A tree fell on my house damaging roof and structure with water leakage. Servpro worked very responsive to provide temporary containment, sheet rock and water removal and cleanup. Their quick work and technical ability prevented additional damage and provided for orderly repairs. Having them upfront on this type of situation saves money in the long run.

All I can say is there are not enough words to say how greatful I am for the quick response and the kindness that was displayed by Kirk, Will and Jason!! I was so scared when I came home, from work, to find my 1st floor flooded by my water heater. I will always recommend your company and techs for all the assistance, reassurance and going above and beyond their set duties!!! Y’all will be forever in my prayers for helping my family during a scary time. THANK YOU!!!

The Serve Pro team did not test everything for water. When they left my husband had to rip out a lot more flooring and underlayment that was still soaking wet. The next time they came the Serve Pro team member said they would include what he ripped out in their report. We waiting 3 weeks for the invoice/report. What my husband did was not included which left us with contacting more contractors for estimates and measurements of everything total that they missed. They did not call us back when we left messages. For a week they told my Insurance Agent that they couldnt even find the invoice. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Water mitigation went smooth, the office and techs communicated well and did what they said. The techs that came to the house were really great. All of them were really sweet, professional and knowledgeable (Will, Jafet, Graig and Fernando) thank you guys.

Crew was very professional and helpful. Made sure to keep us informed and involved throughout the entire process answering any questions or concerns we had. They were always on time and did not mind working hard until the job was completely done. Made the water mitigation part of our current disaster way easier and pain free!

It started off well ... they came when promised and completed an estimate for tear out and then another visit for a re-build estimate (this was at the insurances insistence because my contractor apparently didnt have the proper format/software). My issue is that when the guy came to do the rebuild estimate he assured me that he would send me a copy of the estimate so that I could compare it to my contractors estimate and that it would be done in 2-3 business days (this was Friday so expected by Tues afternoon ... Wed latest). Thursday afternoon rolled around and still nothing. He stated he was waiting for my insurance to approve the payment for this service. Im not sure why that was necessary as the insurance company was the one who insisted on them coming. Insurance said they received and approved it Thurs and when I contacted him on Friday he said he was working on the document to send to insurance (what the heck). I am a medical facility and have had to conduct business in a torn up facility waiting on all these estimates!!!! Then when I asked him to send me a copy he said that since the insurance company paid for it, that ServPro could not release it to me ... ME ... THE CUSTOMER ... WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY THEY DID THE ESTIMATE ON. Coming out and doing an estimate is usually a free service according to ServPro. I dont understand how the fact that insurance paid them for the estimate enters in to this decision to give me a copy. I am VERY FRUSTRATED!

First and foremost, Kevin our project manager, did a fantastic job of keeping everything moving smoothly. He kept me informed of progress and schedules for workers. The contractors who worked on our project were knowledgeable and did their work properly and with great precision. Javier the painter did an excellent job and did everything I asked of him. Flooring and carpet were done quickly and they look great.I would highly recommend this company for any work you might need done.

Our water damage was cleaned up by Servpro and all the crew was professional and kind. They went above and beyond to get the job done. The crew of workers explained every day what was being done. I would highly recommend this Servpro team.

I do not recommend this company. They acted like they wanted to work me, then tried to reschedule 3 times on me and still did not finish the job that was discussed and agreed upon. They weren’t going to make enough money off me is what it comes down to. Believe me I received an invoice to pay for a minor cash pay job though! I should have gone with a local contractor because now that’s what I have to do to finish the job now anyway.

Looking back after Hurricane Harvey and reflecting on what went smoothly and what didnt, I am so thankful I was able to get Servpro out as a first-responder when our business flooded. They got us on the road to recovery quickly and efficiently. I think we would have been set back weeks without them. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional and they had all the necessary equipment available and placed within hours of their first initial visit. They handled all of the tear out and I have to say knowing they were on the job gave me peace! Bruce Peterson walked us through the process and was always available for our questions. Karen Peterson took care of all of the detailed paperwork and helped us expedite our insurance claim. Thank you Servpro!

I would highly recommend this company. We had major water damage from a roof leak. Their work was impeccable, timely and left our home spotless. Not only did they repair the leak but fix the wall damage, repainted, even hung the pictures back on the wall. Love them!

Awesome company, took care of my water heater leak issues quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable; so glad I called them after hubby tried to fix it himself. Highly recommend!

Recently had to deal with some water damage at my home with the problem occurring late in the day on a Friday. Within a few hours Rob & the Servpro team were at our house and had already begun the process of water mitigation. After that was completed, a thorough estimate was done by Brent and then Kevin was in charge of the reconstruction.In all, the process was as painless as it could be, considering the circumstances. All workers were prompt and punctual and kept in good communication with me throughout the process. There were some issues in regards to removing our carpet padding, as the worker cutting the carpet did not do a quality job, but the carpet repair guys did as good of a job as they could in fixing the issue after the fact.Thanks to Rob, Brent, Kevin and Gina at Servpro for their assistance. I would recommend them again should problems arise.

