Brian was great. What I don’t agree with is the agregious pricing. $1200 For max 2 hrs of work. This was to simply replace one chandelier with another. Charging > 50% gross margin is an unacceptable business practice. I will never ask for Bradbury service again

This was our first time using Bradbury Brothers for AC repairs. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to find the leaks in our system and also reached out to see if our system was still under warranty. He was awesome with our dogs and our dogs are very particular. I highly recommended their business.

We called Bradbury for an electrical issue we were having with our built in refrigerator. It was easy to set up an appointment with them online and they the communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. The technician Donald arrived on time, quickly identified the specific issue, corrected it and was very thorough and professional. He provided outstanding customer service. We were 100% satisfied and will not hesitate to call them again if we have any further issues.

Noticed warm temperatures inside our home and after inspection, I found the exterior fan for the system not running and emitting a buzzing sound. I called Bradbury and they had sent a technician, Blake, the following morning.Blake was professional and worked quickly to troubleshoot the problem. He made appropriate recommendations on the repairs. Another job well done by Bradbury Brothers!Update 7/10/24Upon repair consult, we decided to move forward. The crew responded and was on site the following morning. Installation of new condenser and modification to duct work was performed and completed within a few hours. Our service tech Brandon was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. A follow up inspection to check the installation was scheduled on our preferred time within the next days. Bradbury Brothers are awesome!11/25/24Furnace originally installed 2013 was having issues and called Bradbury. They responded onsite the following day and recommended replacement. Justo, Juan, and Yani performed the installation a few days later and got the furnace up and running in just a few hours. Great work guys. Thank you!

He took pictures to show me a problem he found and fixed it for free. I could’ve ended up with ceiling damage if he hadn’t caught it early. An ounce of prevention saved a pound of cure.I also like that Bradbury sends a photo & bio of the technician before every service call. I know who’s coming before I answer the door. Our plumbing issue was identified quickly and successfully fixed! The servicing professional was very respectful and personable. He presented us with our options and costs to fix the issue up front and ensured all aspects of the problem area were functioning correctly and appropriately assembled. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful. He completed the repair quickly and neatly. In addition, he found an issue with my plumbing that we were unaware of. That problem could have cost thousands if left unattended. Ray did the electrical work and did a great job. Shane and his crew were on time efficient and excellent at what they do. They made every effort to keep things neat and clean. Then after installing our tankless water heater they made sure we were familar with the operation, maintenance,and care. Another job well done.

The plumbing team did excellent job from start to finish! We had a whole house recipe done. They were careful with everything they had to move, cleaned up well after the job and explained everything fully. They even finished a day earlier than estimated. Thank you to all the crew!Update: Just used the electrical team (Donald) for electrical panel swap out and some miscellaneous things. He did an excellent job, was quick but thorough, and pleasant throughout. Thank you!

John did a great job fixing my toilet leak and made it like new. He is very knowledgeable professional and an all-around good guy.Unfortunately their pricing practices are unacceptable. They charge $99 to come to your house even on top of the service cost. I paid $400 for a leaky toilet repair PLUS $99 to come to my house. Are we supposed to bring our house to them? Then they push their “membership” hard. The visit fee is only $30 if you pay $119 per year to join their club . Their warranty on their work is only 6 months too. Reminds me of the restoration hardware scam which isn’t working out too well for them.

Called for a simple disposal swap. Bradbury Brothers did some gas plumbing work previously but never any “general” plumbing. The technician asked if he might be able to do a survey so an overview may be saved for future reference. This “survey” revealed a warranty violation with water heater, stop valve leak on two toilets and kitchen drain plumbing most likely causing slow drainage. We completely rebuilt all water closets, repaired water heater warranty issue, replied kitchen drain and, oh yes… replaced the disposer… all “same day”. Kind, courteous and competent…. No one will ever touch in house plumbing her; ever again. I feel poorly as they didn’t even take a meal break to make sure all was fixed before they left. Used company for HVAC and electrical also. Can’t think of ever calling anyone else. If there was a sixth star, I’d be checking that box. Sure, it might be possible to play the field but no one gives me more peace of mind. Definitely recommend these guys!

Ray solved the lighting problem in my pantry with perfection. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. Great job!

