James was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. He showed me the actual parts that were the issue rather than just having you take his word for it. He was early and had our furnace fixed in no time. I would recommend anyone use Aire Serv for any issues with their home!

My wife and I were so pleased with James from Aire Serv of Lubbock repairing our air conditioning unit recently. He was professional in helping us maximize the efficiency of our unit with a higher quality air filter and some thermostat tweaks too. We even signed up for Aire Servs preventive maintenance plan to keep our HVAC warranty in place. A+!

I’d like to give them a five star but I don’t feel like I’ve resolved all of my issues yet. There were some issues with the installation. They made a recent attempt to repair the issue, i will have to wait and see if it holds up this time.update: I have had them come out 5 times to resolve the issue at hand. In short, last summer my a/c unit went out. They sent a rep and explained that I needed an outdoor unit and that my furnace was only a few years old at the time, so it wasnt necessary. I asked if all we did was the outdoor unit, would it resolve the issue with my kids rooms not getting cold. The salesman told me that I needed a bigger furnace that would push more air. I asked if there were issues with the duct and they said it all looked good and insulation was more than sufficient, and the furnace would fix my issue.one year later and 5 failed attempts my kids rooms still are much warmer than the rest of the house, the owner agreed that I need new duct work. I explained that his salesman sold me a furnace to correct my issue when all I needed was an outdoor unit and duct work that would have been almost 4000$ cheaper. His response was that the salesman no longer works there implying he had issues with this salesman already. Then instead of coming to me directly he sent a technician in to tell me that they would have to charge me for the duct work. This is unethical and cowardly John Russel, you should do whats right. I dont know who all out there has 10,000 dollars just laying around, but I dont. They took advantage of a stressful situation and totally sold me false hope and did not deliver on their promise.

Awesome!! They are honest on time and reliable. I will use them for all of my heating and AC needs going forward. They explained everything in great detail and sent a picture of the technician that was on the way as well as pictures of what the problem was. Finally, a great locally owned company that is fair and honest in their pricing.

This company is 100% in their integrity. I have dealt with them for years. Jason Crawford came out and was incredible. I am so grateful during this hot summer to have them just a phone call away.

Installation of the new unit was efficient and were more than happy with our system now.They come out every season to service our unit and always send the same technician which is such a gift! The staff I interacted with were courteous and professional and they handled the issue efficiently.However, I do feel they are over-priced. I have never paid a diagnostic fee on top of the parts and labor when everything occurred within the same appointment. I was also never told anything about the diagnostic fee or how much it would be until it was on my invoice.They were able to fit us in quickly which I appreciate because my tenant was sitting in a 93 degree house. However, I do not plan on using them again because I do not trust their pricing just based off of previous HVAC services Ive received from other companies.As stated above I have no issues with the people just the policies/procedure/pricing.

I was having trouble with my heating system and could not find anyone who would come to my house on a Friday. After several calls; I called Aire Serv and they were able to make room for me that afternoon. My system is 23 years old and in poor shape. My house is a lot older. After speaking with James, the owner, about my issues; I decided to replace the unit along with my 14 year old A/C unit. They were able to do the install the next day on a Saturday so we would have heat over the weekend. I had a couple of issues with my house being older and my unit being 23 years old. The following Tuesday, Ross and John came back out and made sure everything was perfect. Lora, the office manager, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the quick process and coordinated the scheduling seemlessly. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Lubbock as James and his team are true professionals. Thank you all for updating my systems. Absolutely love it!

Our heater was out! At 430 in the afternoon we called Aire Serv. John Brooks was at our house by 515 and by 615 he had the heater fixed (gas valve) and had installed a new Amazon thermostat I had bought. Very grateful to John and Aire Serv

I cannot speak highly enough about James and his team. They are so thorough, so professional, and just genuinely care. I signed up as a member with them (they come two times a year for maintenance) and they always take such good care of our family! We have an older system but they always are able to help get us back up and running when we have issues. They are hands down the best!

