Anyone who is in the market to buy a home knows two things: its exciting but stressful, to say the least, overwhelming. You, as a buyer, want so much to have a great experience even if you decide that maybe this isnt the house for you. Its important to most potential buyers that we dont feel misled, mistreated, ignored, or overlooked. Sometimes, depending on the home, especially if its luxury homes and/or the price, this does happen as some will feel like you are wasting, their time and/or cant afford it. Whelp, this was not the case!Reneta is what EVERY development and community and builder needs. Honestly, in my opinion, she should be the face of Tri-point. Her personality is instantly infectious! We had the pleasure of interacting with Reneta and Doug many times. And let me tell you! EVERY single time, they were graceful! I mean from the moment you see her # blackexcellent. She and Doug welcomed us in as if we were family. We shared some laughs and stories and talked about the history of the development. What I love about them both is that they immediately greet you even when they are in the presence of talking to other clients!! This is beyond important because everyone who walks through that door wants to feel special and seen. Eye contact, articulated, and very knowledgeable about the homes that they are selling. They give you a deep understanding of the market prices, the local neighborhoods, and property values all to make sure you are able to make a well thought informative decision. They were both patient, communicated effectively, and actively listened to our needs. In todays society, most people are out for themselves, especially when it involves money. Sadly, some dont demonstrate honesty or care about being trustworthy. We didnt feel pressured, and they provided us with every resource they knew of that they thought would be helpful to us. Right off the back, they understood our priorities, budget, and the type of home we wanted for our lifestyle. I highly recommend them both! Youre literally in the presence of knowledgeable greatness!# TinsleyFamily
Im very disappointed with the warranty department. What they promised they will do/fixed havent been done one year later. These are new houses built, but we have cracks on the patio, driveway, side walks and etc. Their irrigation system keeps failing. When you submit a ticket, they close without fixing the problem or communicating. One year walk was marked completed in the system but it was not done. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. TAKE YOUR MONEY WHERE ITS VALUED. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA AND THEY PROVIDE TOP-NOTCH services.
We have made multiple attempts to contact the Homeowners Association regarding a concerning matter. The situation at the pool appears to be escalating, with unrestricted access leading to unauthorized gatherings and parties involving a large number of individuals. Despite notifying the office about vehicles being left in the pool parking area for a weeks, no action has been taken thus far.
Nice model home.
We are buying with them! Glenn was wonderfully candid and honest, did not sugar coat anything, and we love working with him. TriPointe’s homes sell themselves. They don’t lead with pricier models, will happily discuss whichever model you’re interested in, and their website is very clear about cost estimates of the options for upgrades you can add into each model. Every floor plan has something completely different to offer and it shows how thoughtful their people are relative to so many different needs and family styles. We knew it felt right the moment we first went to a TriPointe home. Very excited for our new build!
The warranty department is a joke. Why do you keep closing tickets without completing them?
Erik only shows interest if you’re purchasing. In other words you’re just a transaction.
It is too far for work. Not even a simple grocery store near by.
Erik has been so helpful and informative.
Craftsmanship. On my short list to purchase
Great quality homes