Miguel installed an extra AC/Heating duct in one of our rooms. In addition, he sealed off a return chaise that was open to crawl space between the first and second floors of our house. Neither job was easy to do or access, but Miguel did an outstanding job and was very neat and polite. Thanks Miguel!Donald did an excellent job on several electrical items in our house. Among the items, he repaired a ceiling fan in the middle of a large 2 story room, which was no easy task. He also repaired and figured out how to configure GFI outlets in our kitchen and a bathroom that a previous electrician said could not be repaired. Donald was knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent at troubleshooting. Highly recommended.Finally, Alex installed a whole house water filter and repaired multiple plumbing problems in our house. He was extremely skilled and completed all tasks well. My only complaint is that the plumbing work was quite expensive, but quality and peace of mind are probably worth the cost.

Very pleased with the service Zach provided. He fixed the problem that we had and was very efficient. We were also very happy with Bradbury Brothers that they were able to fit us in the same day. Otherwise we would not have had water in the kitchen sink. Highly recommend them.

Thomas did an amazing job! I lived in a lot of service oriented Countries like Dubai and his level of professionalism exceeded anywhere I lived. He is very detailed, honest, experienced and knows exactly what he’s doing and makes sure the client is well educated about the job. He also cleaned after he finished his job. He changed the experience from about to cancel our membership to putting it on a priority list.

Great service from scheduling to day of. Our technician John Parsons walked through each area of concern and offered explanations and options of service needs. He allowed me to focus on specific needs and didn’t wasn’t pushy work that, while may need service in the future, wasn’t vital at the moment and offered preventative measures to extend life with current fixtures.Work was a little more $$ than expected but the ease of service, brevity of appointment, and professionalism of made it worth it.

On time; fixed my leaking hose bib and gave me an estimate replacing water heater. Brian was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Getting new water heater in 2 days. When you come home from celebrating a Basketball tournament championship win and your house is 59° because the heater isnt working properly who do you call??? Bradbury Brothers Cooling thats who🙌My family is new to the state/area and needed help fast. I called the number online and was greeted with outstanding customer service. Thankfully Chase was on the case within a few hours. He called me with an update on his location and told me he was on his way. When Chase arrived, he had a smile on his face and was ready to check out the heater. He asked me a few questions and I tried my best to describe what was going on with the heater. He went up to check it out and within minutes he found the issue. Ofcourse no one is happy to pay an unexpected bill but Chase gave me some options and as I type this review the heater is warming up our house 🙌 after Chase was done with the appointment he went over some maintenance plans. I ended up going with the VIP plan but if they offered a Chase VIP plan I would definitely have done it. Great customer service, kept our house clean with shoe covers, extremely easy to talk to and explained everything 👌 Thanks again Chase, we would be freezing without you. Donald arrived on time, communicated well, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He demonstrated a commitment to his customers rather than looking for ways to attach more costs through unnecessary work. In a time of need I called Bradbury Brothers and they were able to find time to get out the next morning for me and handle my emergency before a winter storm hit! We had our heater go out at just about the worst time. Easily scheduled a service call with them same day, as I’ve seen their vehicles around our neighborhood. Their technician Bryce showed up promptly and was super friendly. He handled the situation keeping, us in the loop the whole time. Devon Austell of Bradbury Brothers came out to our house today to repair a very complex leak in our water line. It took him several hours of very hard work to dig up and expose the line where the leak was. He was thorough in researching what needed to be done and meticulous in the care he took of our lawn when digging the trenches he needed to dig. He was personable, respectful, honest, positive-natured, hard-working. When he finished the repair, he carefully replaced the dirt that he had to remove and made sure it was all level. He remained cheerful, even when he was totally covered with mud!If we ever have another problem, we would request Devon to come back out! And, to top that off, Devon is a military veteran, and we are very grateful that he served our nation.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am beyond satisfied with the integrity and dedication of this company. Recently we had an issue with our system after our tech serviced our system. Justin and Marc were able to quickly diagnose and correct the issue. We had an issue with our zone damper, initially, the technician (Luke Wilson) came out and tried to fix it without replacing the part, which is much appreciated to try and save us some money but the fix ended up not being enough and he came back the next day to replace it. The service was great, the communication was very effective, Luke was very clear and explained things very well, he was very respectful of our house. The repair went fast. Thank you!

