Fernanda and Nef they did an excellent job cleaning our furniture! They were both. They were both very courteous and polite and professional with all that they did for us.

Ana, Nefre, Karla did an awesome job packing our belongings. They were prompt courteous and efficient in handling what was going to be an overwhelming task for us. Great team work with the entire crew.

How they have a high rating is beyond me. They are trying to charge $1,800 for an estimate ONLY on a room that is no more than 200 sq ft. They did a partial tear out in the room, only the 2 walls and only 2 feet from the floor. That is ALL they have done. Now they are wanting an additional $6,000. Then there is the fact that they never call back, they are never available and they hang up on you when you ask for an itemized bill. Servpro has less than a 50% rating throughout the entire country. To top it all off, I am now getting involved. Why, because they have done all this to my parents who are in their early 80’s and my dad is a Korean War veteran. This is how they treat the elderly and Veterans! What a disgrace! This has all been going on for 2 months. Still NO itemized bill. Now for the kicker. The estimate from start to finish is $10k and they want to be paid $7,800 for less than a half days work. Myself, a homeowner and landlord. Have had to handle only 2 situations with water damage. Neither one was handled unprofessionally. Not only that, they collected a deposit before work was started after they got insurance verification. This is unlawful! They SCAM the elderly and the elderly Veterans! The end result is. They are trying to charge the cost for the ENTIRE remodel from start to finish when they have done MAYBE $1,500 of work! This company is a SCAM! Stay away!The picture shows what they have don along 2 walls. One wall at 15ft long and the other is only 10 ft. Took them just a couple of hours. They hav done NOTHING else! I have never seen such a RIP OFF in my entire life!

Fernanda and Nayeli did a fantastic job on our pack up. Very friendly and very efficient.

Karla, Fernanda, and Nef were my hero’s when they came to Tiny Blessings Preschool. They did a fantastic job after a big flood that caused a huge nightmare. They went above and beyond on making sure the classrooms were clean for my students.

Overall I was impressed with the work that Casey, Manny, Jason and Ivan performed. They are very professional and highly recommend

They definitely turned a terrible day around. The staff at Servpro were efficient and knowledgeable. Wyatt, Jason, and Omar are the best in the game.

Eulises , Brandon, Noe, Chris, Joe, and Gel were the best movers EVER!! They were most courteous and very professional! They did things for me that were above and beyond expectations. They took their time making everything just right and were very patient with my approval!! Thank You!! Thank You!

We had a small kitchen fire that caused extensive smoke damage. Our claims adjuster sent Servpro to our home to review the damage and clean. Ulysses did a great job supervising and kept us informed as to what the next step would be. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Jessica and Karla did an excellent job packing up our personal belongings. They treated our home as if it were theirs. I would highly recommend Servpro to our friends and family.

This chair had stains and grime from years of use by my three boys, now teens. In an effort to save it, I called ServPro. They were wonderful and encouraged me to bring it in for them to clean. The chair came out totally rejuvenated and stain free. Employees were so efficient in unloading and loading my car, making sure I was happy with the job, and even handing me a ziplock bag with a gold chain necklace one of my sons dropped in there! Integrity and professionalism is why I am now scheduling them to come clean my carpets and other upholstered items in my home.

Fernanda and Desiree were great and easy going with the services and cleaning they provided. Furthermore I would also like to acknowledge their great customer service including making sure all was properly picked up and cleaned. We will definitely stay in touch with ServPro for future services.

Ulises, Jessica, Carla, Anna where amazing helping moving our furniture back into our home and cleaning. They were here when my house burnt down 11 months ago, to see them again was amazing! They are so sweet and helpful they have done a amazing job!!! Thank you !!

Jon and Wyatt were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and fast! They really helped in what is normally a stressful situation as we navigated insurance and a messy house. Their communication was excellent too since we had lots of questions! I highly recommend but hope we don’t need them again. :)

Very competent employees. My Carpets look wonderful!!! Even the ones that are 27 years old.I liked the fact that young ladies did my job. Ms. CARLA & Ms. Fernando worked as a VERY good team.Job completed in two and a half hours. Machinery used was wonderful. No wet hoses all over the house!!

Very frustrating at first with the scheduling and rescheduling. The first trip the machine did not work but they pulled one from another job to complete. The second day for the carpet cleaning started off great until my home had no water. They were able to go get water down the road to complete the job. Brandon, Ulises, and Jessica were very apologetic about all the instances and friendly.

John, Wyatt, & Angela have been a Godsend. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I am so thankful to have had their help in getting through this water flooding my home. I cant recommend them enough!

Everyone was very nice and professional. An appointment was made in a very timely manner and the staff were very knowledgable of exactly what we needed for our floors. After an appointment was made, the person who came to clean our carpets was punctual, quick and thorough.We had our carpets cleaned in three rooms and in just a couple of hours the carpets were completed in a thorough manner.If you are looking for prompt professional and thorough carpet cleaning, I would Highly recommend Servpro.

Ive dealt with a lot of restoration companies (house flooded during Hurricane Harvey, Ike) and I would not trust anyone other than Servpro of Lufkin & Nacogdoches to take care of my needs. They are not only compassionate & professional, but their knowledge of how to navigate insurance claims made things extremely simple. They took a lot off my plate while I was in a stressful situation & I made this process so simple with me. No questions asked, Id recommend them to my family & friends.

Last week our house flooded. We tried calling multiple companies to get help with the cleanup process, but they were all booked and couldnt handle any more jobs. Servpro was unlike any other company we spoke to. They were also booked here in Missouri, but instead of turning us down, within 24 hours they had a team fly in from Lufkin to pick up the slack. They were affordable, polite, and extremely helpful with every step of the cleanup process! Not once did it feel like they were trying to take advantage of us and they took care of everything! We highly recommend Servpro to anyone!

I work at a hotel in Columbus Ohio and just wanted to give a shout out to two of the most wonderful guests we have recently had the pleasure of hosting in our upstairs restaurant and hotel! ServPro and its employees have been such a great impact on our local community. I always see them at events and sponsoring teams to help give back! Patrick, Candice, & the rest of the crew are AWESOME!

We are in Wisconsin and had significant water damage in our basement due to recent heavy, record-breaking rainfall here. Local Servpro brought in folks from Servpro locations all over the country to help. Less than 24 hours after I called, Patrick and Candice from Servpro of Lufkin, TX arrived at our door. Very knowledgeable, assessed our situation, gave us clear instructions, advice, and much reassurance. We didnt need their services beyond this evaluation, as wed already done much of the clean up ourselves. I would highly recommend if youre looking for folks you can trust who will take the time to work with you and who wont push services you dont need. If we had needed more assistance, I would not have hesitated to hire them!

What a wonderful group! They were absolute Rockstars for the drying and wreck out of the damage flooring. They communicated with me regularly and kept me informed of everything they were doing and why. ServPro always contacted me ahead of time before they arrived to give me plenty of time to get home to meet them, which was much appreciated. When the process was over and they were packing out their equipment one of them tracked in a little bit of dirt. It wasnt anything major, I wasnt going to say anything and take care of it myself. The agent noticed what had happened, grabbed the broom and took care of it. I consider that above and beyond service.

We had major water damage due to a burst water pipe in our kitchen ceiling. ServPro came promptly after a quick phone call and immediately began removing wet insulation from the attic, taking out ruined wet flooring, opening up discrete ventilation holes in wet walls, and installing fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate the damage. They also handled all arrangements for repairs, working with my insurance adjustor to get repairs completed as soon as possible. All employees are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make a horrible home tragedy a little less stressful. I highly recommend calling ServPro for help restoring your home after a disaster!
