Our AC wouldn’t cool below 77 so I called the company that installed the units for our builder.They could not come out for 4-5 days and the service fee was almost $100 to just show up!So I called Country Air. They were here the next day.Zac is great! He went right to work and figured out the problem quickly. He explained everything and was patient with all my questions.They got the system back up and running within 30-45 minutes and the fee was very reasonable.I joined their “Comfort Club” for semi-annual checkups that can prevent the issue we just had. It is very reasonable.It is nice to get great service from local businesses!

Zac and Joshua came out to fix a bad install by my builder (new home from 2021). Evaporator Coil splash guard lip did not channel water into the main drip pan - thus some of the water ended up in the box and eventually dripped into the secondary/backup pan. The crew had to remove the old guard, scape off the atrocious silicon (not mandated by Carrier install documentation), and reinstall the splash guard properly (reordered Carrier part). Everything sealed up properly.I come from an automotive service tech background - so I’m not new to AC work, I just don’t have time to do it myself. Country Air does good work and has integrity. I am impressed and will absolutely be recommending family and colleagues use them. Very good work folks.

This is our second review. Andres and Gabe came today to do some additional work we requested. The job was in a very tight, inconvenient area in our attic...(sorry) but they patiently and tirelessly accomplished the task...Again, both were very helpful and informative...this company is amazing...Even the office staff went out of their way to honor my request on scheduling...thanks again to all!We actually had 3 AC units, in our home, that we needed to have inspected. Andres came and met with us. In short, he was amazing....extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions patiently. He also found a pretty significant issue, that needed to be corrected, that I believe others may not have been able to find. We are extremely please with Andres and Country Air. I had a leak in my AC unit and I got service done the same day !! They were very sweet people , Blake our inspector came out and fix it in no time ! Blake and Sam visited the same day within two hours of the initial call to inspect our AC system because it was not cooling properly. They were a knowledgeable team and did a thorough job checking all of the details in the house, attic and outside on the ac unit to discover the evaporator coil needed to be cleaned in the attic. Blake was transparent and honest and quoted a fair price and explained the procedure. They did not impose any selling of extras or try to price gouge knowing we needed a solution during the sweltering summer heat. Instead, they focused on the job with a smile to get us comfortable again. We signed up for their spring and fall maintenance program due to their professionalism, honesty and excellent work during their visit. Thank you for coming on a short notice. We are grateful!

I chose Country Air to maintain my HVAC equipment because they sell and maintain Trane equipment, they have good reviews, and theyre local.

I had them to come out to maintain my Air. After they left about two days later we noticed our veritable speed heat-pump was not cooling our house. So, I called them they sent a tech out to check it. The guy was not familiar with my unit he even said so, He called someone, and they told him I had the wrong valve in my unit which damaged my compressor. If that was the fact it would have damaged it before 2.5 years. So, I called Tom the tech manager (a really nice guy) NOT! And he said I need a txv valve and compressor its going to cost me $1800.00 to fix it. He said the guy who installed it changed the valve in it which didnt make since to me(why) it came with the valve. Well, it is a better valve it is a eev valve. So, with that said I called the company that installed it told them what Tom said. He called Tom and Tom had an attitude with him. So, he came to the house checked it out and guess what it was! When the first tech came out, he released 7 pounds of freon out. It took two days for the system to malfunction then it got so it wouldnt cool. It got to 93 degrees in my house with two Huskeys and us! It cost me $832.00 to get it fixed and its doing fine now. No problem for 2.5 years till they touched it. I will never ever use them again. Plus, I want my money back for the service I paid for and the $832.00 I had to pay to get it fixed. NO STAR from me. they caused my problem.Didnt send one person to diagnose my heat pump that knew about my system. Watch out make sure you are with them at all times! Well wont let me post without a star wow! Still no stars from me!