Trey did a very thorough inspection of our heating system and made recommendations. There was no pressure on selling his recommendations but he was very clear as to the reasons why he made the suggestions.I’ve used Bradbury Brothers for several years. Julio did a great job fixing our a/c. He was very personable and professional. Not only did he fix the problem, but he discovered that our previous service company had broken a piece of the control equipment on the a/c and simply tried to glue it back together setting up a potentially bad electrical short. Julio got the part quickly, installed it and made sure everything a was working correctly. Appreciated the photos of everything he did.

We called to have a leak repaired under our kitchen sink. What could have been a 30 minute job took 2 hours. We later found out why. He went to check the water faucets in both bathrooms. He went in the attic to check the hot water shut off. He wandered off multiple times, we assumed it was job related. Upon completion of the repair, he presented us with an estimate on his ipad to repair/update all the plumbing in the house. We had NOT asked him to do this. I asked him to email it to us. When we received it we were shocked! He had quietly snuck around our home taking pictures of our personal space - toilets, showers, sinks, even opening cupboards and taking pictures under the sink. He also took pictures in our attic, garage and exterior. All without our knowledge or consent. We feel he has violated our privacy. We would NOT recommend this company!

My wife and I recently bought a 1991 home and have had Bradbury Brothers check for issues found during the inspection which I must say they are not in depth. Abel Orendain came recently to check our electrical system, smoke detectors, brake panel, AC connections, fans and did a super job. He was highly professional, kind and took the time to explain and offered different options to bring our home to modern standards particularly safety. Thank you Abel, we appreciate your dedication to be a highly skilled and professional electrician.

I made an appointment for a tuneup but realized I actually had a busted system and needed a diagnosis. Chase pivoted and was able to find the problem pretty quickly. He couldnt fix it the same day but was back the next day to get the job done. Chase was awesome, very polite and explained everything to me, with pictures. Hope he stays my HVAC guy for the long term. I even think he brought my garbage cans up the drive for me. Thats a quality person if you ask me.

Bradbury gives Excellent service: acknowledged our problem and scheduled same day service. Their technicians informed us many times when they would arrive. Covered their feet, and were very polite. I loved the fact that Bradbury provided pictures of the technician coming to our home. Service is so important I am so grateful my daughter recommended Bradbury.

Byron Cesar is an excellent electrian. He replaced a worn out ceiling light in our pantry and provided a quote to extend an outside outlet in our back yard. Bryon is courteous and knowledgeable. We are having him back to install the electrical outdoor outlet next week.Bryon and his assistant did a very nice job extending an outdoor electrical outlet at my house. I recommend Bradbury Bros. for electrical and HVAC service.

As always, Bradbury goes above and beyond. The technicians took care of my outside busted pipe, and even wrapped the pipe for extra insulation during this freeze. They are not only top notch in the work they do, they are kind and trustworthy and very informative in any repairs that are needed. I trust them completely and will use Bradbury with my plumbing and electrical and all things they are known to do.

TL;DR. Great experience working with Bradbury.Writing a full explanation for others to see full process of how it went.Wednesday night, upstairs AC wasnt blowing cold. I called Thursday morning and entered my name to the auto-secretary and they called me back within 10 minutes. They had a tech (Juan) out by that afternoon for service charge of $99. Awesome thing they did was that ~30min before any tech arrived I got a text from Bradbury with the techs name, picture, and a short bio. He troubleshot that my contactor and compressor werent working. So I needed to replace the whole condenser which included the compressor since the system was 2007 and needed r410a instead of r22.On Friday Ernest came out and did a full analysis of the system explaining the measurements of my actual air flow for return, supply, and unit design. He explained the supply was a little undersized and likely deteriorating the unit faster so recommended replacement but wasnt pushy. My fan coils upstairs were replaced by previous owner in 2020 and he wasnt pushy saying that I needed to replace that either. He gave me a fair quote and scheduled my condenser to be replaced on Monday. But I got a call Friday afternoon that they could pull my installation forward to Saturday afternoon which I accepted.Saturday right on time Luis and Justo showed up. They had to drain and clean the whole old system but had the whole new Lennox condenser replaced within 2 hours.Glad to have the cold AC again. Follow-Up inspection scheduled with Luis and Ernest within one week.

