Coolmasters Air Conditioning and Heating

Called coolnasters and was greeted with a friendly person who informed me that they could get a tech out between 1p and 5p. 5 min later I got a text stating that Dalton, our technician, would be at our house in 30 to 45 min. Dalton explained what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. He took care of the issue very quickly, cleaned up any mess that he made and also a bit of a mess that I made. The service was among the best I have ever received across all customer service industries. I would highly recommend Coolmasters for you HVAC needs. No contest...5 stars. I would give more if that was an option.

I love Cool Masters! I’ve been using them for many years! My A/C is getting old and acts up every summer but the guys at Cool Master’s have kept it still running! Everyone has been very nice and I find their pricing to be reasonable.

Brian and his excellent staff of technicians did a change out at my residence on an inadequate and aging system. New ductwork, adding another return and putting in smart thermostats. Certainly wasnt a swap and dash job. They met or exceeded our expectations through the entire process.They also installed two separate mini split ductless systems on two of our shop buildings.A very thorough and professional company, to say the least.

Dalton with CoolMasters has been absolutely the most amazing help for our AC system. Hes incredibly proactive about touching base regarding how the system is running after having some issues. Absolutely, hands down, 12/10 service from Dalton at CoolMasters.

Dalton is usually our tech & always courteous & explains what he will do, gives estimate before beginning, & shows pics of completed job.

Although I had to pay way too much because it was aferhours (I do think $300.00 extra is a little much, the service priver was amazing. Dalton Moore was friendly and handled the situation quickly and with empathy. 5 stars for this young man.
