for my in-laws house, they did a great job then as well, but I wanted to write a review for the service we received this week. Daniel was fantastic. He came out late on a Sunday night to assist us with a water heater leak, followed up with us the next day, & even went the extra mile to work with our home warranty company. Did an amazing & thorough job replacing the water heater, valves, and lines. Cant recommend these guys enough.

Henry was great! He came out to give us a second opinion on a wall drain line leak and once he diagnosed the problem, he asked us if we wanted him to fix it right there and then. I was just expecting a second opinion and any work to be done at a later date, but he went above and beyond by letting me know he could fix the problem and take care of us immediately. Thank you Henry! We appreciate all of your support and efforts.

The plumbing problem was at my rental property so most of the time that Ryan was working I was not there. He called several times to let me know what the progress was. He kept me well informed. The job was done in a short time.

I don’t have a single negative thing to say. The team was very quick and our plumber was very good at explaining the situation and helping us get everything we need for the insurance claim.

I called Mansfield due to an emergency repair needed (pipe cracked, flooded into kitchen, water to house off). They sent someone by asap to turn water off (thankfully I had already done that but good to know) and Graham came about 30mins later. In less than an hour, the problem was diagnosed, fixed and water the the house restored. He also connected us with a company to look at possible water damage and restoration.

Tunde came by this morning, 2-11-25 and did a walk through. I want to thank Tunde, Eric, David and Arturo for an excellent job. They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us for their work. They did a 2 day job in 1 because we were without heat, cleaned up their messes inside and out before they left. ALL very professional. Thank you Mansfield Plumbing.

I had Mateo come out yesterday to check out an HVAC job. He was great. He explained what he was doing and did a thorough job. Definitely recommendToday I had Joel come out today to handle an electric issue that I have been having. He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it. The problem ended up being a bad breaker. He did not have the proper size to replace it in his van so he went to a hardware store and purchased one even though it was later in the day. Definitely quality service that I recommend.

Rico was prompt, knowledgeable and amazing! I needed a kitchen light installed and a GFCI outlet replaced. The kitchen light was installed with no issues. After extensive testing, he found that it was a switch that burned out, not the outlet and could have led to an electrical fire. Thanks again, Rico!

My boyfriend and I are very happy that we went with Mansfield Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air. We were in search for getting our air ducts cleaned. We worked with Tunde and his counter part, they were so great and we had the best customer service. Very professinal and friendly. We got a full breakdown of prices and were able to choose one that worked for us and didn’t feel forced to pick the most expensive one. We definitely would work with them again.

After our pipe burst in our house, our plumber Troy Hoover saved the day! Replaced the pipe and faucet quickly. Also on time and friendly, will definitely be using again for all my plumbing problems.

I had a home project that required adding an additional zone and a thermostat in order to control the temperature in our mother inlaw suite. The home is a new build and the HVAC wasnt efficient but it was good enough to pass inspections. We could always tell that the temperatures in our home varied extremely. He identified multiple ways to improve the efficiency of our system based on affordability. We decided to go with the most efficient scenario he provided. He and the installation crew showed up to our home at 8am to completely overhaul our system and and make it entirely much better then what was put in when our home that was recently built. He and crew worked diligently for the next 12 hours until the work was complete. I want to personally thank Conrado for coming to my house and providing me with multiple quotes, and commend him on his level of professionalism and his extreme knowledge and having the ability to explain it in laymans term to the customer and allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I would like to thank the three gentlemen that installed the system. I would also like to thank the HVAC/install manger who came to my house to help provide suggestions in the time of need. Lastly I want to thank Conrado for designing my new system in my home to provide my family and i with the most efficient heat and air.

I had an emergency at my rental property late at night, and Mansfield plumbing was available to provide service. There was a clogged main drain line, and water was not draining from any toilet or shower. The plumber came and unclogged the main drain ran a camera and told me there is a breakege on main drain. He did not check with the tenant if water was draining from the bathroom and toilet. Next morning after I paid the invoice , I get an estimate to fix the breakage. Then the tenant called me to tell water is still clogged. I called back to address the issue. After Mansfield plumbing consulted the Plummer, they told me they won’t be coming out because it’s due to the breakage. So I had to call a different plumber to come check it out. Came to find the Plummer from Mansfield plumbing DID NOT snake from the clean out port where the other half of the problem was. Once it was snaked from the clean out pot, the 2nd plumbing company went in the house made sure all the toilet, shower, tub and kitchen was draining properly. The 2nd plumbing company also came after hour and cost me less then half of what Mansfield plumbing billed me.

Matthew was prompt knowledgeable and informative. Explained procedure start to finish and left a very good impression! Solved our issue and would highly recommend. Great job!!