He advised me on my current system, offered assistance in choosing a maintenance option and walked me through the complete setup of the new thermostat. I would personally like to ask for his assistance every time I need HVAC request for service. Thank you Julio!

I hate to be the odd one out, but unfortunately I do not agree with the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Perhaps I’m missing something? I now have two experiences that I can refer to. One is a quote for two new water heaters. 2x40 gallon water heaters would have cost over $7000. This INCLUDES a very generous $1200 discount. That discount should have been a red flag. I called an independent plumber in Spring (yes, a certified technician) and it was around half the price. More recently I had a heater check-up for a dual system (upstairs and downstairs). I was informed one of the systems was leaking gas and needed a new gas valve (over $1000). A second opinion showed me the system was fine (although they would have only charged ~$400). The second opinion, in fact, identified an issue with our second unit that had been giving us problems (often blowing cold air). This was missed by the Bradbury Brothers technician. The blower motor was defective resulting in the flashing orange light on the unit, which the second opinion showed me. In my opinion, the prices are outrageous. Consider that their overhead is significant (billboards, fleet vehicles, corporate costs), which is passed on to the customer. Please get a second opinion, there is no reason not to. They push the membership pretty hard, which is not in your best interest if they are trying to sell it.

Cory arrived on time and went straight to work. He was fast and thorough. He explained everything he found in a straight forward way. I never felt pressured, just informed. Bradbury brothers has been very helpful, thorough and fair. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Wow, the service was amazing. They immediately put booties on over their shoes which always wins my heart. Keeps my house clean. They replaced one of my toilets and spent the entire day doing so and made sure I was pleased with the job before they left. I would absolutely recommend these folks

I had a problem with my water heater and contacted Bradbury Brothers for help. I never used them before but I’m glad I called them. Prompt response and the plumbing technician quickly diagnosed the problem. Hunter Clifton, the technician, was polite, professional and his assistant, Joey was equally respectful and helpful. I’m so glad to be a happy customer of theirs. I also want to add Caulen Williams to the team. He came quickly to repair a short circuit that was preventing completing the job. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Technicians couldn’t get my water heater’s faulty thermal compressor loose and recommended I replace the entire water heater for $3,500. Paid $99 for the service call. 20 minutes after they left I was able to remove the compressor myself and ordered the replacement for less than $12. Technicians weren’t bad, I just expected a little more effort in the repair before they tried to sell me on a brand new water heater.Response: It was a $12 part, and 20 minutes of labor for me with an injured hand (the reason I called a technician in the first place). The technicians were not trying to save me money. They spent 10 minutes in my attic, said the bolt was on too tight for them to remove and immediately started selling me a new water heater. This type of new sales only, no repairs business model is how customers lose faith in tradesmen. It also looked like there was a yearly subscription service disguised as a discount in the quote that others might want to watch out for.

1/14/25Thomas Klein visited our home for the winter tune-up and was so thorough checking both of our units (our old one for winter maintenance and new unit for possible gas leak). I was so happy to hear I wasnt crazy when Tom was able to find the gas leak on our new furnace. Also, Tom thoroughly inspected our old furnace and found we had hidden mold and gave us 3 options to remove it. Such a personable and helpful technician! Thank you, BB.Matthew Free was great. He came the week following our installation to check the system. He was patient, kind, and explained everything in detail to us. He answered all questions and was thorough in his work. He even took the time to remove our old filters from the ceilings, since we didnt need them anymore (due tot installing new media filters on the new A/C unit. Matthew also helped me to clean up the attic from the installation the week before. He is such an asset to your team!

We had John Parsons come help with a leak and he was amazing!! We will make sure he’s our plumber for everything moving forward. Couldn’t recommend him enough. And he has great hair!!!

My first experience with Bradbury Brothers was great back in June. The tech came out and saw my AC needed to be defrost before he can properly diagnose the issue. He came back the next day and was able to fix the issue. He say my system is running great otherwise.I thought I would get the same great experience this time but it was far from it. The tech that came out this time automatically told me that I needed a new AC unit without waiting on my AC to get defrosted. He wanted to send someone else to come out and give me a quote on a new unit. I called the office back to let them know I wanted another tech to come out after my AC has been defrosted to diagnose the problem. When the tech came out he wanted to charge me another fee to diagnose the issue. I was not charged twice last time. If they cant diagnose the problem due to Ac being frozen the office should tell the customers to turn off their AC system before they come out so they can do the diagnostic test the first time. Instead of coming back out and wanting to charge for a second visit.

