Called on a weekend to talk to a gentleman by the name of Chris. I thought I had talked to this individual earlier in the week so I assumed it was him. I was told by him “What are you talking about” and “I have not been here in a week.” Extremely disrespectful and short when I tried to get a quote for a blower motor. His price was $400. Got it through supply house with next day delivery for half the price. York has always been bottom of the barrel.

I am remodeling my home and needed to relocate a vent box. After spending over an hour at the big-box places, I eventually found someone who could confirm that they didnt have what I needed. I stopped by Century on my way home. Both Eric and Chris greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They took one look at my situation, knew exactly what I needed and went back in the back and brought it back. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. If I ever need HVAC assistance again, I am going straight to Century and not waste my time at the big box places. Thank you both for your help!!

Eric was friendly and very helpful with all my ac needs. After being blown off by multiple ac companies, Eric spent time looking for parts for our older ac and took the burden off our shoulders. We will definitely use them again if we have any other ac issues.

Excellent customer service. Eric was very helpful. I have an older home and was trying to find a part that didnt seem to exist online or other stores. He researched and made calls to help me. Turns out it had previously been replaced with the wrong part. So thankful he took the time to find the information. I would have been replacing things repeatedly.
