I cannot say enough about this company. George (Jorge Ramos) and his team came out and solved a very challenging high humidity problem (the humidity went from 75 percent down into the 40’s and 50’s overnight after they came!) in our home when no one else could. They were fair, fast, incredibly knowledgeable as well as reasonable. Additionally they were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves ! Such a rarity to find a company that truly cares and listens and then is successful in handling the problem. I highly recommend you get an estimate for whatever you need and compare the difference in quality and service . They are unmatched in the industry I believe.

Wow, what a wonderful, professional and knowledgeable company. After buying a new unit from someone else-nothing but terrible problems - Wright Air Conditioning came out and re-installed the unit, Justin came out the next day and balanced the air throughout the house! No other company could fix it; these guys did and ALL the techs were great!!!! 👍 We will will only use them in the future for home and business!!

We recently built our forever home and living in Texas, we wanted our home to have the best HVAC system to cool those hot humid summer days. We reached out to several A/C contractors that specialize in new construction. After reviewing several quotes for similar equipment, we chose Wright A/C company due to their attention to detail, Quick response to our questions, and knowledge of the products they sell. I hired The Wright Air Conditioning & Heating Co. to install a mini split A/C in our outbuilding. Austin Dravetsky and Richard Sullivan arrived to the install. They arrived on time and were professional, efficient, and courteous. It was a bonus that they liked our dog (and she liked them). I asked for business cards to give out as a referral. I will definitely use them again and refer them as well.

Will never use again and wouldnt recommend.Scheduled appointment after my thermostat screen went blank and wouldnt respond. Technician arrived and said the disconnect for the furnace in the attic needed to be replaced, but he didnt have one in his truck and would have to run into town to get one. Couple of hours later he came back and installed the fuse box, but that didnt do anything. Then he said the capacitor needed to be changed, so he changed that. Total bill came to $556, which is ridiculous. I was charged 3 hours labor, 2 of which were for him going into town to get a part. BTW, theres a Home Depot 15 mins. from my house where he could have purchased one for less than $20 (he charged me $109.25).He said the furnace wasnt wired correctly, but he couldnt rewire it so he said he disconnected one of the heating elements. He said I would still have heat, but not full heat until the other heating element was reconnected. Today, when I turned on the heater, there was no heat. He also tracked dirt all over the floor.

Thank you Write A/C & Heat. Austin, my technician, was attentive and listened to me. He arrived on time when he said he would, with a text to let me know that he was in route. He was extremely polite and professional. The first thing he did was listen to my concerns. Do not confuse this with a simple question of “What’s wrong with it?” I’m sure he didn’t need to know everything I told him, but he listened either way. I was very fortunate in that my system did not need anything serious. A small vacuum hose was clogged. Within 5 minutes it was diagnosed and inside another 5 minutes my heater was running and the house was warming up. I don’t know anything about HVAC systems, he very well could have told me that it needed parts or some other large repair. This should be your first call if you have a problem with any HVAC system, ask for Austin to be your technician!

Justin was amazing! He came to the house to see why the unit was working to its full capacity. He was very thorough and professional. As a single parent it can sometimes be worrisome to have a stranger in the house but I never felt uncomfortable or worried in the slightest. Will definitely use again. My furnaces were installed in my garage at my request instead of the attic. The furnaces were installed before the ceiling drywall. Later the drywall was installed with gaps surrounding the duct work coming up from the two furnaces.These gaps quickly became a passage for mice and rats to enter my attic. This was reported to my builder, Harrisburg homes for warranty resolution. Unfortunately it took over a year for resolution, after many critter sounds from the attic.Finally Harrisburg contacted Wright AC and Heating to send some technicians to close the gaps. A manager, Rodney did a site survey to determine how involved the resolution would be. Rodney was excellent and worked with us.The next day two technicians appeared on time and prepared. Their names were George and Austin. They quickly got to work, and three hours later the duct gaps were filled with insulation, tape and mastic. They cleaned up, vacuumed up attic insulation that had leaked down.George and Austin worked as a team to produce and excellent, clean resolution. I unconditionally recommend Wright AC and their technicians George and Austin. I will always request George and Austin in any ac or heating future work.

