Had a number of different things fixed on my truck all at once, and it was great and convenient that they were able to get it done in one day. While nobody likes to spend money on auto repairs, I found them quite reasonable, and my old pickup runs better than it has in years. Im very happy with the service, workmanship, and end result. I endorse them, and more importantly, I will go back whenever we need auto repairs in the future.

Reliable, honest, with fair pricing, they do not try to up-charge you or take advantage of you. They explain everything to you and do not try to blindside you with unnecessary extras like many places. Great staff and service

HONEST!! Called to see about getting my transmission flushed. David was very honest and recommended I not get it flushed as it has very high mileage. I had heard this previously elsewhere. My vehicle does not have a dip stick for the transmission. I really wanted to get my car checked as soon as I could. I was able to drop it off and during the day when there was a chance they would take a look at it. David contacted me before anything was done and let me know what the cost would be. He called me back later to tell me, they just checked it and it was full, no need to top off. In driving it, they did find I needed to get one of my front wheel bearing replaced soon and was thankful for the observation. I was impressed with the service and the price. Really appreciate the hard working people that serve our community.Will definitely bring them my vehicle again!!

Relatively new to the area and have been going to another shop. Decided to try another place due to poor communication, quality of work, etc.Great communication, actually talk and answer questions without acting put out. Honest and fair pricing. So glad I found a shop this good.

We were traveling and in a hurry when an issue came up with our car. Everyone here was very nice and helpful! Super quick service and honest! So hard to find these days. Wish we lived closer so we could bring all our cars here, highly recommend!

Service is great. Prices are competitive. Why 3 stars? The waiting room is too small, 4 chairs, nowhere to sit. No masks being worn. Overflow goes outside with 2 benches, no backs . Was there on 7/29. 105 heat index. Little too hot, little too long. Tire service was great!

I visited the shop today to get a flat fixed. The shop is clean and welcoming, the service was quick, and the price was great!I felt completely comfortable in this repair shop, which doesnt always happen when youre a woman. Im glad Ive found a place I can trust that is a local business.

Hands down the most honest , affordable mechanic shop! I just had my car looked at by Angelina Tire and Automotive. I dealt with Dillon (hope I got his name right) and he was very pleasant and professional to talk to. The only regret is that Im going back to the Austin area and wont be able to keep this shop as my full time mechanics ☹️. Im seriously thinking of having my family drive here just for an honest checkup on their cars!! No kidding! Thank you very much Angelina Automotive!!

One of our customers was traveling through Lufkin and had an issue with her car, she was very concerned, I contacted Dillon and had her bring her car by, they quickly inspected it and made a repair for her at no charge to get her happy and on her way safely. Thank you so much for caring for people the way you guys do. They went above and beyond for our customer from the Houston Area. Thanks again.

Had my appointment at 1pm they send me reminders everyday before my appointment if I don’t make it, it would be a $30 charge I get there before 1pm fill out paperwork and still having to wait 45 min what’s the point in having a appointment for if I’m still going to have to wait

Just went there to get the tires I ordered put on my car, called this morning to make sure they were in.... after about an hour of standing there dilly dallying the employee realized she had accidentally sold my tires to another customer. They were scamming me on pricing as well. They wouldn’t tell me how much the oil change cost. Told me the total cost. Then told me the oil change was 65, but they were actually trying to charge me a little over 100. Byeeeee.I’ll get my tires, oil change and inspection done elsewhere.

I called for the price before hand and thats what I paid when they were done! he did warn me of a different possible problem before they started that would be expensive. they inspected and fixed the problem in an hour, i know that not always possible but i do appreciate that i didnt have to make a second appointment. Probably going to be our regular mechanic 👍

This used to be the only place Id go for all of my car needs but after this experience I will never go back!! First we found out that the mark up on their parts was ridiculously high (and I understand things get marked up for profit, but Im talking they were buying the same part you could buy from a parts store in town and marking it up double). The person we talked to was not helpful, and then after we paid for our vehicle back and they were supposed to leave it out front they didnt! I will not go back, and its a shame because I thought these were goodhearted people who did an amazing job.

I had an emergency with my car and they were able to get it in the very next day!!

I have been going to Angelina Tire since it opened. They always do their best to help the customer and offer options to get the most for your money. They know their customers by name and regular customers are like extended family.