The water clean up did a good job. Made the mistake of using them for build back and restoration. Took 4 months and the insurance company paid them in ADVANCE. You do not get returned phone calls, updates on projects, or speed for sure. Lots of empty promises and at the end when called out on this, threats came in from the contractor. Ordered wrong cabinets TWICE, installed the wrong ones, at that point had to let it go or it would have been another 2 months. Have been promised pictures twice of completed project because we are living out of town and was trying to sell it, still no pictures or confirmation the work is done. Extra money was added into project for in case In case never happened and used the money to do a few more projects. Was threatened to be charged on those too when he did not come through. Other promises that were made were not followed through either and we were told we were liars when we asked about those too. Classy.

Didn’t do the job properly from the start! Didn’t do the check correctly so when they started drying they didn’t have the equipment in the right places - too far longer than I was told but because insurance was covering it you could tell they didn’t care or do the job properly from the start - would never recommend them to anyone. One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Only made me feel worse during a crisis. Didn’t give helpful advice.

My house was struck by lightning and caught on fire. One of the two workers that came into my home walked off with $400 worth of collectibles after they were done taking pictures. When I reported it to the office and described which shelf was looted, I was informed that it was the only shelf of which they did not have a photograph. 0/10, would not recommend.Edit to respond to response:My original complaint was that $600 was missing. He came back to my home and showed me that he had taken something off of a shelf and put it in a closet down the hall. Is that normal procedure for the photo survey? Moving random items into random closets? That particular item was on a shelf that they had photographed. The $400 item that went missing was from a shelf they did not photograph.

Worst experience in my life! They ripped out all the doors, jams, casings. They gouged the walls remove shelves in the closets and removed both bathroom vanities without taking picture for my insurance. So I cannot receive reimbursement. Very sloppy cleanup, they left sewage items in my condo, I was out of town, so I was not aware of their incompetence. Would never use them again

I have had the pleasure to work with this Servpro team on two occasions, first during hurricane Harvey and the second last week when my house had a drainage problem. You talk about comfort and calm during a time of chaos. Their response and professionalism were outstanding. The Servpro team was thorough throughout the process, honored their commitments, with excellent communication every step of the way. We could not have asked for better service.

Do not recommend serv pro.when asked MULTIPLE times and individuals for a price on services, they refused always going back to “you have insurance, right?” “They’ll cover it, we will make sure of it”, when at the time we had no idea if water back up protection was included in our insurance. The lack of response with our insurance and the exhorbinant bill ( over 7k ) with many services listed that a contractor confirmed were not done or not remediated properly. DO NOT recommend serv pro at all.

We have waited 2 weeks for some kind of timeline to our needs. We had a pipe burst in our home and we dont want to mess with all the damage until they come out and make sure we dont have mold. We have a 6 year old and we need our home back. They have been rude, hung up on us and just not given any real answers. I am not a satisfied customer and I would not recommend! :UPDATE AND RESPONSE: I am not upset at how busy you are. I am upset at your customer service. I was treated VERY Rudely by the staff and all I was asking for was an ETA. I called your other location at Spring Tomball and they immediately were kind understanding and most of all HELPFUL! Your staff quite frankly is terrible. I am contacting your regional office and the better business bureau. Do not use the ice storm as an excuse for TERRIBLE customer service.

In my house, a pipe leaked which flooded a quarter of my living room. I ended up with numerous holes in my sheetrock as the plumbers tried to figure out the problem. ServPro was there right away, cleaning up the water. Later, they came back to patch up the sheetrock. They are very friendly and helpful. Great at responding back to my texts and addressing my concerns. Excellent workmanship and very efficient!! Trustworthy. I highly recommend ServPro!!! They are wonderful!!! They made my life SO much easier!

Let me tell you about the Top Notch service I received! Mrs. April Turney was extremely helpful, responsive, professional, and on time! I was needing an office building cleaned and she was on top of all our needs, In fact she scheduled for a crews to service the building the very same day. I just can’t say enough about this company! The commercial says “they would restore just like it never happened! “Well it was BETTER than before. Connor and Nate with the humidifiers, wonderful! Westly, Matthew, Anna and Dillon for mold removal , y’all were amazing and hard workers!! Floor removal and restoration , painters, carpenters, Mark and crew, Javier and crew, Sevano and crew,excellent work! Friendly, patient, respectful! Brent Hazelwood and Kevin Manry, made all of it work!! From beginning to end! 5 star for sure! And Mr. Bruce! Head man with a heart of gold and a kind heart! Awesome company!