Great experience, super honest company and very knowledgeable from the time you call in to make an appointment. I received a text with the technicians picture showing me who was coming to my home, I’ve never experienced that before. Richard was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and to the point. There was very zero upselling and 100% honesty. Our last experience with an A/C company was that we had a 5k issue on our hands when it was a $200 fix, so I cringe when we have to call for service. From meeting Rodney the first time to the crew who came to install our system, everything was just perfect. My AC stopped working on a Saturday night. I called Wright AC to come out and check it, and they showed up the very next morning, not even 12 hours after I called. I wasnt even a customer of theirs and they still showed up on a Sunday. Jorge Ramos was my technician. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed my unit! We will continue to use Wright AC for years to come!Had a problem with my AC drain being clogged and water leaking into my attic. Called them on a Friday after 5 pm unsure if they would even be open to pick up the phone. Luckily they were and they set up an appointment for Saturday morning! They were professional and fast at fixing the problem. The technician also took time to show us about our system and advise us on how to best maintain it. I really appreciated that and felt it was above and beyond service. I will use them again if I have any AC issues!

Our thermostat was going crazy. It said it was 90 inside and we were freezing. Yes, we replaced the batteries and it wasnt that. Called Wright AC and they sent Eric out to check it. He was the nicest guy and so knowledgeable. Turns out we needed a new thermostat. He quickly replaced it and even installed a sensor in another room so we could average the house temperature. Great idea! We will definitely use Wright AC for future needs. Great service Eric!!!

On Sunday, June 2, our home a/c suddenly quit working and of course its 90 degrees outside! We contacted The Wright Air Conditioning & Heating Company and asked if it would be possible for them to send a technician over - it being Sunday and all. Wrights dispatch said they could send someone to see what the problem was and in 30 minutes their technician Eric was in our driveway - ready to go! I was thinking the problem was our wall thermostat, but Eric found that it was a clogged drain in the attic which shut down the a/c unit from turning on. Eric drained the line and our a/c was back on and running within 30 minutes of his arrival. WOW!!!!!! My wife and I were very impressed with Eric, his professionalism and attention to detail. I had the MOST surprisingly pleasant experience with Richard when he came out to our store. He was ready to work, and found the best way to fix and troubleshoot our issues. He also gave us great advice to prevent issues in the future. We are opening more locations soon, and it’s great to finally have just one company that we can stick with instead of hoping we don’t get screwed over with a large quote! Eric serviced our AC for the summer season. He was punctual, friendly, and very thorough with the service. We have been doing business with The Wright Air Conditioning & Heating Company for 23+ years. Our heater stopped working this past Friday and as luck would have it, it was after business hours. I called the office and had Richard at my front door within an hour. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and was on his phone looking for a replacement part. Unfortunately he would have to call the manufacturer on Monday. As promised, Richard was back at our house early Monday morning to make the repair and had the heater up and running in no time. Richards professionalism, quality of service and timeliness was greatly appreciated. This is a very reliable company and we certainly give all involved five stars.

Another great experience with The Wright air-conditioning and heating company. I called before nine in the morning. Richard was at my house within two hours to assess my heating system. he was able to figure out pretty quick what the issue was ordered parts. He returned early the next morning to make the needed repairs, unfortunately, we had to make some additional repairs than what was first diagnosed. He was able to get the part and return, and had my system up and working by noon. This was my second time to use The Wright AC company, first time was with Eric, second time was Richard both men are very knowledgeable and efficient. I feel like the prices quoted and charged were fair for the work performed.

From the owner, the office staff and the techs you will be working with people that genuinely care about you and getting the job done correctly. For example this time we were lucky enough to have Justin to come same day and fix the AC on a very hot day. He is professional, friendly and made the extra effort to get the parts the same day. Pete RNathan came out yesterday when my commercial ac went out. He patched it that same day, got a new fan motor and installed it today. The unit cools a building with thousands of animals housed in it. It now blows 56 degree air and he saved my business. I called The Wright air last year during the heat wave on a Sunday, they let me come out to their house and pick up a capacitor that they had on the truck, because they had no techs available that day. With the heat last summer, that was understandable. I was able to get my unit back running that same day. I will never use any other A/C company. Nathan and Ashley are the absolute best.

Eric B was fast and efficient! Very knowledgeable and had my AC up and running quickly. They came on a weekend and showed up quickly after my initial call. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Called on Monday because we noticed our home wasn’t cooling down. We had a Nathen come out a couple of hours later that very same day. He let us know that our blower was out and we had a leak in our evaporator coils. Our system had been limping along the last couple of years, so we decided it was time for a new unit. We were given a range of options on the replacement unit and it was explained in a way that we felt confident making a choice. We received quotes on the different systems the next day (Tuesday) and they let us know they had everything in stock and could install on Wednesday. Our installer, Alfonso, came over at about 11:00am on Wednesday and by 1:30 pm they were done. The house feels colder than it has felt in years and we couldn’t be happier!

