High Point AC & Heating

Ive relied on Jay for several maintenance issues with both our heating and AC units over the years. Recently, our upstairs AC unit stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year. Jay came over the same day, diagnosed low freon, and found a leak. He provided an honest assessment, explaining that while adding freon might give us a bit more time, the units age and the leak meant a replacement would likely be necessary soon.Despite knowing we might need a new unit, Jay didnt push for an immediate replacement. Instead, he tried the less expensive option first. When that didn’t work, he and his team returned the next day to install the new unit. They were respectful of our home, leaving everything just as they found it. Jays pricing was fair, and his honest approach and attention to detail added real value to the service.

High Point was great! Jay responded so quickly to our call about our AC! They were out at our home the same afternoon that I called. Jay was amazing ! He was very professional and thorough! He worked quickly and efficiently and got us back in the cool! So thankful!

This is the only HVAC company I will ever use. Family owned and operated. Honest. Rare these days. Jay is someone that genuinely cares about you and getting the job done correctly. Also rare. For example, Jay came to our rental property on the same day to fix the AC (on a very hot day). He is professional, friendly and made the extra effort to get the parts the same day. I will never use any other company. This is my AC guy in Texas!

Jace and his crew did a phenomenal job of installing my mini-split AC. They were very professional and courteous and even did a great job of cleanup afterwards! I fully recommend them for any of your AC needs.

High point AC & Heating came to the rescue! Suddenly, my ac stopped working. I was desperate. I called High Point and Jay quickly showed up. Fixed the problem within minutes and did not charge an arm or a leg. Reasonable pricing. Customer Service was awesome and very professional. I 100% recommend 👌.

Our old ac system broke down yesterday and we called High Point that was referred to us by a friend. Jay came right away in the morning and figure out what the problem was. He found a burned out compressor and recommended that we change everything to a new more efficient system. We went with the Trane 20 seer system and they came back today and did a very professional job. By 5 oclock they were already done and our home was already feeling so much better. We are very happy and pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend these guys.

My a/c stopped working before I got home. Jay came over and fixed it. Thanks for helping me even if it might cause you inconvenience. You earned an extra star in Gods eyes by preventing me from overheating. Please keep up the great work.

Jay and his crew install a mini split ac in house it took most of the afternoon but the quality of the work shows plus his price was reasonable I think I found my Ac guy