Adding to a prior post. Had another issue with yard drainage from recent rains and a submersible sump pump no longer working. Called 02/13 because one of our shop heaters quit working. The came out diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote to fix the problem on the 28-year-old unit and we decided to go with a new replacement. They scheduled us between 8 - 10AM today and were at our shop at 8:15. Thier installers were quick and very professional. We will be using them again if we have any more problems.

Edward came out to provide a second opinion after a previous plumbing company came out to do a post-foundation work inspection. That company had “failed” the test because they were unable to access my clean out (the cap was just stuck) and immediately quoted me $6000 to rip up my driveway to replace the c/o so they could perform the static test.Edward went out of his way to figure out how to access the c/o to perform the test and even went to the supply store to provide me with a different cap so this doesn’t happen again. My static test passed and Edward saved me $6000! I’ll be recommending Mansfield Plumbing to all of my neighbors from now on, this has been truly the best experience I’ve ever had with any service on my home. Thank you!

Henry did a good job. He was very professional. He replaced my Kitchen sink faucet. I had started to do it myself and then had trouble getting the old unit out. He got it done. The price was way too high. $489. They only charge one price and would not adjust the price. I will not use them again.

Definitely five-star service. We had a plumbing problem that became serious late in the day. Even though the company was having a busy Monday, Henry made a trip to the house and solved the problem. He explained everything that needed to be done before doing it. And he told us how we could avoid the problem in the future. First class service and now we have a plumber we know we can count on when we need one. I will recommend him to friends and family.

Bryson Donaldson was great! Our outside water faucet blew out after dark, and we didn’t even know where our water cut off was as we had recently moved in. I googled Emergency Plumber and JDR told us where the cut off was and called Mansfield. Bryson came out in the cold about 11 pm, showed us why our faucet blew out, how he would fix it, and the cost. He did a great job of fixing it!

I had really liked this company. They came in for a HVAC checkup, said everything was good, recommended cleaning and a safety device be installed. I agreed. 10 days straight of issues with the upstairs or downstairs unit, their recommendation to replace the whole thing for 16k, and my having to repeatedily call in for help finally resulted in intial guy coming back out and seeing that wiring was just messed up because it was put back in wrong position. TUNDE is the only one that I ever want coming back here.

Christian was fantastic! Very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He arrived quicker than the estimated timeframe even though it was a Sunday evening.

Ryan and Willie came out to fix a stuck cold water shut off valve. They replaced the whole valve very quickly and also showed me where to shut off the water to the house in case of an emergency. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me and even fixed the side where the hose connects in a tight spot so it could be easily reached going forward. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work!

We had our annual inspection from Mansfield Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning last week. Thomas and Mateo inspected our air conditioning and heating units. They were very professional and courteous. They provided us with helpful information regarding our systems. Then, Joel and Rico came that same afternoon to inspect our electrical system. They were also very professional and thorough. They made recommendations for us to consider to keep things running smoothly. I was very impressed when they told us that they would change our batteries in our smoke detectors. I really appreciate this because we have high ceilings. Earlier this year, Henry and Nate serviced our plumbing and Tunde took care of our HVAC. We are pleased with the service we have received from this company and their employees. Clogged drain…. The plumbers were professional and did quality work. We felt they charged a very fair price for the work performed. They clearly explained our options without pressuring us to select one option over another.We signed up for the membership program but again, there was no pressure. They simply stated the benefits and let us decide.Very impressed with their work and highly recommend.Graham came out and did our annual AC check up. He was very professional and thorough. He cleaned and inspected the outside unit, inspected the inside unit and left some recommendations for future consideration. We appreciate the companies no-pressure approach!

We are in the process of purchasing a home and during the general inspection process it was noted that the electrical panels in the home may be under a recall. Since a general inspector cannot provide a detailed electrical inspection, I was advised to call an electrical company to provide one...enter Mansfield Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air. I called them for an appointment and they sent out the technician to inspect and advise at a cost of $258. After the inspection it was confirmed that the panels were under recall and needed to be replaced at a cost of $6,500, which would be the sellers responsibility.Since this was such a huge expense, the sellers requested documentation from Mansfield Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air to prove that a replacement would be necessary and what , if anything, the manufacturer would be responsible for. After giving them the run-around, the sellers called the manufacturer directly and it turns out that the recall was only to replace a couple of screws that were problematic. The sellers reached back out to Mansfield Electric and they eventually told the sellers that the panels didnt really need to be replaced, but THE BUYER ASKED THEM TO JUST REPLACE THEM ALL ANYWAY! What?! I never said any such thing, and EVEN IF I DID, why would you agree to defraud the sellers for $6,500 of unnecessary work?!The complete lack of character and the willingness to lie here is incomprehensible. If I could give negative stars I would. Im not sure how anyone at this company sleeps at night.

