Excellent service! We had our washer outlet box replaced due to corrosion. The technicians were quick and efficient. They even put my washer in hooked it up and ran it for a short cycle to ensure everything was working correctly and we wouldn’t have any issues. Highly recommend!

They had someone out to check my water heater within 2 hours. I was a little shocked at the cost to replace, but Im obviously a little out of touch.The service was great and they had the new water heater installed in no time. The guys were very sweet and professional. I will use them again.

Earl’s did an exceptional job yet again. We had a gas leak at our house: They came same day and fixed it. We are thankful to have such a wonderful company like Earl’s in our community!

The male & his female helper were friendly & courteous. Called them to get a drain to run faster. The problem I have with this visit is their mess. Water & drain yuck. 1. they should have used a sheet of plastic to protect the under-sink cabinet floor & kitchen floor. Lots of water inside cabinet base. They cleaned up as best as they could. 2. did you ever hear of a plumber truck that didnt have a bucket to catch water in? Me either, but yeah, it happened. Thats why there was so much water issues. They did the best they could with no plastic and no bucket, but...cmon guys.

I called the office this morning and Luis was here about 4:00. He changed the blower fan and had me complete by 5:30 He did an excellent job and very nice. He also checked the freon levels while he was here.

I have the home warranty. Put in a service request in the evening online and got confirmation of an appointment for the next day shortly after.Plumbers arrived around 9am the following morning to unclog my kitchen sink. It was rainy and wet out and they were respectful to not drag in mud onto my carpet.Took them about 30 minutes to get the clog resolved. They left the area as clean as they found it.

Trey was a gentleman and a professional (as well as his team). They diagnosed the problem quickly, offered the solutions, communicated the situations to myself and the tenant of the rental clearly, and executed the work with care and quality in mind. I highly recommend Earl’s Plumbing and a big thanks to Trey and his team.

We had a new ceiling fan that wasnt working correctly with the remote , and Earls electrician figured out it was a faulty ceiling fan. He went and purchased a new one and came back a second day to reinstall the new one and made sure all electrical systems were good. Furnace was not working. Since the unit was age of house, I was worried we would need a new unit. They were very nice and professional. We only needed a new plug for the furnace cord. I am so happy I called them. They definitely the best!

Cory and Matt were very friendly, informative and hard working! They repaired a very difficult water line leak which required digging through massive tree roots. This was close to a sidewalk and gate in back yard. The mud was hard to work in and made a huge mess but when they were done they cleaned and washed the space so you couldn’t even tell they had been here! It was amazing and much appreciated!!

Jonathan was right on time. Worked around several nineties in the drain and got it cleared pretty quick. Very courteous guy. Great job!

Duct Work / Adding Return; I wish there had have been better communication between the technician who assessed my issues and the team that repaired my issues. I was very clear on what repairs/tasks were to be performed but the repair team was not. Had I not been there, at the very least they would have had to make a return trip. They were not aware of at least 1 of the tasks on the docket.

Had them come out to look at a heater. Staff and repairman were friendly. The repairman diagnosed the issue and temporarily fixed it. Price was incredibly high for the gentleman hitting a valve open. Probably won’t use their services again.

Having a sewer line backed up and overflowing is never any fun. But when its due to the malicious vandalism of a disgruntled tenant on the day youre giving end of Life Care to your loved one, it can be seemingly catastrophic.I called Earls Plumbing and Becky had me on the schedule ASAP. When Drew and a helper arrived they went straight to work with such professionalism and intent. They had the problem resolved in less time than it took me to rant about my tenant to Becky. HaPricing was very fair. They even replaced damaged sewer clean-out cap at no cost.I truly appreciate Earls Plumbing for not only the great service but the genuine caring spirit.
