These guys are the absolute best! Im in the Dallas area and do as much as I can to help my parents in Sundown. Cody has answered my every call - even after hours to schedule services for my parents. Shawn has been out on both calls and has the patience of a Saint - (mom is hard hearing and daddy has dementia) - My parents can sometimes be a handful! Mom has complimented him each time. We have been having an issue with our womens bathroom for months - if not years - where, without provocation, water will suddenly flood all over the floor and into the carpeted hallway! Cody came out and located what he believes to be the problem. Out of all the plumbers whove come out for this exact issue, none of them stated what Cody thinks is causing this very expensive problem. (I say expensive because of all the plumber visits and carpet cleanings we have paid for over the last 2 years.) In addition, Cody was very polite and respectful, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We will be receiving a quote on this new problem and will, without doubt, have F3 fix the problem for good.

They were punctual and got the job done. However they left a mess which I have no problem cleaning but then they billed me over $800 to install two faucets which we purchased before hand and reseal my toilet. Would not have used them had I known how expensive they were.

CODY came out to look at our hot water heater. We thought something was wrong with it. He looked at it just said we have some temperatures off a little bit, but it was working He corrected the temperatures and make sure everything was working correctly. I have a home warranty and my water heater was acting up. The warranty company picked F3 Plumbing to come fix it. He came by to look at it and needed to get a part for the job. Dalton installed 2 mini splits in my home shop and it is the most comfortable shop I’ve ever stepped foot into. We just added 2k sqft of comfortable living space by having the shop heated and cooled.The quality and customer service are top notch. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were in process of buying a house and asked them to scope the entire house to check the water lines. They said it was all good except one section in the backyard but everything in the house was fine. We had the section the recommended replaced, then bought the house. Two weeks after closing our whole house flooded and water was seeping up from under the kitchen floor. When I called them and told them this their tech’s answer was “everything looked fine to me”. I called another plumbing company to come re-scope it. The other company said “it was too dirty to scope at all” then they cleaned it and found a busted pipe underneath my kitchen floor. F3 plumbing’s mistake and lack of a quality thorough inspection has cost us thousands of dollars so far and is still not fixed. It’s been a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend F3 to my worst enemy. The least they could’ve done was offered an to inspect it after I told them our house flooded. Instead they sent a tech to tell us “looks good to me” and charged us another 83 dollars for that. Completely terrible and unacceptable.

My sister was having similar issues and had called two different plumbing companies to attempt a fix. Both said they could only fix with lots of money and major overhaul. I told her to call F3…problem solved in short order. No big money or major overhaul needed. Just a smart plumber that will take the time to problem solve. F3 cares about the customer! Give them a call…I will never call anyone else!!!3/6/24: So, this time we needed them to diagnose a problem with low pressure and inconsistent hot water. No problem for F3!!

We had problems in our kids bathroom, and we called another company out and they priced us something outrageous, that included ripping up parts of my floor and a huge hassle for our family. I used Flatland for an issue I was having with my thermostat and inconsistent heating/cooling throughout my house. They were able to replace a very outdated thermostat, help me set it up and connect to my phone along with making adjustments to my system by putting dampers on my vents to create a consistent flow of air throughout the house. Flatland H&C made me feel very informed on what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the issues in my system and not a bunch of fluff in order to make a sale. Wow!!! Just bought a house and went to turn on the ac an no cold air. Called Flatland at 10am and Dalton said he could be here at 130! Wamm! Bamm! He had the problem diagnosed before 2! He fixed the issue but unfortunately there was no gas in the lines. I know what you’re thinking “ha they got this guy!” But he kindly took me and demonstrated that there was no gas. Dalton is a trustworthy dude. And when I say that I mean I would trust him with my sister!!! Him and Garrett went above and beyond to get the job done. This company was hired by my rental company. The plumber showed up an hour late. Never returned to complete the job that I needed done in order to get my gas on.
