We had a slab leak that needed to be repaired asap, and Armstrong was able to come out the same day and perform the leak detection. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get the issue resolved and the repairs made efficiently. They prioritized our repair and cared about helping us get the water back on. We will absolutely use Armstrong again and highly recommend!

I contacted Armstrong about my issue. The earliest slot was not available until the next day. The dispatcher asked if a spot opened up, they would call. 30 minutes later, a spot did open and the 2 knowledgeable electricians showed up within 1 hour of me contacting Armstrong. Estimate came in at a very affordable price to complete the needed repairs. Would recommend to anyone needing some electrical work done.

Everything went well with the work gentleman did checking the filters and replacing them. However, they left the roof access door open. I went into the janitors closet where the roof access door is and I felt the wind and cold. I have attacked a couple pictures of the open access.

Armstrong is a life saver . They are very friendly, detail oriented, courteous, willing to assist, affordable. I have used their company multiple times for plumbing and insulation and I am always blown away by their service. Great company !

Great people, and extremely knowledgeable! Armstrong had technicians at my house the same day, and a little over two hours later, I was back in business. Ive said this is a previous review of this company - I cant think of a single reason to call any heating and air conditioning company other than Armstrong!

Had problem with HVAC blowing fuses. It was between 18 and 25 degrees when the heat pump blew the first time. Called Armstrong and they sent out two outstanding electricians Damon and Andrew. The fuses were replaced and heat restored in little time.The rates charged for coming last minute and on a holiday surprised my wife and I. I told them they didnt charge enough, but happily paid what they were asking.

Weve used Armstrong throughout the years and they have always been responsive and their work is top notch. Domingo came out on Saturday to work on our AC and provided excellent service. He inspected everything, explained everything he was doing, and was able to identify the issue and get everything working. Great service and a quality job.

Jeremy Díaz helped us out in a jam late on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable, respectful and very quick response. Couldn’t have asked for more- glad to have employees like Jeremy solve my plumbing problems! When there’s issues that need fixing, Armstrong is my first call.

I appreciate their help in informing me about how the gas company stopped the gas and that I would need to call them to get my heating and water heater working again. Though, I do think a $90 charge just to be told that there was a lock on the gas meter is excessive. I do understand that they took the time to come and it is due to my ignorance. Nonetheless, they did respond quickly and address the issue.

I found my backyard being flooded early on a Monday morning due to a broken water pipe. I called Armstrong and they had someone come out and shut the water off first. Ive been doing business with Armstrong for 7 years. I had a bit of an issue last year with them, but they worked diligently with me to get it corrected and the work was performed. Today, several months after the installation we ran into a problem and they came out promptly and corrected the issue without charging me. The plumbers they sent were very personable and friendly, explained everything and even though it might have been a faulty product that we had purchased for install, they didnt charge for the repair. Every business can have a bad day or week, Im so glad they stuck with me and made me very happy to do business with them. David went above and beyond! Found a burnt wire in the furnace and fixed it. Also replaced and moved thermostat electrical wires in my heater unit that were too close to incoming gas line, making it more safe. Was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to do things right for optimal safety and efficiency of my HVAC unit.

