Joe helped us out to see what was going on with our heating system. He had a phenomenal attitude and explained what was going on thoroughly. He took a look around and made some suggestions on what can be done. He was very informative and represented the company in a professional manner. He set us up with an appointment to get an estimate on some things we were interested in. And he kept in contact with us to confirm date and times.For our estimates Mr. Scott helped us out. He took a look at our situation and within minutes gave us his professional advice and estimate on what would be needed to achieve the results we wanted. Now if I can convince the misses to stay close to home these holidays, we should be able to get some work done to the house before Xmas. Other than that our experience was awesome, informative and we felt comfortable with all our advice given. Thank you guys.

Weve had a couple of issues in the last month with our unit we purchased about 3 years ago, and they have been very quick to fix it. They have always been incredibly quick to respond to our calls, even after hours. Their technicians are always prompt with their appointments, very friendly, and we have never had any issues when it comes to payment. Would definitely recommend!

Wanted a serviced said it was 250.00 per lbs for r22 thats a ripp off! Thanks for nothing.had it fixed for 300.00 from Carlin services the next day.

I’m always treated so great by everyone at this company. Every effort is made to get my problems taken care of ASAP. Lorain is always so friendly and helpful on the phone and Jim was my technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My ac was up and running in no time.

I had a humidifier installed on my furnace. Scott helped me with all the details and didn’t pressure me in any way. Joe did a great job on the installation and talked me through operation. He always cleans up after his work. I’m very satisfied.

Bill did repairs on the toilets, which I had plumbing problems in October. Bill made 3 trips. Come close to having sewer line replaced but Bill suggested to run a camera to see whats wrong. Leak Tech came out Bill wanted to be here to see what was going on with the sewer line. Sure enough it was damaged in alley.He knows his job & has great knowledge. Great job Bill.And thank you Connie for the phone tag we did on this crazy issues with the City.P.S. City fixed the damaged pipe & still waiting on the reimbursement.Thank you all at Gibson 👍👍👍👋

Initially, I bought a Groupon for my moms heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my moms, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldnt tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isnt working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mothers house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, hes telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, Im calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

I first heard about Gibson Pluming when they donated to a charity event 10 years ago. I have since used their services for the past 9 years, from snaking lines, installing a tankless water heater, installing new faucets, regular hvac maintenance, new sewage lines, and even installing a micro power guard filter with UV light for very clean air. Im very appreciative of their consistent services, and my heating/cooling/and plumbing for my 60s home is the very best it can be. Very professional service and trustworthy individuals.

I had a new HVAC system installed and the experience was one of the best. Scott Gibson was one of many HVAC quotes I received and he was very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to talk to. They won out because of the overall value, from the efficient system to the warranty, parts, labor and maintenance program. Their installers Joe Olguin and Jim Adams were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They worked around a part issue, which was not of their making, and stayed until my system was up and running and made sure everything was perfect. They are definitely an asset to the company. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Gibson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I am sure that I will use them again for any HVAC or Plumbing needs.

Great experience from the the initial call to the office to the AC technician coming to the house. Kudos to Joe who worked on 2 of our systems this week. He did a great job and was extremely courteous and helpful.

I have used this business many times over many years, they have always given us good service and a timely response. The only negative is the amount they charge per hour. In the future I will try a less expensive plumbing service.

I have been using Gibson’s for 8 years now. I have become irritated with them now since they can’t seem to make me a definite service call date. They call and tell me they have to bump me. And today’s appointment was a no show for 8AM.

Gibson came out and gave me a bid on a tankless water heater after I saw the ad on TV. They installed the unit the same day. I have chronic pain and need a long hot shower. My new tankless water heater never runs out of hot water. Very pleased with the professionalism and installation process.