Bradbury’s plumber Jon Stone did excellent work replacing a slider on our hand held shower. Since it was such a simple and quick job he did not charge us anything. Jon was friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions on a variety of topics

And most recently we had Gerson come out to do a furnace inspection and he was very thorough and took time to explain to me and my wife what his findings were and offered helpful recommendations on solutions to the issues we were having. Thomas came to our home to determine why our HVAC system was calling for the A/C compressor to come on when the system was calling for heat. This would be normal with a heat pump. However, we have gas heat and not a heat pump. He determined that the thermostat that they installed was incorrectly programmed and resulted in the system thinking it was supporting a heat pump. He corrected the problem and apologized on behalf of the company. He did not try to hide anything. He upheld his integrity and the integrity of Bradbury Brothers.

Had a fantastic experience with Bradbury Brothers! Knowledgeable electrician diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me choices on the solution and what was quoted is what I paid. Will certainly use them again.

They were able to come by immediately, and worked really fast. Caulen and his partner were very nice and professional. Aaron’s electrical service wanted to charge $250 to come out a week later, but Bradbury Brothers was only $99 for the next day.

BEWARE: In July we met a Cody Ostigin, who sold us a new a/c unit. My husband asked him if we would need to add Clorox to the unit in order to keep the pipe overflowing into our bathroom sink. He told us NO. After the unit was set and a 2nd guy came out to check everything was properly installed, I asked him, do we need to do anything like put Clorox somewhere to keep our pipes from clogging. He told me no, you dont have to do that. We even sell something you can put down the pipe, but you dont need it. Sept 2024 after a week on vacation we came home to a flooded bathroom caused by the build up in the pipe taking the water from the a/c to pipe in bathroom to drain. We called Bradbury to fix it. He said we can fix this by putting Clorox down the pipe. Damage from this is over $21,000. I called Bradbury twice to speak to manager and she did not take my call or even call me back. When I did call told the whole story to the nice receptionist who recorded my call and said she will give it to the manager. I cant afford Bradbury Brothers bad guidance.

Juan was great. Had to do some things new to him to get my system running right. Stay with it until both he and myself was satisfied. Great service !!

Brian Peavy came out to answer questions my wife and I had regarding water heater replacement. It was a very easy fact based conversation…not a sales pitch. After reviewing options we decided on a tankless system along with whole home water filtration. Brian handed off to installer Shane Baker and electrician Ray Marsh. They came out and did a beautiful job with the installation. Once completed, Shane walked us through the operations and did a thorough review of the new equipment. Spending money on plumbing or hvac is never fun, but at the end of the day it’s a value add to our home and we would use the Bradbury team again in a heartbeat…I would recommend them to anyone!

Our washer was 20 yrs old and needed replacing. The water hoses had never been removed and both were stuck in place.The faucets to turn off the water lines started leaking also. He arrived promptly and used a water leak detector to quickly pinpoint the location of the problem. Ive had this company to my home a few times to do yearly service on our AC and gas furnace at the beginning of each season and every time they come, I just feel like theyre always trying to sell me something. They push their membership plan or whatever they call it on you constantly, 4-5 times when the technician is doing the work even after you said you werent interested the first time. Its like they cant take no for an answer. Makes me wonder if they get a commission for each plan they sell.Most recently a tech was here to service my furnace for the coming cold season and it wasnt enough that he had to push this plan on me but tried to say that there was mold in the unit and in some of the installation. I requested to look at it and didnt see what he was talking about. He wanted to sell us and install some type of UV system which would cost nearly $2,000. We called another company out for a second opinion and they didnt see any mold, mind you we did not tell them what the Bradbury technician said and they didnt see any mold just some dirt and normal wear. I dont like being sold unnecessary things so the company can make more money. When somebody says they dont want your plan the first time, take a hint.I will not use this price gouging company any longer.

Opted to forgo a lot of work because I’d have to take out a small car loan for some pipe and time. So overpaid for the simplest gas line fix I needed help with in the moment.

