Very satisfied with heating/cooling and plumbing/water filtration services. Employees are punctual, friendly, and know what they are doing. I’m very impressed with the company’s philosophy of hiring military individuals and that they are faith based!

Excellent work, start to finish. Big re piping of 1970s house with PEX for new plumbing. Dave and Jason gave a spot on estimate for price. Scope of work included installing a new yard line from meter to house, and adding a recirculating waterline loop for near instant hot water to reach the farthest parts of the house. Dakota and Colby were a good team, and quite efficient and exacting in work execution. They did a terrific job, all of it was done right, and they gave a lot of thought to the best was to set things up. They double and triple checked their work and talked me and my husband through their process. They worked hard and long hours, and its a great, high quality job. We are very pleased.

David Macias and his helper put in a water heater for me. they were courteous, fast and efficient. They cleaned up the area well and went over the new water heater with me. I highly recommend!

Dakota and Avion replaced the water heater with a new unit with an 8 yr warranty. The company gave me a call before arrival. They had all of the materials for the job on hand , were neat and efficient. Dakota also offered a free plumbing and HVAC inspection and gave me a written summary of any items that needed attention.Very pleased with their service.

I called Sunday and they said they would be out to expect my leak under my house and its Weds everyday this week they keep telling me tmrw and now today they said they would only do it if its after hours which charges you $40 more every hour thats crazy. Why cant they just keep appointment time then lady was like there was no appointment but I even got a text saying my appointment was scheduled!!!! How can you deny a text that even said there was a appointment?!

Nuflow services saved me so much time and money I couldn’t believe it. If you’re having any sewer issues and trying to save a little money their trenchless Nuflow system is a life saver and great product. The Nuflow team were very professional for their young age.

I would give them a 0 but they dont have a 0 so a 1 will work. They left us hanging for 3 days. Today they say there not showing up wouldnt call or let us know the reason why weve been trying to get them sence Sunday its Wednesday. I hate this company

The receptionist was very responsive, kind and Informative. We were able to schedule an appointment to have someone come out to our home the next day during this busy season. Johnathan & Bobby were are plumbers. They were very kind and also informative. They did they’re job to perfection. I appreciated how friendly they were to us. I would recommend using Strickland plumbing to anyone!

Called two nights ago because the toilet in our only bathroom is not flushing. I was told they would get to us first thing in the morning. After waiting for a morning phone call and hearing nothing we called and we’re told they actually can’t get to us today but first thing in the morning (today) they’ll get to us. It is currently 11:35 AM we hadn’t received a call or anything. We called and were told they will get to us after lunch. Fine, I wouldn’t really care that they haven’t gotten here but man, the communication is non-existent.Update: 2 PM. Still no phone call. No Update. No toilet.Final update: they finally arrived around 3. I only got 6 minutes notice before they arrived. They were in & out in 10 minutes. Kind & quick. Work was fine, communication left a ton to be desired.

Pretty disappointed with them. They came out to a rental home, unclogged some drains and charged me $500. Worst part is they never called to get approval. They did the work, didnt even tell the tenant living there that they were done. It wasnt until they called to collect payment that I found out it was over 500 to unclog a couple of drains. Use Truss and Son instead, way better prices and customer service.

I had the best experience with Strickland. I received my quote for service and within less than two weeks Jason and Mikey were completing the work. Both technicians were courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and explained all the work to me once complete. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Hired by the owner to be an estimator for bidding prospective jobs and was let go the next day by the second in charge so another plumber could have the job after the owner went on vacation. The company has good reviews so I wont knock that, but their hiring practices need some work in a big way.

Dakota was very polite, prompt and fast, but done right, on the job. It was an after hour service call out and he wasted no time on getting things done!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Strickland Plumbing for service. My experience was awesome with them!!

After having several plumbers out Strickland came found the issue and got the job right. The guys were very kind efficient and professional I had Jesse and Luis repair a pipe and they were great. The prices are fair and the service is even better. I even ran into Kevin when I paid the bill and he was also very nice the office manager as well.

Was given a quote for a tech to come estimate repairs on residential AC units. We had them come out to take a look and I was then charged almost 3x what the quote was (just for an estimate, no work was done). I was told it was because he was there for an hour and there was now an hourly charge on top of the original quote because it took him longer than 15 mins, and I had no choice but to pay it. The tech was great, but the bait and switch on the price left a sour taste in my mouth. Two other HVAC companies in town came out to do the same estimates and they charged exactly what I was quoted. Sad to say that we will not likely be using Strickland again.

Ive had Strickland Plumbing and HVAC as my service professionals for 24 years. Just recently Ive had Dakota work on my plumbing and he did a first rate job at a very reasonable cost. Just today Jimmy and Martin fixed my A/C unit and did it without drawing things out. They went straight to the problem and fixed it in an hour.Strickland Plumbing will continue to be my guys when I have a problem with the plumbing or A/C-Heat

Erwin was very friendly but professional. Seemed knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed our problem right away. Unfortunately the circuit board was fried so it will have to be replaced. Not the greatest of news, but hopefully it will be cool over the holiday weekend!

Fast, Reliable, and Affordable! Within an hr of contacting the company they had 2 techs at my house to diagnose the problem. Tyrel and Justin were very professional and respectful of my home. They explained everything to me in simple terms, what the issue was, what they would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. Once the job was completed they explained what they had done. These gentleman deserve more than just a pat on the back. Because of them .... I say... 10/10 I will use this company again if needed in the future. Thank you so much!!!