They got to my home very quick. The technician who worked on our AC unit was top of the line. My AC was fixed within 40 minutes. Living on our social security we were worried what it was going to cost us for the repair and found the price for the repair very reasonable. What stood out most for us was the technician, Thomas. He explained everything. Job well done young man!

When our technician, Tunde, arrived at my mother’s home he was very kind and professional. She had a lot of questions about the mold in her HVAC vents and her options to remove it. He was very patient and sweet to her. Their team returned the same day to take care of her home and they worked late to complete the job. Free inspection resulted in $1750 for duel tap install, then wanted another $500 to run a camera throughout pipes for leak they said existed. Called alternative plumber who charged $235 for camera inspection and determined there were no leaks.

I called Mansfield Plumbing to repair a leaking outdoor Faucet. The crew (Willie & Ryan) were able to successfully replace the faucet. Professional guys who did an excellent job.

Joel and Graham answer all of my questions, even if I thought it was a ridiculous question. Joel was Patient enough to find the issue with Electric and Graham check my furnace, even if it wasnt in the attic. Kind enough to write out a notes so I wouldnt forget the explanation. Techs did a fantastic job replacing my A/C. They rebuild the distribution boxes and the rooms are more evenly cooled/heated. Pricing was fair. They were on time, reasonably waits.. zero issues with the install. Post-install, I have been unable to get someone (manager?) to call back with some simple/minor answers, but that only slightly mars the excellent install.

The team showed up exactly within the window promised, quickly assessed my need, identified the solution, and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. The work was professionally and expediently completed within about an hour. I was told tech would have a water heater, he did not have one, as he was not told. He was resourceful and got ahold of someone to get a GTE water heater. He was very thorough with his installation and did a good job.

Christian was very professional and helpful. He explained everything well and was great to work with.

I was having trouble with my AC unit. I called Mansfield Plumbing and they sent out a guy. He recommended replacing the AC motor before he did any testing. I asked the price. He said very very expensive. Estimated was $1850 after calling his boss for price check. I bought a fan motor 30 minutes later for $130. Installed it in 30 minutes. I wouldn’t call Mansfield Plumbing again or recommend them! $99 down the drain!

I’m very leery of air-conditioning people, but I want to thank Conrado and Mateo and Jonvino! Don’t know if I spelt the last one correctly I apologize, but you know who I’m talking about I believe it’s actually Conrado‘s brother I want to thank them for putting up with me standing over top of them because I’m very mechanically inclined and there was a few things that concern me .After speaking with Conrado several times he reassured me that he definitely absolutely knows what he’s doing and has apparently trained a lot of technicians in the field, so I highly suggest this company and thanks for fixing our air-conditioning defrost sensor ! The technician that was assigned to my case was going to be running later than the scheduled time, and they called me to let me know. I appreciated the communication. He was very professional, very informative, and took the time to explain the problems to me in a way that i could understand, and he was very patient in answering all my questions. He was very thorough, as he identified the problem very quickly, but checked everything to make sure that there would be no unexpected problems in the future. Our technician was very informative and went above and beyond to handle our situation. He noticed a couple of things that were about to go out or cause problems in the future and rectified them. After asking if we wanted him to, of course. We have had several AC companies come out and none of them were this informative and willing to do extra work to make things work this well.

5 STARS would recommend! Josh came out and helped me with a leak on my gas powered hot water heater. There was a leak in the supply line (from wear, tear, and corrosion which I suspected, but don’t have a clue how to fix correctly) and he went ahead and replaced the lines properly and also answered all of my questions about how to turn off everything in case another emergency happens in the future. GREAT service! So much so that i signed up for their yearly hvac, plumbing, & maintenance program.

Louis was excellent at diagnosing the problem in my master bathroom sink. He went above and beyond to see that the repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner. This young man is very detail oriented. I appreciate his thoroughness.

Good experience with Mansfield Plumbing initially. Called and had an AC checkup and technician said everything looked great. After going to his truck, he came back with over 6000 dollars worth of recommendations. Additionally, I signed up for the monthly program and have not heard from them in 6 months until I canceled.

The foundation repair company we used sent Christian from Mansfield Plumbing to do the water pressure and sewer pipe leak tests required following the slab being raised. Christian was prompt, neat, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He clearly knew what his tasks were and how to get them done accurately and as swiftly as the procedures allowed. He also explained the whats and whys and answered all my questions concerning both the procedures and what they indicated concerning our house. He went above and beyond to help me understand what would be necessary if either or both of the tests failed. Fortunately, neither failed, to my relief. I have high confidence in Christian and would recommend Mansfield Plumbing to anyone.