I had a great experience with this company. Richard was on time, figured out the issue, gave a clear explanation and fixed my AC very quickly and got it cooling again. I will call Wright Air Conditioning again and will definitely be asking for Richard!

Not only did he diagnose the problem in about 5 seconds flat, he fixed it in less than an hour which included building a brand new connection and making sure it was all glued and sealed. Didnt like how recent dealings went.Had used them successfully for a few years going back so I average them to a 3 star..First, the technician didnt find the leak, though it was in the evaporator coil. Filled with freon which leaked out in 2 days. Tenant was hot and had to wait for 2nd visit and correct diagnosis, which should not have been missed IMO.The price quoted was I thought extremely high so I had to scramble to find an alternate vendor to get a competitive bid. I got that bid and saved a few hundred dollars.I was forced to pay COD rather than the customary Net 10, didn’t like that.The automated system is clunky.So are the Quick Books quotes, which dont print quite right for me until I save to pdf..

We were in a lurch because our heater had stopped working and needed it to be fixed on the same day so we could leave town. Wright AC saved the day when Richard S. Showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and had us up and working within a short time. Awesome service from The Wright Air Conditioning & Heating Co this week!! Employees such as Ashley, Richard and Alfonso are people you can trust to assist with heating issues such as I experienced. Richard diagnosed the problem the same day I called and by the next morning Alfonso skillfully installed a new heat pump. I cant say enough about their professionalism and high level of service.

Wright AC installed and service the AC in my new home. Richard has been out on a couple of service calls. He shows up early and knows what hes doing. When he leaves the AC is pumping cold air.

UPDATE Final review - My confidence in this company is gone. I do not trust their work after everything that has happened. Ive had to figure out THEIR mistakes on my own. When I called them for help, I was basically told this was not their fault, everything was working fine. I was about to hire an electrician to add a wire and breaker when I uncovered their wiring mistake. Everything you read below couldve and shouldve been prevented.01/2025My small unit was not heating properly. The same one in my previous review below. Air going into the return about 70 degrees, air blowing out was about 78 degrees. Eric came out, tested the unit and said everything was working properly. I questioned why is it not heating properly. He said that there is not large enough wire size running to the unit to power both heat strips. There is a 10 gauge wire coming from a 30 amp breaker and it needs to be 8 gauge wire coming from a 50 amp breaker according to Eric. He decided to slow the blower speed down to 700 CFM so that the air would blow out a bit warmer. I was not happy, but I told Eric I would contact an electrician to come out and run a new, larger wire to power the unit properly. I wish they wouldve let me know this during installation instead of a year and a half later but I want to do what needs to be done. Looking back now I realize that all Eric did to correct my breaker tripping in the previous review was to disconnect one of the heat strips. So instead of having 10kw of heat Ive only had 5kw. After getting in the attic myself to get information to pass on to an electrician, I noticed that there were two 6 gauge wires running to my 4 ton unit (both coming from 60 amp breakers) and only a 10 gauge running to my 3 ton unit from the 30 amp breaker. They hooked up the wrong wires. They agreed that it was a mistake on their part, (one of the 6 gauge 60 amp wires shouldve been run to my 3 ton unit at installation) and came out to re-wire the unit properly. Now I can have the 10kw of heat that I shouldve had all along. After all was done, Eric had adjusted the blower speed on the heat again. He told me it was 900 CFM, which is ideal for heat and he assured me that the AC would blow at a higher speed. Had to turn on the AC today and, what do you know? low blower speed. Instead of calling them out again, I just did a quick google search and found that Eric had set the dip switches for the AC blower speed to low. I switched them to the high setting and now I hope everything is good so I never have to call them out again.3rd review- My confidence is wavering. I finally needed a brand new system installed in late June early July 2023. Had some issues with the installation as they were trying to cut corners with the duct work and by not doing everything they agreed to do. Once the cooler weather rolled around the electric heater on one of my units caused the breaker to trip. I called and they sent out a service tech. He said that something wasnt configured properly at installation, but he corrected the issue. Breaker tripped again. They said I must have a faulty breaker so I replaced it. Breaker tripped again. They sent out another service tech and he said that the first tech hooked up a wire wrong. He resolved the issue and now everything appears to be working fine. I am only lowered my rating to 4 stars because I still think they are a good company, just not as great as I had claimed before. They have caused me to lack confidence due to the multiple issues plus I had to have a breaker replaced for no reason.2nd Review (7/22) - Once again, top notch service. I know when they come out I will be treated fair. I feared the worst case scenario, but it was a simple fix. I know this wont always be the case, but, I will call on Wright A/C every time!First review - Great experience. On time, great service, honest, and affordable.