Thomas with Bradbury came out and did an exceptional job today diagnosing the issue with our mini split ac system. We have been using Bradbury for years and they have always provided amazing service.

Thomas did a first-class job on our furnace this past week. He was very thorough with his unit inspection before he lit the pilot light. He identified a leak in the flexible pipe and changed it out as part of the service visit. Last summer Bradley Brothers completely changed out one of our three heating A/C units. When I called for service at noon, I had Thomas knocking at our door at 4:30 PM. You just can’t expect any better service response time.

My hot water heater burst in the attic which caused ceilings to cave in and significant flooding as well. Water came through the air vents and light fixtures. I called Bradbury Brothers and they sent out Donald Curran to check the electrical problem and Lazaro Reyes to check the HVAC unit. I honestly cant say enough about these two young men. From start to finish I felt like I was among family that genuinely and sincerely cared about me and my well being. NEVER felt this way before when dealing with other contractors. I cant say enough good things about Donald and Lazaro. From now on I will be calling on Bradbury Brothers for all my plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs.

We had a great experience with Ross Hauser in assessing our toilet drain issue. Ross was very thorough and logical in investigating the problem and determining the cause. The final solution will require future follow-up vent line modifications; for now, we are pleased with our fully functioning system.

Brian Peavy of Bradbury bros removed a toilet flange and checked other plumbing items throughout the house. He was informative and did the job very well. I will have him return to install the new flange and toilet. Brian returned a couple weeks later ( after I completed the bathroom tile) and installed the flange and toilet and it works and looks great!!! I would definitely use him again if another job comes up.

This was my first time using Bradbury Brothers. I called regarding a residential A/C issue. The company had a technician sent out the next morning.Daniel K. showed up on time and was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional.I would definitely recommend Bradbury Brothers.

Updating review:We had services done on our AC units, went out of town, and returned home to a flooded house from one of the units running off into a sink that never had a clog before. We just moved into our new home in march and have to demo a large portion of the home now (with two kids, one being 8 months old).Bradbury- thank you for your comment below. I have added pictures from the damage. We no longer trusted your recommendations - why we declined to use your plumber (and still having to pay for the membership you sold us).

Recently purchased a water heater with installation from Bradbury. Ross was a complete professional from beginning to end - he did a routine plumbing inspection then the subsequent water heater installation while answering all our questions in a patient, courteous manner. They were done quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. As with all things Bradbury, the installation looks top notch.

AC was blowing warm air, we called Saturday evening, Louis was here by 10:00 Sunday morning. We didn’t want them here that night. He explained everything completely, was very courteous and professional. We were cooling down by 11:30. This is the second time we have used Bradbury Brothers and will continue to do so.

Devin Austill and his apprentice were great!We had a main water line to the house that developed a leak and we had to turn the water off to the house.Bradbury Brothers dispatched the guys after hours to fix the leak.Devin explained all the issues and what they had to do and within a short time got it repaired and the water back on.He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.I appreciate their good work and getting the water line to better than before.

Zach did an excellent job with my service request today, lots extra efforts put in for a cartridge change and sink clog causing my AC to not drain. He was patient and explained some best practices to self maintain between service visits, shared images taken and helped with an unforeseen issue and quickly rectified that without question. We’ve never had a problem with them before. This time we were without air conditioner for over a week. Everytime we called we were told something different. Not to mention they were rude. Like they were the ones being put out. I hate this because I’ve referred them to many people. Oh….our unit is also a little over a year old. Brand new unit from them and have already had them out twice because it stopped working. Please do something with your customer service. Hello! Our recently installed tankless ended up defective. Alex came out and did a thorough inspection on the unit. He was extremely respectful and communicative. Unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced but these things happen. A new unit should be installed Monday.

