I have exclusively used Turner and Witt since summer of 2023 and have been very satisfied. They have serviced my HVAC system, installed new shower mixing valves and faucets, installed new toilets, and other plumbing work for our older home. No job is beneath them, and each of their employees always takes their time to ensure I understand the situation, all of my options, and are very respectful. They show up on time, are professional and respectful. You cannot go wrong with this group! I recommend them to anyone and they are my first call when I need service.

Damage to my truck following their service truck 2 vehicles back on loop 289 at 50th street in Lubbock on Valentine’s Day as a huge amount of trash blew out of the back of their open bed service truck. That trash hit about 6 vehicles behind that driver. Driver needs to pay attention and secure his load before getting on the roadway. Disgusting how little attention employees pay to things they haul in the back of their truck. SECURE YOUR LOAD. These trucks and cars are expensive. I’m sure this plumber doesn’t give a damn about your plumbing as they damn sure don’t care about what blows out of the back of their trucks. That was obvious as he lost his whole load of debris on the loop and never even slowed down

We had a hot water heater go out, so we called Turner & Witt, and they never disappoint. They were out the same day within hours to replace it and it was affordable for what most charge in the area. After they change out our hot water heater I did have a question and called the tech that replaced it, he was so kind to answer my question and even offered to come back and show me. I always will recommend Turner & Witt to family & friends.

I used turner & witt plumbing and they were outstanding. Very responsive when I called and made an appointment, we’re able to get to my leak in a timely manner and charged me a fair amount for the work. Staff was friendly from when I called all the way to the tech that completed the job. Will highly recommend them to all family and friends.

We had a blocked sewer line which Neal and Taylor Turner tried to clear but correctly identified the problem as in the citys portion of the line. Their charge was quite reasonable. The city workers came out quickly and unblocked their line. But two toilets developed leaks around the base. Taylor came back out to fix the repair that a friend had tried unsuccessfully to make. He efficiently fixed what could have been very costly repair. His charge was very fair again considering the time and work involved. Very satisfied!

Im very happy with the service they provided. A previous company came out to inspect our unit when we thought it wasnt working. They were quick to tell us our whole AC system needed to be replaced and quoted us for a unit wayyy overpriced. Luckily we called Turner and Witt. They came out, thoroughly inspected the inside and outside units and found NOTHING wrong. Our AC worked fine, it just simply couldnt keep up likely from our poor insulation in the house and its slightly undersized. They gave us good advice and did not try to sell anything! These are honest folks, reasonably priced and I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you Turner and Witt for your expertise and honest customer service!

Every member of the Turner and Witt team was polite and eager to help. The technician did a great job fixing the leak under our sink and replacing our disposal. The rotten egg/sewer smell is gone.

AC decided to die on a Friday afternoon JUST before record heat hit LBB that Saturday AND my in-laws were arriving in town for the weekend because of COURSE! Why wouldnt it die then?! :-)Called Turner & Witt late on a Friday and their receptionist answered the call and was friendly and kind (despite it being after 5pm). She was also up-front and direct about the extra cost associated with weekend calls--which I really appreciated. We decided to gut out the heat and call again on Monday. D and Joel arrived on time, figured out that the motor on the unit was dying and had it fixed in under 2hrs for under $250 parts/labor.D and Joel were both incredibly professional and kind as they chatted with me and my partner as they diagnosed the issue with our unit.Would absolutely do business with Turner & Witt again--though I do hope the timing on any future AC failure is better!

This is the second time I have called this service. First time was to fix a leaky faucet. They not only fixed the Outside leaky faucet but installed a kitchen faucet in under an hour. This last time was to install a whole house water filter. Great job and more than fare prices.

I cant thank Turner & Witt enough for always making us a priority! We came in today & our air conditioner was out at the office. The Texas heat is hot in June. They got here quickly & repaired in 10 mins. Thank you for taking care of us!

We called for someone to look at our A/C on a Wednesday and was told the soonest time would be Friday morning at 930am. At 1045am 2 plumbers showed up that werent able to diagnose anything thinking we had a plumbing problem. They made a phone call and said someone was on their way. 3 hours later no one had shown up, we called back around 145 and the lady said she was sending someone which NEVER happened! Dont bother with this company.

Service team was great but the receptionist Karen Turner was awful! She does not display great customer service. I received a call back for an appointment time to be scheduled. She relayed to me that they could be there first thing in the morning at 9. I told her that that would be fine as long as they were here right at 9 so that someone would be home in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with work. She then asked me how can you ask someone to be there right at a certain time? I kindly asked to her to not take what I was about to say offensive and the proceeded to explain to her that if a company or business schedules an appointment then I would hope and expect them to honor it she then got upset and tried to play down the situation. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and he was not there. I then proceeded to get her bosses name and number and she informed me of the bosses name and then rudely imformed me her name and went on to say that she was the mother of the boss. Whether or not an individual is related to the boss that does not give them the right to belittle and treat others rudely and I will not be giving a company that encourages this behavior my business.

I was told I would get my ducts checked on my A\C on Monday morning and the service men did not show at all or even call to inform me of running late. I waited at home to meet them all morning and it was a waste of time for me. I will call another company to see if I can get it done. Just a call would have been just fine.

Called in with an A/C issue around 2:30pm. The crew had it diagnosed and fixed before 7:00 pm the same day, even after normal business hours. Pricing was also incredibly fair. That’s top notch service!! Thank you Dee!

I called for an estimate over the phone. The woman gave me a price rage. I decided not to use them because I found someone cheaper. I did not make an appointment for them to come to the house or anything! They billed me for the job!!! They did not come out to the house and do the work!!

These guys are the best. Ive known them to be called out to heaters not working. When theyd show up, it would turn out that its just a pilot that was out. Theyd not even charge the customer. Really good group of people. Very honest.

I had a leak in my alley just past the meter. the company sent out a plumber, helped diagnose the problem, gave me an accurate quote and then fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very professional.

Neal was extremely professional and personable. He diagnosed and remediated the problem in my AC condenser quickly and effectively. Great people to do business with!

So impressed with how professional these guys were. They called before they came, came when they said they would, and when I told them that my toddler was asleep in the room next to the bathroom they were working on they both literally whispered through the entire job so that she wouldnt wake up--I appreciate that SO MUCH!

Was promised 3 times that they would be out to fix my a/c. Took off work and waited. They never showed and never called.

Very untrustworthy dishonest company installed my new AC unit 3 years ago came back last year because it was low on Freon and filled it and said they were going to come check for leak never did so of course this summer it was low again so now they want to charge me $180 because they didnt fix their own mistake that is just really poor service will never call again and definitely will never recommend to anybody

Worst experience with a company ever Ive gotten better service at McDonalds.

When my heater when out this last winter Turner and Witt were very helpful to get it back up and running. I dont know what I would have done without them!