July 9, 2018Robert and I hired Armstrong to install new heating and air equipment. We contacted the company solely because of their reputation for excellent quality of work; and, here are five reasons why we would hire them again:1. Expert evaluation and HVAC design:Robert Duncan, Armstrong’s HVAC professional, designed the system for a balanced supply and return, which means we now experience similar temperatures throughout each room.Mr. Duncan also considered the homes construction and my mold sensitivities. Therefore, his design altered the air pressures slightly positive to avoid possible contaminants from the crawlspace, which increased the quality of air. After the installation, I breathe better because of less inflammation in my sinuses.Robert Duncan took the needed time to work with our insurance company, which saved us thousands of dollars on the cost of the unit. Our old HVAC was contaminated after we experience a roof leak, and our insurance failed to address the interior water damage immediately. As a result, the water damage (now in the form of mold) irreversibly damaged the unit. Mr. Duncan communicated the details of the old unit’s structure to the insurance agent, which helped our adjuster determine coverage.2. Workers installed the HVAC system according to specifications:The crew that installed our system followed the design specifications. In other words, the HVAC works as intended.3. The employees communicated details:My husband and I asked the workers many questions about the installation, and every worker mindfully answered each question with no hesitation or attitude. Because the crew members took the time to help educate us about the installation, we can now discern the difference between a proper and not so proper installation. For this reason, we felt empowered to evaluate the installation ourselves.4. The installers understood and valued the integrity of the connections:On the supply side (where the air comes out of the registers), crew members ensured that the duct connections were adequately air sealed, which means that we get the most efficiency out of the equipment, and our first lower monthly bill provided the needed support.On the return side (where the air goes back to the inside unit), the workers also ensured that the duct connections were adequately air sealed, which is observable through less dust throughout our home.The staff assured that the soldered connections inside and outside do not leak; therefore, the air temperature stays constant in our house.5. Armstrong’s commitment:Within days of the installation, Lennox email us the equipment warranty certificate, which provided us with peace of mind that the equipment was registered correctly.Armstrong said that they would record the apparatus and they did, which shows that from the start of the project until the end of the project —Armstrong delivered.

Oscar did an excellent job unstopping my drain and fixing my faucet. He was very thorough to be sure the drain was okay before he left. Will ask for him next time I have plumbing problems.

I chose Armstrong due to the fact they were local and provide me a great consultation, but after a year or so the unit is already malfunctioning!! They informed me it would cost me an additional $500-$1000 to repair my NEW AC!? How does a brand new unit start failing after a year?! I believe Armstrong sold me a used or refurbished unit because they haven’t provided me any documentation to support that the unit purchased was new! I have contacted several times asking them for these documents! I have reached out to Armstrong multiple times and they still have not attempted to fix the problem!! It’s been nearly 3 weeks and we’re still have the same issues. If the issue isn’t fixed in the next week I will be reporting them to the BBB and I will be seeking legal action!! If you’re in the need of a NEW unit go somewhere else and do not trust what this company has to say, they are not worth your time!! Take it from me, save yourself and call someone else!!

Always a pleasant experience with Armstrong Mechanical. From the first contact to the final good bye, the staff is courteous and professional. I always request Ron Murdock because he is incredibly knowledgeable, and just a super nice guy. The technician was an excellent,personable young man. He did a fine job of the maintenance visit and made a good recommendation regarding carbon monoxide detection devices.

The response to the request was in three hours during an over 100 degrees day. David checked everything, restarted the system and we were cooling again. He replaced a part that was the root of the problem. We like their service so much we got on their annual maintenance service plan.

It was cold and rainy outside and I had a little problems with some wires. I called around 9am and they were there by 10am and fixed the problem to get me thru the weekend. They are awesome and I will definitely be using them again!!

Armstrong services all my HVAC and plumbing. Domingo Lopez is the best Tech I have had service my HVAC equipment in a long time. He resolves complex problems quickly and efficiently. Domingo explains the issues so a layman can comprehind the issues in the matters to be resolved.

I used to work for this company many years ago. Now as a disabled veteran. I needed help with installing toilets in my home. Their plumbing department was outstanding and great customer service. I had recently had a horrible experience with there upper management and electrical department. That took away all the good experience Ive had of being a loyal customer and former employee.I needed electrical work done in the whole house. The first Electrician came and assessed the home electricity in between that assessment. The Electrician broke a light fixture in the hallway with the ladder. He made several notes of what needed to be replaced and said he will repair the light fixture and get us a bid. Several weeks passed we never heard from them. I had called back for a follow up only to be informed that the Electrician quit. The job fell through the cracks and another assessment had to be scheduled. I did a repeat with a new electrician from their company and told them everything we needed fixing and what the last Electrician told us along with the light fixture. We did a new bid, we accepted and was told they will get back to us. A MONTH later I had to do ANOTHER FOLLOW UP. Asking why its been a month and why am I doing this follow up? Management told us they were waiting on me to accept the bid. A bid I already agreed and payed to. Eventually a week later they realized the miscommunication on their end. Electrician shows up and did ONE job instead of everything we talked about. He fixed the wiring in the living room ( actually didnt fix it they made it worse and stopped working few hours later) and broke another light fixture. They also ordered the wrong part and couldnt complete the other job. When I returned to supervise they had fixed one job that took them 5-6 hours. A job that should of taken 2hours the most. At the same time the light bulbs (brand new, right size) stopped working few hours after they left. The electrician said they will be back to do the rest of the job. A MONTH later, I never heard back so I did a 3rd follow up. Its the same excuse and same results. Upper management was lost in the sauce from communicating between electrician and customer. To this day we have bad wiring still in several rooms, still missing parts, broken light fixture, exposed outlet box that a family member already was shocked from. All this and upper management claimed they completed the job. We paid to much money for nothing.Im highly disappointed with the way upper management handled the service. The Electricians are not seasoned to work. Im taking my business to their competitors.

