I had a plumbing emergency that couldnt wait. This was the only place that was able to get someone to my house the same day. They were actually at my house within an hour. Both individuals were friendly, professional and quick to fix the problem. The price was affordable, especially for it being an after hour call. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed.

Zack and Case were very professional and honest. He came out, got my water heater fixed, and was honest about everything going on. Us as people deserve the best of the best when it comes to public service and these guys are it. Highly recommend!

I was in a rough spot with my water heater, and had water turned off in the house. I called Black Plumbing who had me in contact with a scheduler ASAP. The rep who came onsite, Travis, was very knowledgeable and professional. I had bought wrong parts, and had a very substandard setup that he fixed incredibly quickly.I thought the cost was incredibly reasonable, and I will probably use Black Plumbing exclusively moving forward.

Dan came out within 15 minutes and took really great care of me. My plumbing issue is now fixed!!! He was so nice and polite and answered my questions promptly!! I will be calling them again!!!

We had a hot water slab leak. Buddy & his crew came out, very quickly, & had it repaired in 5 hours. We are very grateful for their professional expertise.They took the time to clean up the sheet rock dust & made sure everything was in working order.I can’t praise them enough.

Not up front about cost. As it was I was paying overtime rate at 225 per hour. After he did 45 minutes of work he then told me he was going to charge me for 1.5 hours because he starts his billing from when he leaves his house. I was not told about this ahead of time or I would have gone with the first service I spoke with. Not using them again.

Had a massive plumbing issue at my bar this evening. Late night, Saturday night. Zack was a total pro and knocked it out in record time and kept us moving and grooving. I’m forever grateful!

They promptly responded to my email and came out that morning. The techs were knowledgeable and polite. My reason for the average rating is based on my opinion that they should have anticipated the parts needed and brought those with them as I am a rural customer. I told them it is a mobile home. Had they asked or if the email had allowed, I could have provided a picture of the connection that was leaking. I had to pay time and mileage for the trip to Lubbock and back to get the part.

We had our sewer line inspected. Dan was incredibly helpful and took time to make sure that I understood everything. His honesty and expertise were apparent.

On a Saturday evening no less, Zach called me back within minutes of placing my panicked call to the company. He showed up when he said he would, was incredibly professional and accommodating to my endless questions. He took his time, never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get out of there. Super appreciative of his time and efforts.

I had a water leak in my backyard and called Black Plumbing and they came right out and fixed it. Very nice people. Thankful they came right away..

These guys are great! Came out when a pipe burst in the wall... were there within an hour and got it fixed!2 days later, we had a stopped up drain.... the technician came out and cut that unplugged within an hour as well. Thank you Black Plumbing!

Ive used Black Plumbering for years for our rental property. We are a military family and not in town to take care of our tenants directly, but I always know theyll be well taken care of when I call. Todays visit was no exception. Conner was very thorough in his description of our problem and walked me through the issues we were having to include the description of how he would be able to fix it and what the cost would be. I truly am grateful to have such a wonderful company to rely on!

It was easy to schedule an appointment, showed up before the appointment time, the job was done in 20 minutes, cost $164. They must have a HUGE overhead, or charge you for the time it took to get the $10 part at HomeDepot.

Had the best experience from this company and their crew! Everyone I encountered from the first phone call to the service crew were really professional, quality, and easy to trust! I will recommend them to everyone I know and will use them forever on! Thank you for saving the day!

Saturday 11-25-23 one day after Thanksgiving.This is a second instance and Great service once again.I had a problem with my septic line being clogged between the house & septic tank. I called Black plumbing service number and a plumbing tech(David) called me back to verify my address. He came to my residence within 30 minutes. I explained the backup & line situation and David resolved the clog within 20 minutes upon arriving. I previously had a problem over a year ago and Black Plumbing resolved the issue in a timely manner. I still give them a full 5 star rating.Lane arrived on time. Very peronable and professional. I showed him my symptoms of toilets and rubs not draining. He immediately knew what to do. He dislodged an obstruction in the drain line going to septic tank.I was very pleasded with his prompt problem solving. He provided a friendly and professional service. I would recommend Black Plummings service and I would call them for future service if needed to.Thanks to Lane, of Black Plumming of Lubbock.

We had a terrible leak in our front yard, it was already 9:30 pm on a Sunday night. The gentleman that came and did the work for us was very patient, friendly, and absolutely went above our expectations. I would recommend this business over and over. Was not disappointed!

I called Black plumbing for the first time to get bath tubs unstopped. I own a duplex and the tubs are back to back. They did explain that it was $120.00 per hour and if it went over one hour it would be more. They did tell me that it was $120.00 per hour plus permits and equipment. I was not told that it was an extra $30.00 per hour for a helper. I did not ask for a helper and feel like I was taken advantage of with the extra charge. It was not explained to me that a charge would be added on for a snake. Not sure how you would clean a drain out without using a snake. That charge was an extra 25.00. Please be ware of all the extra charges they can tack on. They offer no warranty on plumbing stoppages so if they move the stoppage down the line and it stops up again it will be a brand new call. If they could have been honest with me from the start I probably would use them again but now with the dishonesty I will not call Black Plumbing again. Ann Haller

Waste of time and money wont use them again on a duplex water heater.... basically came and fixed nothing the guy didnt even want to get on his knees to check a water heater. He took more time writing a ticket for the bill than he did checking the water heater....problem not taken care of!!!

Set up appointment quickly to check on blocked sewer. We’re thorough and very professional and it ended up actually being led costly than anticipated. Would gladly call again.

The sewer started backing up in our showers on a Sunday evening. We called 4 different plumbers but Jason from Black Plumbing is the only one that responded to us. He immediately called me back and showed up when he said he would. He explained what he found and was very kind and professional. I know who to call first next time.

They arrived the same day as the water tank of the toilet was running constantly. They fixed it in no time. They were professional, responsive and respectful. We will call them again and again - nobody else is as good as they are! God bless!!

Only plumbing co Ill use. I had them install a new toilet flange a while back. Well the bolts came un bolted ..hey stuff happens sometimes. Anyway I called them and they were at my house within 30 min to fix it. No joke

First time to use them and will use them again. I ran over our neighbors gas meter and they were kind enough to get here and see if there was a leak that was caused by my carelessness. There was not a leak caused by me, but they did find one at their house. There is a reason for everything that happens and, although this was my mistake, I feel that my running over the meter happened for a reason! Thank you.

Black Plumbing has come out quickly when we need them. They are prompt, courteous and reasonable.
