Excellent service and customer support!RW Frederick & Associates helped me back in 2013 to relocate a unit while making some renovation. The service was prompt, the technician courteous and quick. And most important, the price and quality were excellent.Fast forward to yesterday when my AC decided to freeze. I called them again and were able to send (the same tech) help next day. The technician came in on time, explain what was happening, performed a cleaning of the unit (it was pretty dirty), added coolant, cleaned up and was finished in under one hour. And the cost was half what I expected in todays environment and heat.We will definitely do business again and I do not hesitate to recommend RW Frederick to all my friends.Thank you so much for an honest service and support!

Mike Jorgensen, one of the technicians employed by RW Frederick and Associates, came to our house this morning to perform the annual maintenance on our A/C system. He discovered that a minor electrical part as defective and the system needed two pounds of freon. After explaining the necessary repairs and estimated cost, Mike performed the work and thoroughly cleaned the filters. We are very pleased with the experience!