Technicians came out and were prepared to get to work! Super polite and professional crew. They were here most of the day and worked steadily throughout. They took out my old HVAC, put in the new, made sure the coils were properly heating/cooling the rooms, AND installed a new thermostat! I am one happy customer :)

Air Serv was extremely professional. They sent a knowledgeable technician to my house who completed everything in a timely manner. Even booking my appointment was so very easy, and I also really appreciated the thank you for your business email I received afterward. UPDATE 7/2020:Our old A/C unit finally gave up. It had been on its last leg for a while. We had a guy come out and he gave us an informative quote for a replacement. After doing some research to determine if the price was fair we called the next day to schedule the install. It was an all day project but the guys doing the install were working constantly. It has been very hot here (in the 100s for several days). After the install I did have an issue with the new unit. The new filter got wet due to poor draining and the unit annihilated it quickly. I called again and Aire Serv sent the same person who installed it out who made some adjustments. A week later it had done the same thing again and destroyed another filter so I called one more time and they sent a guy immediately to come check it. He replaced the plumbing in a different way and the gurgling sound went away that the unit had been making. He explained what was happening and why and also how this stuff he had changed would fix it. I am still happy with the service I receive from Aire Serv (even with the wet filter issues) and will continue to use them in the future.________________________________________________ORIGINAL POSTWe have had Aire Serv at our house a couple times over the past 5-6 years. James is awesome! He is friendly and does a good job explaining what the problem is and what your options are for repair. We have had our A/C unit and Heater serviced and are pleased with the quality of the work.Most recently our heater quit working properly. We woke on a Saturday morning to find our house very chilly inside. I placed a call in at 8 am for service. I was given a 10am-12pm window for a technician to be at my house. He arrived a few minutes after 10am and we were back up and running before noon after he replaced a part!! On a Saturday!!

I have used Aire Serv for about 10 years to service and maintain my AC/heating system. I have always received excellent service at a great price.Jaime Gonzales, a new technician with AS, checked the system and changed air filters today. This company is the worst HVAC company in all of Lubbock. The customer service is non-existent. We had an AC unit and furnace installed July 28, 2020 totaling $6,400. Once they get your money they don’t care about you. Don’t waste your time calling Aire serve. The “warranty” that they sell you on when you’re looking to buy means nothing, we were 12 days out of warranty and the owner didn’t tell me that I would be charged $86 for having a tech come out to look at my unit. I wasn’t aware of the charge until after the tech performed the temperature test. Which took all of 5 minutes.A one year old AC and Furnace should not show up on an inspection report as “not functioning properly” the company should have no issues and made it right but instead, the owner Laura, who has attitude problems, doesn’t care to make anything right with her customers who spend their hard earned money on their service. Would never recommend this company. Call someone else.

James provided great service! He was at our house within 30 minutes of being called and was fast, knowledgeable and was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again!

These guys are prompt professional and courteous. I had obtained an estimate from a large heating and cooling company in the area for a heating and air-conditioning unit for my home and James Russell and Aire Serv were able to get me a unit with the same SEER rating and were able to save me $400. They also offered great financing and were very easy to work with. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Wow! Aire Serv was the BEST of many companies Ive dealt with in the Lubbock area! Ive owned rental properties in the past and I wish I had used them then. I was working on repairing my aunts house...her a/c system had quit working. Through looking at plates on the unit, it was 42 years old and definitely time to replace it. I had no idea who to call when my AC left us sitting in 90+ degrees. I asked in a Facebook group who to call and James was recommended over and over, so of course that is who I went with. By 8am, not only had James reach out to me but his amazing office staff did too and I had an appointment for that day!! He got my AC up and running better than it’s ever worked before. James and all of his employees are truly the nicest people ever… I mean.. how can you not go with someone that’s so down to earth and wears Crocs??? I will chose and recommend them forever!!!

Once we were financed the company sold us on their service. After they finished they left the old air filter, broke the vent trap door , then I had to call them back cause water was leaking all over through my celling. Now first time I go to try the heat and it dont cut on. When I talked to the lady she was extremely rude like I was a bother but they were quick to to and get me as a customer.

Aire Serv not only did a great job, they also had some great ideas for doing things differently to meet our wish list. The ducts now do a more efficient job. They were very fast and neat in their work and their people were very friendly.

Needed my thermostat movedIt was in a bad location. Instead of moving the entire unit. Instead they saved monet and replaced it with a smart thermostat with a moveable sensor! Now my house is cool without the unit running for 3hrs at a time. Jeff was super nice and knowledgeable!! Will stick with aire serve from now on!!

