Heath, Eric and their team have been my go-to for the last five years. They are respectful, reliable, and quality across the board. I have never had a hard time getting a hold of someone in their office or setting up an HVAC check. They were suggested by my realtor when I purchased my home and I have (and will) never look elsewhere so long as they’re in business!

Had a furnace check up. Freddy was polite, and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions. Great communication with him & the office.I even received a call that he could arrive early for the appointment. Reasonable priced, very good value for the service they provide.We definitely will be having Axis Mechanical do our ac check up in the spring.

I had received Choice Home Warranty when I bought my home. My air went out on 9/7. By 9/18 I still did not have air. Never use a Home Warranty. I heard about the 5 star Axis Mechanical Company. I put in a request for service at 5:00 pm 9/18. Erin called me10 min later and said she would have someone at my door the next morning at 9:00 am, and they were !!!!! Wow! That is basically unheard of. I was shocked! I had a new evaporator coil put in and running the next day.I would highly, highly recommend Axis Mechanical to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch mechanical services. I will give higher than 5 stars if I could! Axis was recommended by several of their long time customers in my neighborhood. A quick google search showed all the 5 star reviews. I wanted to return the favor so it may help others. I spoke to Erin , who answered the phone right away , today in the morning , In the afternoon, my A/C was fixed! Freddy , the technician, found the problem right away which was a clogged drain that automatically shuts off the valve for the A/C. Freddie was very efficient, courteous and a good communicator. He explained the problem to us and showed pictures he took of the clogged drain. The best part is that the A/C was fixed for few hundred dollars instead of $9,000 dollars one company quoted us because they told us they had to replace the whole furnace/air handler which they said was old. Thank you Erin, Freddy and the Axis team. Count us as being future long term customers going forward.

A company that actually lives up to the 5 star reviews and neighborhood recommendations. We have called Axis a couple of times for service on our 20+ year old AC unit. Service and response has always been quick and professional without upselling the repair. When that unit did fail, Axis helped out with widow units until they could install a new system. The installation crew was professional and respectful of our house during the install and completed in one day. Heath was in communication with me the whole time to set expectations and answer all my questions. They were also able to accommodate a couple of last minute additions to the system without issue. Great company with fantastic ownership.

The service was completed the next day but the tech and office manager woman both were very unprofessional. They first couldn’t provide an explanation of the maintenance work expected then upon repeated requests they begrudgingly and condescendingly respond. Customers have the right to question service plan and work performed without being made to be demanding.

Axis Mechanical is the best. Very responsive, reasonably priced, trustworthy. This is the only company I will let touch my A/C. I know it’s on its last leg - so Axis will be replacing it soon. They have done a great job of keeping it going for the last few years.

Called Heath at 9:00 at night. He returned my call and had someone there at 9:00 the next day! Replaced the capacitor(understandable with the heat) and we were up and running again. Outstanding customer service! Heath has installed two complete systems at two homes. No problems with either!

I recently installed a backup generator and was wanting a soft start for my 5 ton a/c unit. Called and within a week because I wasnt in a hurry it was installed. The young man that did the installation was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered any questions I had without hesitation. He showed me the before and after amp draw and what a difference the easy start made. Ive been waiting over 2 months for my previous a/c repair to locate and install the easy start with no success. From the initial phone call thru the install, I have been nothing but impressed with Axis Mechanical. I found my new A/C repair company.8/24/24Once again Axis to the rescue. Yesterday morning I contacted Axis and they had a repair man here at 4:30 pm and replace a capacitor. Back up and cooling and one happy customer. Worried about cost? Have used Axis for several years for their great customer service. My air handler in the attic developed a large freon leak. Axis gave me a few different options and quotes to correct the problem. I decided to go with a new unit since it would come with a 10 year parts warranty. The crew arrived as scheduled, installed the new unit and cleaned up before they left. They have an easy to use app to view and pay the invoice. Would definitely recommend Axis Mechanical.

Heath with Axis Mechanical to the rescue once again!!! I called Heath yesterday about a blown capacitor on my AC. Today, Juan was at my house by 1 pm and had it fixed by 2:30 or so. He had to replace the capacitor, fan motor and wiring harness. These guys are great and such a life saver. I can’t stress enough, if you have AC issues, give them a call. They will take care of you in a fair and timely manner. I’m sure if it was another company, they would have wanted to replace the whole unit at thousands more than it actually cost me. I called Heath one day when I noticed my house was hot. He came within an hour. All it ended up being was the battery in the thermostat (I replaced them but one was bad).