This is the second time Ive used Country Air and they are the best. Last time, they handled Trane warranty repairs that the original installer didnt complete.This time they came out the same day I called, during a thunderstorm, and fixed an issue with a switch. Some other guys show up and charge for incorrect diagnostics without doing what theyre called for. Country Air fixes what needs to be fixed.

AC outdoor unit kept starting and then shutting down. I called for an emergency service call and the technician that answered explained the options and cost. After I approved, he was onsite within his promised 15 minutes. He worked efficiently and in short order diagnosed the problem as a bad condenser fan. Again, clear options and costs were provided and within 30 minutes the new fan was installed and proper functioning of The unit was confirmed. Based upon this great service, I opted to sign up for comfort care service which includes Spring and Fall maintenance checks. Well done! Also, I really am happy to do business with a local company.

Shannon , Kayla and Tyler have been great to work with and have gone above and beyond to help resolve equipment warranty issues with Trane. Shannon is one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. He’s professional, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Country Airs cost for replacement of our compressor was 30% less than the original HVAC company that installed. We highly recommend Country Air and will continue to use them. I called Country Air for an estimate to replace two 18 year old units. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable with no sales pressure. Tyler promptly answered all of my numerous questions, even after the units were installed. He even completed and submitted all of the warranty paperwork. The installation crew did a great job and even cleaned up more than expected. Zach did a quality control check the next day. A sensor wasnt working properly (not that I could tell) and it was fixed the next day. The office kept me updated for each appointment. (Sorry I dont remember everyones name.) I really liked my previous HVAC company but because of the customer service provided by Country Air, they are my HVAC company now.

The ac unit in my guest house wasn’t keeping up with the heat so I called the outfit that installed and serviced it to come check it out. They responded, via text, that they were unable to send anyone and that I should call Country Air or a couple of others. In less than 2 hours after calling Country Air, a pair of techs were at my door. I really appreciated the prompt service especially being unknown to them. I expect we will be getting to know each other much better in the near future.

I told them that the Heater- A/C blower motor was not working. I expected they would have to get a new motor and I would pay a small fortune. Their man checked everything out and repaired a broken wire. He saved me a small fortune. So yes, I highly recommend them.

A tech was scheduled to come out to replace 2 PCB boards in my mini split system on Friday March 8th, they never showed up, never called to say they would not be able to make it to my home and no one bothered to call from the office to apologize and reschedule. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!

I saw the great reviews and they did not disappoint. I have been having this issue with my central ac where it looses coolant and despite me using someone else that was referred to me and 450 dollars later they still had no answers other than oh yeah theres a small leak somewhere. However country air found this leak and gave me recommendations as to what i could do. They were honest and punctual and went straight to the point. They found this infamous leak during their diagnostics.

They were recommended to me by another AC company (current company no longer serviced my brand of units) and was told I’d be very pleased with them. They were correct! I called at early and was put on the schedule for the same day given the nature of the problem. Tech arrived and was very professional, explained everything well and addressed the issue quickly. We will definitely use them again!

I had a really nice experience with this company. Called on a Tuesday, they were able to come out first thing Wednesday morning. The tech Shannon was on time, clean, quick, kind, and didn’t mind showing me what was going on with my system and offer suggestions. I had a blocked AC drain, which got cleared out easily and then had yearly maintenance checks on both my heating units - which seemed thorough and not rushed. I thought the pricing was comparable to what I’ve paid other companies in the past. Overall good experience, will use again

Natalie was great at explaining the Comfort Club promotion. The techs checked out the system to make sure it was charged and working well. No issues! Yay! It’s important to get the ac checked every 6 months which is covered in the Club annual fee. The techs were super nice and professional doing a thorough inspection. Earlier this week when temperatures were reaching over 104 degree, my boys came home from school to let me know that it was 96° in the house and the AC had quit working. I called Country Air in a panic and they came out within just an hour or so. I am very pleased with our repair service from Country Air. They were quick to respond when our A/C stopped working and diagnosed the problem. They had great integrity in telling us that the unit was still under warranty from the manufacture and replaced the part at a fair price to us and secured the parts under warranty from the manufacture. We will have them programmed in our phone for future service.