Eric came out and save the day. Our AC was leaking in the hallway of our office less than a foot away from our printers. He came out and fixed everything even left us a pipe to help drain the overflow pan if it ever happens again. Exceptional customer service, highly recommend!!

Wright A/C came highly recommended from our home inspector years ago. We have checked their advice on older systems against the competitors and consistently found them to be of the highest integrity. Naturally when we did need a new system, we made the Wright choice and are extremely happy with the lower indoor humidity we’ve had for the past two years. So far service has been limited to fixing a broken wire.

Richard is the best! Have a new build and the AC in the master bedroom was not working and Richard came in and figure it out quickly. I took the day off today for repairs to be done and he made sure he was able to get everything completed today and he did! Eric came out late one evening after we got home from work and the AC was not working. He was very respectful and polite. Unfortunately we needed an entirely new AC system but he worked his magic and was able to get a team out the next afternoon. Jamie and his crew came out to install the system and did a great job! They were respectful of the house. Placed mats down so nothing would be damaged and vacuumed up everything prior to leaving.I would highly recommend Wright AC! They were the only ones that answered our direct question over the phone when we asked “How much does it cost for a completely new HVAC system in a 2,000 sq ft home?” We trusted them from the beginning for having so much transparency from the very first interaction. I am a first-time user of Wright Air. I called the office and had a tech scheduled within a couple of hours. Richard is knowledgeable and professional (no upselling). He diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes and scheduled another visit same day to replace the bad component. Everything works and I will not hesitate to call them back for future issues.

I had an issue with my a/c coils dripping condensation outside of the drip pan and Richard corrected the issue and he answered all my questions. He also figured out why my drain line didnt have water coming out. It was a clog. Both were easy fixes. Richard was personable and put my mind at ease. I dont take that lightly and I appreciate it. After a different company installed my previous system incorrectly which caused a severe mold issue, it is good to know I made the right call when I hired Wright Air Conditioning. Wright A/C and Heating has honest, professional and knowledgeable technicians, fair and reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. After our A/C stopped cooling after power spikes and outages Sunday evening, I was concerned that we might have to wait days to get it fixed. I left a message via their website that night, Ashley called us early Monday morning to schedule an appointment, and the technician (Rodney) had our system back online and cooling by 2:00 that afternoon. I cant think of any other home service company we have dealt with in Magnolia that delivers this level of service.

Thank you for your help. I called Wright air because another company had made a lot of errors with the repair of my unit and I didn’t know what to do next. It had been 6 months and I was so frustrated. I had gotten there number from my brother who said they were the best and I believe they are. I had a house built two years ago and have has numerous issues with my AC. The builder had a previous company come out and it was always one excuse after another with no solution. We switched to Wright and had Marlon and Dennis come out. These guys found issues and fixed them in a matter of two visits. This service call resulted from a frantic call I made Sunday evening about the leak coming from my Heat Pump system. Usually it came through my bathroom ceiling but it was coming out the drain pipe. I had to shut the AC off. About 7:20 am on Monday morning Nathan showed up, fixed the problem, patiently explained what had happened, how it all works, etc. My son arrived as Nathan was leaving but he patiently went over everything again with him, including pictures! Nathan was very polite,friendly and did an excellent job. I very highly recommend him.

Richard came out today and quickly found the issue with my HVAC. A wire overheating due to a loose connection inside the unit. Fast, friendly and fair pricing. I will use them again…but hopefully not too soon.

Wright AC&Heating was very good at keeping posted on servicemans arrival. He arrived right on time; was very curtious; knew what he was doing; and found the problem right away. I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received.

I have used this company for about 4 years to service my HVAC system and have had nothing but good experiences. In 2019 I was told by another company our HVAC was not repairable and needed to be replaced. I called this company for a second opinion. Rodney fixed the problem and its been working ever since. Yesterday Richard was our technician. He was friendly, professional, and had us up and running quickly.

When the A/C quit working in my rental unit, my usual A/C guy was not available. I had reached out to The Wright Air Conditioning Co. Within a couple hours, the Technician was at the house and diagnosed issue quickly. The Technician was very professional, polite, and explaned everything clearly to my residents. All communication between myself and the office was spot one. I felt the fees were very reasonable. I would say Richard is now my guy when I need help again in the future. Called The Wright AC Co for a summer time check on our system. With the temperatures as high as they are, my bride and I, along with our little doggy, wanted to make sure our system was running ok. Richard was our technician, he was also training a new person. Richard was very professional, he explained what he was going to check and then reported the results of his inspection. He also provided a few ideas for the next and upcoming service calls.

