I recommend their service to everyone I know! They came out and explained everything very thoroughly and showed me all the pictures of the current unit which had mold and was installed incorrectly by the builders. We have suffered with allergies for years until we noticed our vents getting moldy. As well as certain rooms always being hotter than others! Thank you so much to Richard and staff for coming out and taking care of us! We have amazing clean fresh air to enjoy all summer! 😊Attached a few pictures of the before and the new install.

New Generation Air is truly an exceptional company! They came in the same day that I reached out to them, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it resolved for my tenant at a very reasonable price! When the a/c stopped cooling later that day, the company took accountability and came back out and fixed a different issue that came up! They are one of the most honest/ethical HVAC companies Ive encountered! They have earned my business!

Richard came out to my home and serviced the AC system. Very professional and was on time. Richard was honest and straightforward which I appreciate, would recommend to anyone needing help with their AC system.

These guys are the best! Very fast and professional and knowledgeable. Three other people took a look today and told me different things before Richard came out and quickly identified the issue and explained what he was doing. He also went above and beyond and did additional work to make it easier for me in the future. I will only use these guys in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. The AC in my house gave out, called New Generation Air and scheduled anappointment. Person on the phone was very professional.Tech that arrived was very kind and courteous and prompt. They diagnosed my air unit, figured out the problem which was my compresor. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and before I knew it my AC was back and cooling down. Perfect experience! When we needed a new A/C unit, fortunately our neighbor recommended New Generation Air/Richard Delgado. Richard was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained our options and quoted us a price below what a larger local company quoted us. Within a couple of days, Richard and his team removed our old unit from a tight closet and installed a new unit, along with new ductwork, in the attic. He showed great skill and attention to detail. After several years, our A/C still works perfectly. Richard also shows he cares about me as a customer: Twice when ants shorted the compressor outside, Richard amazed me by responding same-day and came over the next morning to diagnose the problem and get our A/C working again. I love knowing I can depend on Richard and his company!

I want to start by saying that New Generation Air is an incredible company! They provide outstanding service and are great at communicating and responding right away. I have used their services a couple of times now and the job is always done professionally and promptly. Richard always gives you a very detailed description of the problem and offers to repair it as soon as possible. My son’s rental property had a problem with his old AC unit, so we called Richard to have him see what the problem was. Richard was there almost immediately! The next day he came back and replaced the ENTIRE old unit. The renters were so happy to have their AC working immediately! I can’t say enough about Richard and this AMAZING company!

Im certain theyll be the one you select for your home.They are kind, knowledgeable, honest and really take care of you based on your specific needs. New Generation Air always fixes the issue and it comes in less expensive as well. They always meet our needs, flag issues, maintain our units perfectly and are a joy to work with. Been recommending them since weve had them come for an estimate the first time. Totally different experience than other HVAC companies.