Blake was an amazing tech who was able to quickly diagnose and fix what we needed while also providing a wealth of knowledge about the system as a whole, why the issue occurred, what the temporary fix is, and how long the fix could last until needing to find a more permanent solution to the problem.A lot of times when you call HVAC companies out you never know if you are getting a straight shooter but thankfully Blake was a top notch tech who knew his stuff! At no point did it seem like he was trying to pressure us into getting something we didn’t need while also clearly explaining what all of our options are with no high pressure sales tactics, which is often not the case for a lot of these businesses.

We have an extremely terrible experience with Bradbury Brothers over the last year. Came to Country Air and they took care of us. They were honest and helpful with explaining the issues. I couldn’t be more grateful for them. Just wish I would have found them sooner!

They truly are 24/7 but only to learn your issue and give you a (very) rough estimate of when they will arrive. So at 10pm on a Friday night my A/C started blowing less than cool air, so I called them and they answered right away and said they will arrive mid-morning Saturday. At 10:45am Saturday they called to say it will be afternoon due to several people ahead of me. At 3pm they said in 40 minutes, and exactly 40 minutes later they arrived.👍They found the issue and fixed my A/C in just 15 minutes (bad capacitor)!All of the above is just to say that if you need service at 10pm on a Friday night, Country Air is the only place that will answer the phone and give you a rough arrival time that will be updated the next day. But you can count on them to fix your problem on that day! They get right to the problem and get that fixed without trying to add extra work to the bill. I will definitely use Country Air for all my A/C issues in the future!

Country Air just came to my home to fix a problem that was left unaddressed by another AC company. The first company, which came out two weeks ago, charged me an exorbitant amount of money and left a drain clogged where the condensation was supposed to flow. That caused the sink in the bathroom to overflow onto the floor and caused the AC to stop working.I am so glad that I called Country Air to come take a look at it. These guys were honest and found the problem right away. They went above and beyond to clean out the drain clog, and now my house is cooling down again! I am extremely happy with the work these guys did, and I thought the charge was very reasonable, especially compared to my bill from last AC company! I will call Country Air for my future AC problems.Thank you, Country Air!

Service, for the most part today, is not what it used to be. However, that is not the case with County Air! Our unit was making a loud noise and I don’t know what the tech (Blake) did but he fixed it! He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

Our A/C died at 4pm on Friday, called and spoke to Sarah (I think) they had someone out at 6.45pm. The tech Blake was amazing!!!!!Figured out the issue within 15/20 minutes and had us back up and running within the hour.We will always be using these people from now on!

I replaced one unit and paid almost $30,000 from that time they have been pressuring me to replace the other unit that is on my home which is less than 10 years old. they’re not interested in fixing anything when I ask them to put Freon in the unit to get it working with the extreme heat we’ve been having they refused they were only interested in replacing the unit they were over $5000 more than the most expensive quote that I’ve gotten. I have been loyal to them purchasing their yearly service but they have not been loyal to me as a customer paying for their yearly contract is supposed to give you priority especially after spending $30,000 and they never showed up on time were several hours late and won’t do anything after hours which is the point of paying the yearly service. I would not recommend using them. They are the most expensive an out of touch, and they won’t stand behind their work.

Our A/C decided to give us problems on one of hottest days AND we were hosting a baby shower with people already arriving. I called at 1:30pm, the message was relayed to the tech, he checked in with us to let us know were next and he showed up by 2:45!! Very professional, explained everything and respected the fact that we had a house full of people.

Country Air is a lifesaver. The A/C drain line became clogged at our Dental practice over the weekend and caused a large leak. It took one call to Country Air and they sent someone immediately when called Monday morning. They were actually recommended from another amazing HVAC specialist that was booked up for the day. When your competitors recommend your company, you must be doing something right.I was so impressed, I set up yearly maintenance at the office and have them coming to my home for yearly service.