I called The Wright Air Comp. last week to service our units. They returned my call right a way and accommodated my schedule. They sent their service tech Eric to service our units and he did a great job. Besides the fact he was very professional and very friendly. After he was finished he shared pictures and suggestions of what my units were doing and what I needed to look out for during the hot months ahead. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend these guys and I already have them scheduled for another house next month.

I’ve used this company for six years, and they are by far the best repair team/company in all of Texas!!! They service my full-time residence and my weekend house. I’ve never waited more than a day for them to show up and repairs 95% of the time happen on site, same day. Awesome!

My blower fan motor stopped working so I called J Moore to get a free estimate. $2,700+ for repairs and won’t happen for another 3 days.Then I called a1 wright and they came out same day (Saturday) and fixed the problem at a fraction of the original quote from J Moore. ($1,200).I would highly recommend calling A1 first instead of wasting your time for high quotes from other companies.

April 2023, going on 5 years having my A/C & Heating service done by Wright. I sign up for the yearly inspection of my A/C & Heating and they provide great service. Richard came out today and while inspecting the outside unit he came upon a wasp nest inside unit and took care of it for me.April 2024, Nathan showed up this morning and did the A/C inspection provided great friendly service and further informed me on the condition of my unit. Going on six years with this company having them come out and do both A/C and heating inspections. Spend a little every year to have system checked to save a lot in the long run.

I have used The Wright Air Conditioning & Heating Co for over 20 years. This week one of my units went out. They wanted to try to get someone out same day and I was happy with Nathan being there 8 am the next morning. Highly recommend the company and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Wright returned our phone call during the weekend so we could schedule on Monday. Nathan was on time, identified the a/c problem quickly(capacitor) and resolved it. He was professional and explained the details and answered all questions. We’ve used Wright many times as we continue to maintaining a few older units and they’re always helpful and responsive.

Furnace not working. Called Wright AC at 9:00 am, Brian arrived on time, diagnosed problem and made repairs by noon. Excellent service.Just called them this morning, AC wasnt working. They were at the house in less than 2 hrs. Nathan did a great job. Very professional and courteous.

After having a new home built my brother was having issues with his a/c units. Our air went out on Thursday, I had 3 companies out on Friday. Wright was significantly lower than the other 2 for the exact same quote. They were here the next morning and worked all day to get a new system installed by Saturday night. Fantastic job!

We texted Wright a/c at 9:30 pm and got a call at 7:30 am the next morning. Eric came at noon the same day to look at our a/c system. Very,very thorough and professional. Checked the entire system inside and out. As it turned out it did not need a repair (long story as to why) so only a service call was charged. No needless repair from these this company which I cannot say of another local company that had tried to replace the entire system on another one of our units until we called WRIGHT on that issue. Wright only fixed what was needed and literally saved us thousands. Highly recommend these folks!!

I’ve been a customer of Wright A/C for many years. Today, Richard Sullivan came to my home to perform a Spring check up of my A/C units. I told him about a “funny” noise one of the units was making and he fixed it on the spot. He showed me how to clean drain lines using bleach. I’m now ready for the cooling season and he made me feel confident about my systems. I highly recommend this company for your residential A/C needs.

Great service again by Eric Borkowski today. Serviceman Eric gives great advice and service on my existing AC and heater. Their annual maintenance contract gives us good piece of mind as they do thorough inspections twice a year.I highly recommend Wright AC to anyone in the The Woodlands area.

Nathan V. is the service technician that came out today and he was fantastic. He was completely thorough with his inspection to make sure he made the correct diagnosis of my system. He made sure that he found the problem so that he can perform the appropriate repair and not have to come out a second time due to a incorrect diagnosis. I have been using The Wright Heating and Air for a few years and I couldn’t be happier.

Having a hot room needing additional air flow requiring additional ducting. A different company came out previously and gave a quote. When that company was contacted several months later, the price went up by 400%!!!I was referred to Wright A/C by a neighbor and reached out to them. Mr Wright returned my calls promptly, sent Eric out to meet and evaluate the problem, came up with the solution, now working to implement the solution at an affordable price!!! Eric came out to fix our a/c unit that wasn’t able to keep up with the outside high temperatures and found the leak at the outside unit. He was polite and professional while being friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the system. He also was able to explain a way to avoid the same problem happening again in the future, which will save us money in the long run.