We had a problem of Sewer back-up at the Motel and after I talked to Kevin Strickland, he sent his crew on time and finished the job quick. Pricing seems to be great if not lower than the most plumbers but service was great. They installed the new toilet alongwith that very nicely. I would definitely recommend others.

Had them come out to fix an issue with sink leaking! Tech came out “fixed” the issue! Less than a week later we called them back out because the drain was leaking again! Same tech came back out and immediately said “oh not because of something I done”! What he should have said is he didn’t catch it the first time he was out at our home! He said that the man that installed the plumbing originally didn’t properly install the basket! I’m just spit balling here but, if it was not properly installed to begin with wouldn’t it have been a problem when he was out the first time? So instead of doing his job properly the first time, I had to pay another 2 hour minimum the second time as well! So almost $700 total to fix 1 drain!!! I am outraged!!!! To be completely honest it isn’t really about the money it is more about why it wasn’t caught the first time and fixed!! It’s about incompetence!!

We had sewage backing up into the house. Called late evening on Friday. Tech showed up within the hour. Very friendly. Smiling. Profesional. Yeah, I paid after hour call charges but the techs professionalism and attitude made it all worth while. I will gladly use Strickland again.

I have a leak that’s under our foundation. They came out the first time and originally they said it was the shower pan that was leaking. Charged us $125 just to tell us that. We stopped using the shower and water was still coming up through our floor. They came back out to tell us they would send some out to put a camera down our pipes to find out where the water is coming from. This was On July 22nd. It is now September. We received one call about two weeks after they came out and the gentlemen explained he was sick and that’s why he hadn’t call any sooner. He then told us he’d have someone else call to come out. No one ever called us back.

Absolutely the worst place to go to for new plumbing system! They have messed up my whole acre of land that my house sits on because of their setup I cant do anything with my land now because they have sprinklers setup from one end of the to the other including one 20 ft from my front door!

David was absolutely professional and friendly. What a great employee. They were not inexpensive however. But David was patient and explained all the charges.

This was my first time to call Strickland Plumbing and Hvac. They responded quickly, assessed the situation, and found a system board was bad. Technician got the part and we were up and running within one to two hours. Will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for getting us back up and running so fast.

TL;DR Wouldnt give any pricing until after technician shows up, but you are REQUIRED to pay once a technician arrivesI called in to schedule a serivice on my central A/C unit, and a lady answered. I know on the weekends (this was saturday morning) there can be a afterhours fee, and I didnt mind paying one. But when I asked the lady how much the fee is, she said she couldnt not say until the technician arrived. I asked that if the technician showed up, I asked him the fee and I did not like it, would I still have to pay the fee and the service call. She said yes. I asked her how I could find out how much my trip charge and fee was before they came out and she said that I couldnt, and thats just how it works.This is how people can get scammed and I wont recommend this to anyone that I know, because the trip charge is around 80-100 on average, and if the after hours fee is separate, I have seen them up to 200$ before. It would be extortion under duress to try to make someone pay on the spot before service a charge that can be anywhere from 80 to 300$ (and thats BEFORE any extra charges for the ACTUAL labor or parts as well)

They came out and repaired a leak in our outside gas water heaterThey came out in a timely manner.Did an excellent job very professional and informative about the leak damage and repair.Will definitely use them again.

They are good fixing my ac but they are horrible driving both guys in there van was on there phone and cut me off. Got next to them and they both gave me the finger and break check me. They were in Jacksonville TX. On 09/13/22 at 1:00pm. Will never use them again

We had several plumbers try and diagnose problems with our sinks with no success. Strickland came out once and fixed both issues. They are very professional, polite and have no problems with answering questions.

Was impressed from the onset; from Scott to Ryan. Scott took a personal interest in our problem. Ryan ordered the part needed on Monday and then called me at 4:15 on Wednesday and asked if I wanted to have it installed that day or if I wanted to have it installed the next day. Of course I asked if it can be installed that day. What kind of company comes out and does an install after 4:30. Strickland does! Thank you Scott and Ryan.

Strickland was great, replaced our AC unit in our rental home. Was able to handle everything via email, very professional. Would use them again.

I called early one morning and asked for a afternoon call. The ladies said they would so their best to fit us in. After lunch the guys showed up fixed my issue and were super sweet. Totally use them again if a problem occurs.

My tech guy came in right on time checked out the HVAC and got back with me within minutes. Call back when he said he would and was very polite and professional. I would refer Strickland to everyone.

Used Strickland for AC issues. The technician, Josh, was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service. Will use them again!

Broken water main. They came out same day and for a great price. The two technicians were very friendly and knew what they were doing. Will be using them again for some additional upgrades soon.

Called Thursday morning at 8:30 they put me on schedule for Friday. So I took off work lost out on wages. I called at 8:30 asked when are they coming she said this afternoon. I called at 1:27 it’s late are they coming? Yes for sure they will be there. Then at 2:30 said we’ll be there Monday. After holding for 6 mins the smart ass manager said well if I had a crystal ball for how long services would take that would help

Great work. Knew what was wrong and fixed it in about an hour. Very thankful for someone who knows what to do especially in the middle of a heat wave and after experiencing bad service from two other companies.

They’re very affordable but their plumbers seem inexperienced and not very professional. Refused to wear a mask in our house during this time and the other plumber didn’t bring one so we had to provide one. Didn’t wear booties and didn’t clean up at all.

You price shocked me. I had no idea it was going to be that high or Id have did it myself. The last leak that yall fixed, just like this leak, was less than $300.00.