Technician Zach called me at 6:20 this morning to talk about what our heatpump was having issues with on his way to a afterhours call. I did trouble shooting over the phone with my unit as he was driving and then replaced the part with help of a friend. We had the unit operational by 10:00a.m. and started taking the in house temp from 87 to 73. Our scheduled tech arrived as planned and I explained what happened and what we replaced and he checked the unit to verify we didnt miss another problem and in less than 30mins we had a clean bill of health for our unit. I couldnt have imagined not having AC last night and today waiting on other local companies. Thank you to Country Air for your response time and your techs who really made the day for us! Id recommend them for anyone in Montgomery County !

Within 45 minutes of me calling I had a technician at my front door who was courteous, and came in and diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly! Techs said the compressor had failed and new unit was needed but failed to provide pricing as they prefer to send a separate sell’s man to discuss pricing. Their pricing was over $3,000 more than other local companie offering the same Trane unit for outside replacement. Turns out ants had gotten into the wiring and the AC unit needed a simple part replacement. A honest tech from another company confirmed the compressor did not burn out as country air techs had claimed. This company is looking to sell, not help you fix the problem in the most cost effective manner.

This was my first time using this company after another one giving me the run around. The front office lady I talked to on the phone, Angelina, was SO nice. She listened to all my problems from another company not doing anything about my AC issues. She actually cared. I called at 2 pm on a Friday and they got me in same day, no problem. We were very pleased with Morgan, and we learned that he has been with you for only a couple of weeks. Our service call this morning was his first solo service call for Country Air. We could tell Morgan is very knowledgeable. He also has excellent communication skills with the customer. He did find a couple of small issues which we agreed to have done but he did not push them on us. We would likely ask to have him again when service is needed.

I felt that since my unit is old but still working great, most of news was bad according to what COULD happen in future, they said could fail in 2 years or in 2 days; needed no freon and unit is cooling fine. Felt like they were there to set me up for new heatpump which could cost $16-17,000. I am praying it last a while longer because I have been good about maintenance.🙏🙏

Will showed up right on time. He is a very knowledgeable Engineer who stepped me through the whole inspection process and provided excellent feedback. I sent a message to this company after normalWork hours about needing my AC unit looked at. I received a return call the next morning and they scheduled a visit for a few hours later. My AC needed a capacitor, which they had in their truck, so my AC was repaired the same day. With temperatures of 95-100 I was very grateful and pleased at such quick service! We previously purchased a new unit from another AC company a couple of months ago. Wednesday it stopped blowing cold. After a couple of days we could not take the heat any longer. We have had a long standing issue with dryer vent. Technician was 6th person to look at issue and the ONLY one that was able to find the problem.He did NOT try to sell product that was not needed.Now- after over a year- we have a resolved problem-Very grateful that we trusted Country to come out to house.Highly recommend

I have a complex issue that was unsolved by a different company. Contacted Country Air and was able to schedule a same day appointment, all via text. Which was great given that I was working from home and on back to back calls. Still working through my issue but confident it will be solved.

I called on Thanksgiving morning because my upstairs wasn’t cooking and the outside Condenser fan wasn’t turning on. Gavin immediately called me, said it was no problem to come out today … he came out, figured out the issue, replaced the thermostat all before 1pm same day. Wow!!! Terrific service and had a smile on the whole time.

The service technician, Zach, that they sent out to inspect our unit was very professional and courteous. He explain to me in detail everything about our unit and the options that we had moving forward. He answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed by my ignorance on HVAC systems. We even had a small gas leak that he was letting us know needed to be repaired and after a quick inspection he realized that it was a quick fix and did it on the spot for free. You just don’t get this kind of service everywhere anymore, so when it comes time to replace our unit we will definitely be doing it with Country Air and I will request Zach be the technician.

