If I can give Robert a 10 stars I would. He did a great job fixing the doors and the bathroom sink. He even show me how to do it. I am very impressed, he can start his own YouTube tutorial. He is a great worker!!! Betenbough always hire the best for their warranty home repair !

Just had the best customer experience- Jason, with the warranty center, came to address a few minor issues we were having throughout our home. He was punctual, polite, personable and he fixed what he could and set up a later date for what he couldnt. I love how Betenbough takes care of their customers! So very glad we decided to build/buy through this company.

Betenboughs new home warranty is amazing! The whole team has been wonderful and incredibly responsive. I did not expect them to get out to our house within the day for a non emergent repair but they sure did show right on up! We have had the pleasure of working with Zeke who goes above and beyond! He is so kind and professional! He also does an amazing job of explaining everything. I’ve also appreciated how well he respects and works alongside the specialists who have come in (electricians and Sergio the tile guy!)

Nathan provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable of the home warranty process. He arrived precisely on time when he was scheduled and delivered the information in a clear and concise format. He was helpful in answering any questions that we had during the appointment. Tara and the warranty team Jason, Nate and Zeke are amazing. Every time I call, they come asap. They are so friendly and helpful. Today Zeke came within 15 mins after we called and had us all fixed up in no time. I appreciate them more then they will ever know.

2nd update as we continue working with the warranty department. Robert and Tara have been great, they both care about the customers and work hard for them. He was prompt and repaired many of the items from our original punch list.Original review: The people we worked with were very friendly, nice people. In hind sight I would have done things differently. My advice, be sure your punch list is complete, then go back to be sure everything they said they would do has been done BEFORE you close. I recommend spending the extra money to have the home inspected. After we closed we expected to enter a clean home, move in ready with all the items repaired and it was not. We will be cleaning for a week just so we can move in and things we were told would be done were not done. We never received our window screens, paint was splattered on door knobs, the vinyl floor and carpet. Some of the blue tape was still on walls. We love the home but wish we would have made sure it was ready for us before we closed. Now we will work with the warranty team.

Betenbough is the greatest company! I just had Jason come over to do the 1-year home inspection and he was very kind and knowledgeable! Everyone at Betenbough goes out of there way to make sure Im satisfied with my beautiful home. Thanks Jason and Betenbough for providing excellent service!

I just closed on a new Betenbough for my client in Bell Farms. Maranda was our Sales associate. She helped explain the builder incentives that best maximized my clients purchasing power. She was very patient with my clients and always got back to us in timely manner. The final blue tape walk through process with Bobby was easily the best experience I have had with new construction in a couple years. Bobby was extremely thorough. Two days after the initial walk through every singe item that was identified was remedied and the home was professionally cleaned for delivery. I was very pleased with the service he provided my clients during the final and most critical phase of the home buying process.

Had some minor issues which I couldnt fix. The warranty team is so amazing. Zeke was over and he fixed all of the addressed concerns. Very professional, and kind. Explained how to do it as well very kindly, when I asked, so I could do it myself in future. Love the Betenbough experience so far.

Oh my! I was so impressed with Nate and Robert today! They arrived on time, were friendly and kind. Not to mention dressed professionally. I had just a few items to repair and they got to work and fixed what was needed. I even forgot one item and they came back after reviewing their punch list and reminded me of it. They respected my property and took what precautions they needed to, to keep everything clean. The best part about it is the repairs were done well!! Thanks guys! Great job!!

Nate was wonderful on resolving the issues we had on our last 2 year warranty work. He was very kind to insure we had no other issues before leaving and walked through the house with us. Betenbough employees are all wonderful and helpful in resolving any issues quickly.

(In our experience, it is not emergent but this happened twice already, they service us within 20 minutes.) I was to sad to buy a house with so many problems. I called four times and no one found the cause to fix it for me from purchase until near end of warranty it’s sad to spend your life savings to buy a dream house

Zeke Gutierrez came and performed the 30 day warranty walk-through and review for our new home purchase located at 1211 E. 32nd St. in Wolfforth.He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about all the warranty and home details. His attention to detail in reviewing the home with us to ensure all was up to our expectations and his.He demonstrated how to connect and use the thermostat for the home.We are completely satisfied with our time and understanding for the warranty and home.

The warranty team arrived on time, stayed with the subcontractor until they were finished and locked up afterwards. Jason and Robert showed up on time today to finish up they were again on time, completed the task, thoroughly cleaned up and were gone in record time. Ben and his team were so kind not just to me but also to my sister and her family that accompanied me during my tour. He took the time to understand my needs and even helped me get past the nerves of home buying so I could really decide if this was a good move for me. Our Builder Kim and the Sales manager Ky were wonderful and helpful through the scary/exciting process of two very young people building/buying our first home. Those two deserve 5 stars. My bad review comes from a place of “I wish I would have known”. If you are factoring the “warranty” into your decision to build with Betenbough, don’t. We have multiple issues with our home and have only brought 1 single issue to the warranty teams attention because this one impacts my job. Our house was wired incorrectly so we have not been able to get internet since we moved in 3 weeks ago. I have tried to be patient, but I work from home and this is getting very frustrating. We have been trying to get our warranty guy to help us for 3 weeks and he is completely unreliable. He doesn’t call back or update us on anything after promising that he will. The rest of the warranty team isn’t willing to help either. We have a hole in the side of our house from him knocking a brick out a week ago and that is the last I’ve seen/heard of him. The warranty team is unprofessional, unhelpful and completely disrespectful- they do not care. I am so disappointed and mad at myself for trusting this team enough to ease my fears in this big decision. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else that is weighing their options, just please keep in mind that once you close… the feeling that you are important to Betenbough will abruptly come to an end.

Mark with the warranty team was excellent to work with and very professional. He arrived on time, had the parts necessary to complete the task, and was in and out in a flash.

It all started with a letter I’ve never received before, and a feeling I had when I read the letter. I was blessed to be contacted by Ben with Betenbough in April of this year. We made an appointment to meet and everything from the time I stepped into Betenbough on 82nd and Milwaukee went smoothly. Bryan is fantastic and Jason, Robert all the employees have been a blessing to me. My home is a Godwink. Everyone with Betenbough has been a blessing and with Anything new or old there may be couple of hiccups to take care of but everyone was very quick and happy to respond. I tell everyone my home is a God blessing. I never thought I would ever have a home of my own and it all started with a letter and a feeling when I received the letter. Betenbough is a good Christian company and all the employees I just can’t say enough good things about them. I love my home and feel truly blessed.

I walked in and nobody was there to greet me and so I stood there waiting could hear people in the office yet still no one. Someone came in walked straight t and office but again no one came to assist me or even acknowledge that I was there was so upset I left tried calling see maybe you need an appointment and you cant just walk in I called 3 times and no answer. So I dont think they care about their people as they claim to and will not be considering them in my home buying.