Our furnace went out and Aire Serv of Lubbock gave us almost immediate help...which was so appreciated (not to mention AMAZING)!! This occurred on a Friiday...they came around 10:30 that morning and brought nice large heaters to keep us comfortable and warm as they began to diagnose the problem. With some equipment they have, they could inspect inside the unit and see what the problems were. They showed me what had happened and why the automatic cutoff on our furnace was activating. (thank goodness it worked). There was no fixing this problem and the unit had to be condemned and a replacement installed. They finished just as it was beginning to get dark on Friday evening.I would highly recommend this company....as they are clean, neat and do excellent work. Our furnace /water heater closet looked much much more efficient and I have to say cleaner when they finished!

They pulled me out of a jam. I was waiting for another company to repair my ac , in fact I waited for a week. Got ahold of these guys and they had me up and running in 2 hours! Our heater of course broke in this forty degree weather, found Aire Serv online and sure enough James came out the same night I called (8:00 p.m.)Fixed our heater in less than an hour. He did a great job, and was very friendly!

Ive had mixed results from the American Home Shield warranty for our home, but Ron with Aire Serve did a great job on my A/C unit taking time to fix the problem and explain things to me. He had the part on the truck and finished the job quickly. He also made suggestions on keeping it running in the future. Great service from Sally and Jennifer in the office.

James and his team came highly recommended by a friend and boy did they deliver. Emergency work was discovered through the process and James made sure it was all addressed and repaired right away. Even though it was plumbing and not part of the work Airserv was to perform. Any additional work and supples above the quoted initial price for the air conditioner work was not added at the end. I only paid the quoted price. Integrity is the best possible word to describe my experience. So grateful I used them and am excited to recommend them.

They were quick to schedule, let me know when they were coming, and the gentleman was very nice and very professional. My husband called the office about 4:00pm today (Friday) and he was immediately met with a very friendly customer service representative who went above and beyond to handle our issue. We hand another hvac company over today who told us they would not be able to fix our AC until next week because they had to order the part. We have been without air conditioning for 2 days already and we could not go another day like this. When my husband called Aire Serv they were able to locate the part needed and had the technician James out here within an hour. James is very knowledgeable and got us up and running and now my house is cooling again. We even signed up for their service plan and we will use Aire Serv for all of our future HVAC needs. Stacey showed up right on time. I called at midnight and they had someone out at 10 am in the middle of June. No extra charge. Stacey confirmed my suspicions about a busted capacitor and replaced it in under a half an hour. If you need Hvac repair, Aire Serv is the way the to go. Im very cynical toward HVAC reapair people. I have the mindset that i never wanna call a repair person because im convinced that they are just gonna jack up the price with BS charges. No. Not these people, speedy oncall service with a freindly small and a very very VERY fair price. Every step of the way was painless and pleasant if i could give above 5 stars i would.

Based on my experience, open 24 hours a day at Aire Serv does not mean that you will be receiving service from them (or even a call back, for that matter). I developed a false sense of hope after reading other reviews and visiting their web page. The web page indicates that they offer an any time service guarantee...well be there for you. Hope other that use this company have a better experience than what I have had.

Prompt, professional, and friendly service with competitive pricing. They are great at communicating arrival times and always arrive when they are scheduled. I will continue to use them on my personal residence as well as investment properties.

Aire Serv responded to my call immediately when my A/C unit flopped. I mean, they did all they could to save it but it was the original unit installed back forever and a half ago. This new unit though is much more efficient. A/C bill has almost been cut in half. They also installed a Nest thermostat and gave me some tips on how to best use this new tech stuff. A1A rating on these guys.

We have used Aire Serv for a few years now to do the regular maintenance of our system. They always communicate well regarding our appointments and have always treated us like a valued customer.

I appreciate them being available to do the repair on the day I called and the repair technician was courteous and friendly. The cost of repair was exorbitant. $416.00 for under two hours of time is unbelievable. I will call someone else for my next repair.

Mr.James Russell was our Hero on 6-9-21The ac unit in our laundry room was down for 2 days the thermostat was at 93 degrees..on those 2 days it was over a 100 degrees outside...A company had previously come out to work on the unit a week or 2 before...an after many attempts to get them to come back and after dealing with a very rude receptionist...A call was made to AIRESERV HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING and Mr.Russell came to see what the problem was, within an hour or 2 you could already feel the difference in the laundry room...he fixed the unit, an no problems since...Now some of you might think its a laundry room...but we have 3 commercial dryers that once they are kicked on...it gets pretty hot really fast...on top of it already being over 100 degrees outside...I would personally like to thank Mr.Russell he was very professional, polite worked in a timely manner and was very understanding to our situation...Thanks again I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