Showed up after closing hours, great attitude went directly to diagnosing the unit that was not cooling. Our Company works different hours daily, we needed our offices cooled and Country Air made it happen. Thank you! You are on our vendor list now.

Country Air came out spent some time checking and then double checking and finally told me that the high voltage and low voltage wires needed replacing do to damage that they were able to point out and explain, and we also had a freon leak on the outside unit. All of this would be about 481 for parts and labor, this whole process took about 2 to 3 hours and the tech was very friendly and talkative and spent a lot of time to make sure that these were the true problems. When he was finishing up he informed me that the coil in the attic would need to be cleaned soon as it was very dirty (was able to show me) but I didnt need to do it right this minute, but to start saving and was able to quote me a fair price.Never once did I feel dumb as he explained everything in simple terms, I actually watched the entire process as I was interested and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why when he was fixing it. I never felt pushed to purchase unnecessary things, and was very comfortable with the whole experience.If you want honesty and clear cut conversation about the issues, this is your company.

Had to come back several times to fix a leak from the drain pan. Took a day off to wait for the technician and he never showed up. The leak went through the ceiling into the wall and could shock you through the drywall. They have not called or came back at all. Water spots on the drywall and no telling the damage behind it. Would never recommend County air to anybody. Thinking about taking legal action. Absolutely the worst way to treat any customer. Be forewarned for terrible customer service.

Even on weekends they come out. Worked on our unit solved problem. Recommend a change. Amazing service on the hottest day of the year. Technician remained courteous and professional dispite the heat.

We have used CountryAir twice now and both times they were able to help us on the same day, completed work we needed and were more than reasonable on price.

We have been using Country Air since moving to the Magnolia area in 1993. We have found them to be reliable, honest, and helpful when dealing them for our AC needs.The most recent interaction with them was when our AC quit working in early June (in Southeast Texas that is not a good thing to have happen.) They were prompt in sending someone to the house to assess the problem, unfortunately we had to replace the unit. But they did not abandon us to the heat, but rather set us up with a window unit in our bedroom so we were able to stay cool, at least while we were sleeping. The new unit was ordered and within 2 days we were up and running. They sent one of their technicians to the house a week later just to verify everything was working correctly.We appreciated them providing us with a means of cooling the bedroom, and the follow up to assure us that everything was working correctly.

Great service. Always on time. I get the annual service where they check in the spring for cooling and fall for heating. They have been coming for 2 years and not once have they tried to sell me something. I started to use them because the previous home owners we bought from had them put in the unit in 2013. Country Air installed a new condenser several months ago. This week I was noticing the AC running longer than usual and I called them to come check it out. Morgan showed up that evening and found a leak on the freon line. He repaired the line and recharged it at no cost. He was great to deal with and is going to come out to double check next week to ensure he got it sealed up and is holding pressure. Thank you for the quick response and dedication.

Last night my coil unit - which I had been told by another company was leaking freon - drainage decided to make its home on my attic floor (aka 2nd floor ceiling) and ultimately my ceiling ended up all over my floor - insulation and all. Since the other company had been out the day before and obviously had not fixed the prob, I went online, searched for an AC company with GREAT ratings, found Country Air and sent them a message at about 11pm. Anthony was here the next morning at about 9:30am, found the prob in about 60 seconds that the other co. had missed, fixed the immediate issue, and now Im in AC. Also, its my condenser that is leaking - not the coil unit. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable - obviously. Wish Id found them 3 years ago... Definitely recommend.

I referred country air to my daughter and son in law after having a good experience with them at our home. Their ac went out in July and needed a whole new split system. Country sir came out and gave a price of $8300 for a 3 ton split system. We called another company and got an upgraded unit from the Goodman they quoted to. A whisper quiet unit for 4200. 1/2 the price. Now I know you have to make money but taking advantage of people with no ac in July is just wrong . Also was told there was a shortage of ac units which was not the truth. Will not be recommending them again!
