Josh was very polite. He ensured our ice machine was throughly clean and that there was not any contamination left in the machine before leaving.

Tri point came out quickly and diagnosed the issue with ease. They explained the problem and told us what they would need to fix it. They offered to send a bid to us asap. We have been very happy with all the service we have received from Tri Point. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

Tri-Point has been great. Ice machine has worked consistently over the past year and a half. We had to have a service and a cleaning in the past 3 weeks. The lady on the phone was very helpful and very nice. She got all my information and got our help call out very quickly. The technician, Stacy, showed up not too long after that and got right to work. He determined the main issue and came up with a solution. He also found a couple of other thing a that needed to be fixed and recommended solutions to those as well. He explained what he was doing and how he was doing it and kept our team informed of everything he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently and got our walk in up and running again. He was very good at his job and very nice as well. I will definitely Recommend him to other companies that need this type of service. Overall, extremely happy with the service call.

From a service perspective they were fine. However, Its hard to look passed that fact that I am paying such a steep bill when there wasnt actually a problem. My thermometer still reads almost 60 degrees and what I had wished I had done before I called them was put another thermometer in to see if it truly was that high. A simple test shows me that its just a bad thermometer at the back of my fridge and I guess as professionals in the industry it seems they would have thought to check that first before ordering an expensive part and doing so much labor.

This service and cleaning appointment was worth every penny in my mind, all because of Bill. He was prompt in arriving and was very nice and polite. He checked everything out, front to back. Tri Point was amazing. Their technician was extremely conscientious. He repaired our ice machine & did a long overdue cleaning. He definitely went above & beyond. One of the best service experiences. Not only did Brian the service tech, arrive on time, he was able to get my ice machines up and running. He troubleshooted an ongoing issue with my Hoshizaki crushed ice maker. No other service company I’d used in the past took the time to figure it out. Brian left no mess. The commercial ice maker went out at my office and we had Paul from TriPoint come out as our “second opinion,” since the first serviceman from a different company basically told us to trash the whole thing and buy a new one (for close to $3000). Within a few hours Paul had not only diagnosed the problem on our machine but had it fixed and making ice again!! All for a very small portion of the price we expected! Booking was easy, they had great customer service and came out within hours of my inquiry call. We will be using TriPoint again for future appliance needs and I would highly recommend them to others. Look no further for your appliance repairs - use TriPoint!