I would prefer that the technician wear feet covering on their boots when they enter the house. I would have liked to have known they were running late with a cursory call. I was told I was going to be the first appointment after lunch. After lunch is 12:30 not getting here at 2:00. He also needs to travel with multiple filters so that he doesnt have to go pick a replacement filter at the store and return.

These guys have an awesome work ethic continuing to work straight through lunch until they got our electricity back on during 100 degree weather, rare perfomance nowadays!

Both guys were great, very respectful of my home, they used shoe protectors when they walked in. They explained everything in detail, and were very personable. I will certainly use Armstrong Plumbing again.

Contacted Armstrong about a new AC system installation for my old home. Jonathan Lofton was the technician that came out and was knowledgeable about what I needed and was honest about the total cost. Tony came to do the yearly service on our Navien tankless water heater. He serviced it for one hour w/2 gallons of vinegar cycled thru tankless. After the service, Tony made sure we were getting hot water which for some reason we were not; he used the manual and got it up and running like before the service. The Navien has consistently given us hot water with never one incident of fluctuating temperatures while showering.Thank you!

We have always received the best service from Armstrong. We are on the annual maintenance contract and have our air conditioning and heating serviced each year. We receive prompt, reliable service and never have to worry about our units. We always receive courteous, reliable technicians who give us dependable, reliable service. This company is great in every respect.

They arrive way early than the arranged time despite the very cold,winter weather. They inspected the water heater and electrical system thoroughly. recommended options and they got right to fix/replaced what was needed. They called the electrician and he came right away. Thus the 5 hours work was done immediately within 4 hours. They also gave us education on proper maintenance and safety. The price was within the expected amount.

We have used Armstrong Mechanical for both plumbing and AC work. We came back from a trip and our AC was blowing warm air. Called Armstrong on Tuesday. The window for our appointment was 1 -5 pm so we had a warm night. The technician, Ron Murdock came at 4:49 and stayed until he completed the job. What wonderful service is that?! We purchased their continuing service plan. Armstrong Mechanical is a good place for AC and Plumbing. I would highly recommend them.

The people at Armstrong are an awesome group. Carlos M. was the first person I dealt with, he came to check my air conditioning (it was broke). Carlos did all he could just no luck. Then he sent David T. to discuss with me my options. David was very helpful in helping me decide what was best for my home. Then came the crew: Josh & Rey and Colten & Tim. Took them a while but they got the job done. My air conditioning is back to working , better than it did before I had a problem. All of these gentlemen did a very awesome job, all very professional, very pleasant. And they left no mess behind. Would I recommend Armstrong to anyone else? You better believe it! Stacey has been AMAZING on helping get our system fixed. He has been patient with me (you get frustrated when its hot). He took the time to communicate all issues with me and educate me on our system. I appreciate the time he put in to not just our repairs, but to also talk us through what was actually going on with the system and what it takes to get it to where it will operate properly. Its been a challenge, but he did get it taken care of!

Annual maintenance performed by Tim. Excellent service. Tim arrived exactly on time and performed necessary services promptly, including changing batteries for our carbon monoxide detector. We have been on the annual maintenance program for years and always receive prompt, courteous and efficient service from this fine company.