Very professional and respectful. Their pricing was competitive and I feel like they delivered great value. I will happily use them again in the future.Update: Just had my AC replaced by them. I am in awe with how good of a job they did. Our 14 year old unit went out and they were able to replace both units, plus furnaces the next day. They also found flaws in the design of the current system snd fixed those. The new system is so good i had to turn the temp up on the thermostat because the house was cooling so quick. I hope I never need a new AC again but i know these guys will help me out if I do. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I heard about Bradbury Brothers from a neighbor who was impressed and very happy with their services. So naturally when I had a couple of water spots appear on my ceiling, I called them right away. They sent out Brian Peavy to work on my problem. I cant say enough good things about the service he provided. Even though he couldnt directly work on whatever issue I was having, he put me in contact with people who could fix my problem and he thoroughly explained what was going on so I could understand. He was thorough, patient, clear and personable.Update: I called the Bradbury Brothers for a plumbing inspection for my house since I was having a few issues we wanted to make sure everything was good to go. They sent Zach Gallup this time and he was great too!!! He found a couple of problem areas and gave me a few options for getting those things fixed right on the spot. He was also efficient, clear and thorough. My dog was also not feeling well the previous night and that same day and Zach was so understanding and kind to my little fur baby.This company and its staff is reliable and fantastic!

Another company quoted me a price just to make repairs. This company quoted me a price for a brand new unit which was still not as expensive as the repair from the other company. Alex Rodriguez explained what needs to be done to fix the leak in the faucet. I had two faucets that needed to be fixed. He was very nice in explaining the issues. He sent me a quotation to fix the issue via email.Alex also flushed the hot water tank and explained to me how often they do it under service contract and advantages of flushing it. He recommended several changes to protect my house from flooding due to water tank leaks.Unfortunately for some unknown reason we did not get hot water. So I called the company and asked for the help. Alex came back next day and turned on the pilot and the heater of the tank. He was also surprised why the pilot had turned off.Anyhow, during all this Alex and the company employees were very courageous and helpful. Nice man, nice service and very friendly.Brice came today and recommended installing two valves in my HVAC drainage system. He installed them and checked it out. I am hoping that this will solve the problem of the drainage system getting clogged. Brice was professional and pleasant.

Henry Murillo with Bradbury Brothers (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical) did an excellent job. A call to the company at 5:00 pm (when I realized my A/C thermostat was offline) helped schedule some to my home rather quickly. Henry explained the multiple reasons the thermostat may not be working (part of which I knew due to research / troubleshooting in an attempt to resolve the problem before calling them). He kept me updated on his findings, explained the problem and estimated cost to fix (with options to reduce the cost) and have my a/c back working properly for a good nights sleep. Thank you.

When we saw the recent October Special for a Whole Home Health & Safety Inspection I figured I would give it a shot as I had some questions about a few issues I had been just dealing with since moving into our house 3 years ago. The technicians that came out to review our HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing were incredibly detailed and very helpful. I figured they would be here for a few minutes and then tell me to fix some items that werent required (but would be nice add-on), but I was truly impressed by all their efforts.Our HVAC check was incredibly detailed. We have had several companies out before and they would fix one issue (usually a replacement part) and then leave even if other issues were VERY obvious. But this review took a few hours to complete, included pics and videos of issues that needed to be fixed now, recommendations for future items that might need some work, and a few items to keep an ear out for before it becomes a major issue. Gregory even provided me with some simple maintenance things to do to prevent some drainage issues and identified why the additional vent we had installed by one of those other companies wasnt producing the desired results.The Electrical check covered the whole house - inside and out. Abel and Stephen (Yeah, there were two technicians) found and fixed a GFI issue that had some of my outlets not working correctly, identified a couple of loose grounds that were causing a few lights to dim when others were being turned on/off, and made some recommendations on how I can add some backup power for when the next storm rolls through - that didnt involve buying a huge generator system. They also identified a few faulty breaker switches.The Plumbing check was fantastic also. Several of our neighbors had their HVAC drains get clogged and caused their HVAC systems to overflow in their attic causing some major damage. Zach identified that some areas needed some cleaning and he showed me how to do it in a few simple steps. He addressed some needs that my wife had with our tub and answered my questions about some in-wall noise I noticed from our sons shower draining. He even checked our water softener system and tested the water quality.I am very grateful for having had such a thorough inspection. I have paid hundreds of dollars for a fraction of the work that was put in by any one of the technicians over the past few days. I feel a lot better knowing that my family is safer and that I know what potential problems I need to plan for in the future. Thank you Bradbury Brothers for doing such an incredible job.

Waited all day for a guy to show up to look at my a/c system....guy tried to hard sell me a whole new system on the phone before even showing up to look at it.