Ron was very kind and open about his work. He was considerate of our heater not working during cold weather. He was apologetic about not being able to get it operative for the weekend, but when he returned late Monday with the part, he had it going withing 15 minutes.

The guys are always polite above all. After inspecting it, they gave me the estimate and, if accepted, offered to begin immediately. Someone else delivered the water heater so the guys at my house could continue draining and removing the old one. They also always clean up after the work, even to the point of wiping the floor down with a cloth. Just a good experience all the way around.

We have used Armstrong since 2006 when they installed our new HVAC system. They have always treated us fairly and came at convenient times and on time. The technician who worked on our drain issues didn’t stop until he figured out the problem. He also told us what to look for if this became an ongoing issue, what we would be facing. On March 23 @10am I had meeting with you salesmen about a whole home standby generator. He came out and looked at where I wanted to install the system. I indicated that I had been told that your company needed my email to receive the quote. I started receiving advertisements before he came out. He indicated that he could not send me a quote, he had to meet with me again. I never received the quote, brand of system, warrant information.I wonder how you stayed in business. I do not have time to waste on a company that does not tell the truth about why you need my email or time to meet again when I gave your salesmen all the information he needed. He did however tell I should USE His private email to contact him. Does he work for himself or Armstrong.

Jeremy did a great job installing our new faucets handling a leak in the bathroom when installing the faucet. The kitchen faucet was installed also in great shape. Jeremy always makes sure everything from under the sinks were replaced since he used a blue reinforced blanket to cover under the sink to work on. He is a very nice man and makes sure he explains everything to me and I appreciate that. I never have to ask. I would recommend your company to others.

After installing our unit less than four years aft following a house fire, we’ve had to have Armstrong come back at least once a year to fix it. This summer, we’re currently at the end of week 2 with no working unit p, even after having a technician working on it for an entire day (after showing up nearly an hour later than we were told and having to come back for a second time in the same day). We keep being told that they are going to call back but at 7:30 on a Friday evening And no call back (though we were told to expect a call at 2), we realize we will have another weekend without air in our home despite the 90+ degree temperatures outside. A unit less than four-years-old shouldn’t cause this much trouble. We were also charged for services last year that were covered under warranty. We have NOT been impressed by Armstrong at any point and would not recommend their services at all!

We made an appointment to have our kitchen sink fixed as it is leaking to the point of being unusable. When we called they said it would be a couple of days out so we assumed they were just really busy and accepted that. After waiting on them for the entire 4 hour window that they provided us yesterday, they never showed. They never called to tell us that they wouldnt make it either. Today we called assuming that wed be seen this morning for being blown off yesterday - of course not. We may or may not be seen after 4 this afternoon. We will never be using Armstrong again. They obviously do not care about their customers.

This gentleman came to our rescue and installed a shower faucet cartridge that we had started following manufacturers (Moen) instructions on YouTube. Video showed how to replace a new cartridge into new valve/pipes. Our cartridge had not been changed in the 9 years we have lived here and was very corroded with West Texas water deposits and we quickly realized we were in over our heads with this project. Very prompt and helpful on a Sunday when I was having a difficult time getting anyone to come out to my home for an urgent plumbing problem. Good customer service. The person answering the phone made several calls to keep me updated before the plumber arrived. The plumber fixed my problem in a timely manner. Was not rushed and stayed to answer questions even on the weekend.

Very professional. Installed a new AC and Heating unit six years ago and they send a qualified Technicians to check my unit twice per year. I am very satisfied with the choice I made when I decided to let Armstrong replace my old unit. Good job Isaac on this March 2017 checkup of my unit.

Coming from a place where customer service is key, this is a very poor example. We were promised a call back and fix day after day for over a week now. We have had no ac and minimal heat for days with 2 young asthmatic kids, which they knew. They kept putting me off on others and wanting different people to come out. They went as far as calling people behind our back and using our name negatively to pass the blame onto others. Offered to pay partially after realizing they were at some fault and once we accepted that, they said that offer is no longer on the table. They do not back the customer or care about their work. Their employees dont even stay long. I would recommend almost anyone over them. Sad you cant find honest help anymore.
